Customer service rep Lisa was very helpful. Helped me get rid of a green screen on my LCD flatscreen. She told me what to tell my cable provider who did just what she said and everything worked out great. Help was quickly given. Thanks again.

I have a t.v./vcr that was made in 2002 that I love. A light on the front of the t.v. has been blinking for over 6 years and no matter what I tried I couldn't get it to stop blinking. It also caused the remote to be useless. I finally, on a whim, looked up Panasonic on the computer. Found their web site AND a phone number. After waiting about 15 mins. a tech came on the line. I gave him the model # from the back of the t.v. He immediately connected me to a tech who could help me. She talked me through a few steps, and It is now working perfectly, and I'M HAPPY!!! WOOO HOO!!!! Excellent support!

The customer service reps are very nice but they are just following the company guidelines. Do NOT buy a Panasonic microwave (mine with inverter technology). It lasted 14 months. I know there is a year warranty but the truth is....14 months and it's useless !!?? If the part is replacable Panasonic pays for that. I pay a minimum $75 labor. If it's not repairable, I'm out $35 just to get it looked at. I would at least expect 3 or 4 years. My first ever microwave lasted 9 years with constant use. We also just purchased 3 Panasonic tv's which I pray don't break down. Every situation is different but if I were the company I would replace the microwave free of charge just because we invested several thousand dollars into tv's. However the bought the extended warranties on them because of the large investment. Panasonic, you have just lost a good customer over a $155 microwave. And I REPEAT, this microwave should have lasted a lot longer than 14 months!!

I sent my almost-new DMC-ZS10 Panasonic Lumix digital camera to the McAllen repair center in Texas. The problem was dark spots on the images that weren't helped by cleaning the lens. The cleaned the CCD, performed "electrical adjustments", and updated the firmware. Now it works fine, and the service seemed prompt, just a few days (plus return shipping by ground, which took a while). So I'm totally satisfied.

Bought a lumix DMC-TS3 camera a couple of months ago and took it on my second trip to cacun. got drunk and i opened the waterproof/shockproof/freezeproof camera after leaving it in the sink to wash off all the salt water. well right after i took a shower befor e bed i opened it to charge the battery... Drunk. after the first day in cancun the lcd screen wasn't turning on so i got home and called customer service about my warrenty.(no extended warrenty bought) very helpful, quick and i sent the cam in for repair for free. (free shipping) shipped it on saturday and i recieved a package on thursday. FREE BRAND NEW camera in new box no questions asked. I would not hesitate to buy another panasonic product.

I think it's only fair to post a followup to my original post (Edgardo in Texas 8/31/11 2:24PM).

Persistence paied off for me! I finally got the right person from "Panasonic Customer Experience Group" to respond to me. She agreed with me and sent my charge cradle for my KX-T6511 UPS Red Label. Got it no charge in two days. Only took a month of back-and-forth with them but I got a manager on the phone and problem solved. Moral of the story: If you are right, keep bugging them, reminding them the situation is not resolved, until it is to YOUR satisfaction!

I have had a model sd-bt56 brad maker for 17 years. I have loved it. The timer on it finally quit working. I have used it constantly almost every week. I need to replace it immediately. I will lool for another one but realize this model probably will not be available. My grandkids will miss my rolls until I can replace it. Thanks for a wonderfull product.

called customer service. Quick response, only held 2-3 minutes. Technician spoke English and was overly helpful, but made himself understood. Can't complain, but I do have a Panasonic camera that I'm very unhappy with and can't believe I didn't remember that when getting a phone.

Blu Ray player Firmware upgrade didn't work. I did get through to a human after 1 minute, then referred to a tech support woman after another 2 minutes. She was polite and said that the technicians were working on the problem and that it would "hopefully" be resolved with a newer Firmware upgrade in a day or two.

I received excellent service with good results from Panasonic customer service. I was ready to be defensive and angry after being redirected by online services who wanted me to pay $ 28 for a technical problem with my phone. This service was free. I hope you all have even better results. Customer service in all business, not just Panasonic,is at an all time low. Good Luck!

I can't use any profanity because I've already used up all the words I know on their very sweet sounding, but extremely aggravating automated voice. Other than her, I would say service was fine! I inquired about getting my camera fixed which was under waranty, found the numbers fairly easily. They gave me tracking number etc. I was getting worried about it after 20 days- but a refurbished camera, new battery and accessories came the next day.

I purchased a panasonic dvd recorder. It was a floor model. Repair through service department was quick and politely done. System has worked great since then.

I CALL PANASONIC THIS AFTERNOON AND GOT A LIVE BODY WITHIN SEVERAL MINUTES WHO WAS VERY HELPFUL AND WALKED ME THROUGH HOW TO CHANGE THE SETTING SO I COULD TAKE MULTIPLE PICTURES AT ONE TIME. THIS IS WHY I OWN TWO CAMERAS AND HAVE HAD CAMCORDERS FROM PANASONIC IN THE PAST.

My two year old Panasonic Plasma died Tuesday night before Christmas, I called
the 800 number and they could not have been
more helpful, the next moring Lin's service
company picked up the set, repaired it and returned it Christmas Eve under 30 hours, I am so pleased
that my strong recomendations for these sets
was repaid with great service at no charge.

I had very positive results with the customer service from Panasonic on helping me link my handset to the base unit of a wireless phone system. I talked to two friendly tech support people. Two because I accidentally cut one of them off when looking for the model number. They helped me fix the problem immediately. Maybe it was in the handbook, but I didn't see it. They gave me no indication I should have looked there first - which some tech supports (other companies) do, making you feel like a dummy. These people were positive, friendly, and professional.

I had no problems. I called the above 800#, answered a few questions from an automated system and got to the parts department successfully. A friendly cust svc rep took my order for replacement parts. Total time, 3 minutes. I'm very pleased.

It was actually okay for me. I pressed 0 three times and got a representative that transferred me to the Parts and Accesories department. The call went fairly well. I'd say 4 stars on this call.

After disregarding the automated voice cues, pressing "0" a handful of times, I recieved a main Panasonic operator who transferred me to the technical support agent. Wait time: less than a minute. Technical support agent gave me a by-the-book description of the only remedy for my portable phone problem. Not technically brilliant, but somewhat thorough and satisfying support, especially in light of other people's experience.
