Worst customer service! They just reacted canned responses because they don't listen to anything you say to them! Literally wanted me to ship it to them when it is still in the return window from the store! Try listening and maybe not hang up on the customer!!!

Worthless trash security steps that make it harder to login on a new device than breaking into fort Knox. Never buying a Microsoft product again if it can be avoided.

Absolute terrible customer service. ZERO stars. You cannot reach a live person by phone and 2+ hours in an online chat provided no help whatsoever!

I just turned 40 and Microsoft has no doubt the absolute worst customer service I've ever seen! I'm trying to get ahold of a REAL PERSON to talk to and it's impossible in my situation. My email was hacked a couple days ago so when I go to the request a call back you have to log in....we'll that's useless since the hacker has taken over my account and I cant log in. Then there the live agent virtual assistant. You tell it your problems and they'll connect you to a real live agent which is great!.....except in order to connect they need more information and you have to log in which of course I cant do. Then they have their 18004699269 number which is trash it gives you 2 options which don't work bc I'm order to get a call back they send a link to your phone and in order to talk to a real person you have to.....wait for it...........log in!!!! This company's market cap is over 1 trillion and you can't talk to a real person. I'm receiving security alerts on my phone as the hacker is messing with my account and I can't get ahold to talk to a human being. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME NO EXAGGERATION!!

Cannot contact Microsoft by phone. The automated voice actually says at the end (after going through pressing 1, 2, etc, thank you for your call, goodbye and hangs up on you. Disgusting treatment of customers.

I spent good money getting office 365 for my phone because I use Word and Excel with my phone in my work. Now,their apps are no longer supported on my Samsung Galaxy S7. I can't afford hundreds of dollars for a new phone and I can't work or access my files. I tried contacting Support but everything is now only online. I can't navigate thousands of blog entries to try to find if there is s work-around. In addition, Their online version of the apps was redesigned and it is HORRIBLE ZZto use. You end up with hundreds of copies of your documents and sometimes can't find them. Plus, I can't even use a remote version of Word on my computer to save files easily on the local hard drive. Microsoft has become a terrible company. I need to look for a new office suite that is easy to use and does what is needed. Microsoft needs to be replaced.

There is absolutely NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT. The help site is false, misleading and will only allow help support on line never on the phone, so if you are locked out, can't sign in or recover your account you don't have an account any longer. I feel like I have been set up for failure without an ounce of support. Even at Microsoft twitter I have had a chat open for over an hour, I have had no responses that will help me.

Microsoft decided to block my email (hotmail) for wrong password entered: after numerous attempts to regain my account, which I had for 20 years, they now tell me that it would be best to open a new account with them, not going to happen, they just lost another customer for their endless ads. gmail will now have a new customer. Microsoft SUCKS

Microsoft Ripoff and no respect for customers
I purchased credit for my 11 year old daughter on her Microsoft account. However we were unable to use the credit on her account. I contacted Microsoft and spent over 1 ½ hours on the chat... eventually spoke to the manager.... but was informed that Microsoft will not refund the money. There is no honesty in this company... no caring for their customers... no sense of 'doing the right thing'. Even the support person knew and agreed that what I was requesting was a very reasonable request for a refund under the circumstances. The money was sitting in my daughter's Microsoft account... not being used. But they said that Microsoft policy was not to refund the money. Please listen to the overwhelming number of reviews. Go to Apple where you will be treated with care and respect. Where if a user makes a mistake... and changes their mind about an order... the money is promptly refunded. Microsoft just point blank refuse to refund the money... which is a very short termed and close minded way of dealing with customers.

Bunch of garbage, costumer support is absolutely sad, lost so much information due to their patented «screw you, your account is blocked» «security» system.

Absolute garbage. Use Gmail. Way better, way more professional in every way, no wonder Microsoft is tanking in everything but their Windows OS. Pathetic.

absolute pure garbage. i can't believe a company of this size is even allowed to treat its customers this way. im so enraged and its sad that there is really nothing we as customers can do about it..

Absolutely terrible new system they have. There's no answer to my problem in the directory and it's impossible to reach a person with any authority. When you finally connect with a human, they will listen and say sorry and promise a result in 72hours. They dismissed my problem without fixing anything.

My Xbox one series S has a factory defect and they said they could try to fix it or replace the $500+ console with a refurbished one. When I asked for it to be replaced with a new one because it's only 2 months old they said they can't do anything about it and I'm S.O.L. Bad customer service it's a joke.

Horrible! My sons account was hacked, and I literally could not get any help because they want you to sign in. Unbelievable they don't have someone that can help you. Time to move over to Apple!

We have a Microsoft surface laptop. The laptop stopped working and they sent us a used/certified one. That one came in and also had the same issue. We reported, and they had us send the old one back, and sent us another certified one... again, was not working.

Their solution is for us to bring the issue to arbitration. Don't buy from them...

This Number is of no service. Can't get help on line. Pay yearly subscription. I hope there is other email service out there so I don't have to use Oulook 365 mail.

Tech support is just Horrible! I believe they might just try and frustrate you to get you to get off the line. 25 minutes in and after 4 different emails and a phone number verification he asked what is the problem. After i tell him he says gamepass on pc doesnt work when I told him Ive been using it over a year he puts me on hold again. Horrible 29 minutes I have been put on hold probably 20 minutes 20 far.

I ring up Microsoft just now for a problem I just had with my game on Windows 10 pc. I was sent to windows 10 activation team then they sent me to a different team that's has no clue about the game, they said they were going to send me to pc game teams. when the music was playing it hanged up on me

Don't even try they added the 14 day/2 hr bs for legal reasons. 15 years using xbox and windows first time I ask for a refund one a broken trash game out of many and because I had 14 minutes of game time I was denied a refund! Never again,look out steam here I come

I need computer keyboard flat thin as a laptop keyboard for very less use to entry of names and numbers for reception counter. Because this type of external flat thin keyboard will create no sound while working. Mostly people use external keyboard in laptop. But I need external flat thin keyboard for desktop computer which will create no sound. Keyboard of laptop is fixed with this laptop. But this type of separate keyboard is required.

Your live help is total B.S. I tried four times and got the same recording all the time. I tried hitting 0 like the page said to do. No help, just the recording.



I am having a lot of trouble with my windows live mail and I need to get it fixed. Can you, or somebody please help??????????????

I have been using Microsoft 365 for some years and all of a sudden not I can not number my pages and I can not see where my margins are, when I insert a table the margin is not line up. Only way I can see this is to click on print preview which is time wasted. I have Windows 8.

It would help if the phone number was there

Bought the same product twice. The first one I didn't know I had to mark as a gift. I could not talk to a real person, and I tried everything so I went through the chat (literally my only option). They saw what happened and told me the only way I can get it fixed so my son can have the product was to buy it again but as a gift. I was guarantee a refund because the first purchase was completely untouched. Received email stating no refund will be given. Called 2 more times, they claimed they could not transfer to the refund department and provided no number. 2 separate calls and I can't talk to anyone? I emailed 3 times and they sent a response that they closed the case. Seriously, I kept the emails. So i emailed them without using a reply and nothing. They are literally refusing to answer my emails. Absolutely nothing from Microsoft. Nasty customer service, nasty people, nasty theiving company.

Believe me when I say that this Microsoft outlook email account was such a deception, that I don't think to ever buy or use again an outlook email, unless I don't care about my personal information. I tried to recover my account, I failed, but instead I received a phone call stating that I have a computer breach...how convenient and thanks for... how you say it: ''Microsoft takes the security and privacy of our customers very seriously'' Yeah!!!!! I only want my account back! I have forgot in the past passwords , but it was simple to recover my email back, not this time...all they want is more personal private information that shouldn't be given away...
There are other better options, more secure, with good service and actually there when you need them!
