I signed up today and was very disappointed I want a refund.

If I don't get a refund I will disputed it with my credit card company. I've already contacted them and it's within 24 hours so there is no problem them crediting me back

The customer service is horrible! Foreign operators in a very loud room. Extremely hard to understand. It took three calls to cancel a subscription! I would never recommend this service!

Dear Match Management,
About 3 months ago I paid for a 3 months membership, however, I never gave permissions to renew this, and withdraw money from my CH.account. Due
to this, I got overdrown and my account
got terminated.The damaged done can't
get restored anymore, but I do want my
Money reimbursed..Please response asap.

THIS IS HORRIBLE. I cancelled in April or May NEVER used this service. I call then and was assured that they would not take any more money from my account but would not refund the initial payment. I was upset but didn't press the issue. NOW THEY TOOK OUT $115 FROM MY ACCOUNT AND WILL ONLY GIVE ME A PARTIAL REFUND. THIS IS THEFT! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!

Anyone viewing - or whoever this person is - it is not what you'd expect. It is a military scammer. The man in the photos may be a good guy, but someone may have hacked his account or using this man's photos to dupe women into sending him money. The email address he has used in the past is [email protected]. He says he is a Capt. in the Marines, but shows a photo when personally emailing of wearing a Master Gunz uniform, said he was in the airforce for 21 years at one point, that he is wealthy, but deployed to Syria and has no access to a .mil email account, no access to his money, cannot receive mail or packages, which is all a lie. The US Military makes sure servicemen and women have the best communications and access to personal accounts, etc., while deployed. BEWARE!!!! If they ask you to pay for anything while deployed, this is a SCAMMER and quite possibly trying to infiltrate your computer to get to your accounts. Don't give up ANY personal information!!!

On 9/27/16, I paid for a one month subscription plus privacy protection. Match employees, in the Philippines, immediately got into my account, changed my profile picture. I complained, insisted I should be allowed to use the picture of my choice, deleted all but the profile picture I wanted. In retaliation, the Match folks in the Philipines then got into my account and began "liking" and "favoriting" women I had not even looked at, thereby giving numerous women access to my profile within an hour after I had signed up. I was stunned. When I complained again, emails were deleted from my account by Match employees in the Philippines. After 30 hours of this, I demanded and received a full refund. This means, however, that Match allows their employees to have total access to your account, and gives them control over your account; and this also means they can get your credit card and other details. I feel personally violated by Match and its employees who must do this to people all the time.

I am beyond disappointment with match.com. I signed up for just 6 months and to my dismay was billed an additional 200$ plus, for 6 more months. was told I had to cancel before the 6 month period was over. Ridiculous. If I wanted a year subscription I would have signed up for just that. No refund was offered. I will not use this service again and relay my poor experience with all my acquaintances.

This site is a scam and should be shut down the matches given aren't good matches and when notified I have a flirt or vee favorited am almost always notified the the profile is not available to view plus evidently when you sign up you give them the right to repeatedly charge you for additional terms even tho there is no notification that this is going to happen or thatyou original term is expiring and needs to be renewed and the customer service people are rude the govt should put a stop to the exploration of people looking for companionship

I've gotten two letters from someone, telling me that I'm married and therefore kicked off of Match. Here are quotes from your TWO emails to me.



", you must be single or separated from your spouse to register as a member of Match or use our site. Therefore, your account has been terminated. "

My status DID NOT CHANGE. I AM SINGLE. Now, that being said, I maybe should just take this opportunity to let you do your thing and terminate me. I've given you a lot of money over the years, and I'm still single.

The last time this happened (when I had no access to my profile) it took you several days to resolve the problem. I had members tell me later that they thought I removed my profile because when they tried to reach me they were told that my profile was unavailable. If these members leave Match.com before I have the ability to reach them, I will expect you to send my message to them. This is what I am paying you to do for me.

To be honest,I think match.com is a fraud I started using it like 2 weeks as soon as I pay for a month the next day my account was blocked. .money has taking out from my credit caRd, and they block the account...I don't understand, I need a refund and to close this site...it SUCKS

I am recieving emails of all kinds from Match,,, no worries all good !!

However when I respond to emails and push the button to go there the screen that I get is so large that whoever I am viewing he eyebal takes up the whole page. It's not working and I don't want match if I can't fix it !

Any suggestions ?
