I tried to contact customer service twice today . Each time I was referred to a Questionnaire and credit card information required.. why?
I just wanted to notify hormel that the last two bags of pepperoni I purchased turned moldy in a short period of time...2 weeks.I feel like I was getting the runaround to leave a comment. I have purchased hormel products for many years.

Oh my goodness, I opened a can of Hormel turkey chili, thinking I was making a healthier choice for my family. I was astonished at the amount of salt. You should be ashamed of yourself, and what your doing to us, and our children. Never again.

I found a hair in my can of hash, I snapped a photo for evidence, but then I could only find this board and a number and physical address

Recently purchased Black Label thick cut bacon. When removed from package it was almost pure fat. Deceptive packaging and inferior bacon. Hormel needs to do better. I had to trim away about 75% of the bacon and discard it.

I have been enjoying Hormel products for years and the tamales look like crap. When taken out of can but, when they start looking like this picture, the word crap isn't the right word. kind-a makes one wonder what kind of help you have or is the company slipping. That would be a shame.

I would like to hear why a good product gets such lousy treatment.

What is happening with the HORMEL BLACK LABEL Bacon, Fully Cooked, thick cut bacon. I buy the Family Pack, 7.56 oz regulary and the recent packages I've opened have bacon cut so thin you can almost see through the slices. Definitely not the "Thick Cut" on the label. If this is a way to sell the product for the same price while reducing the size to save yourselves money, that's shameful (and transparent). The packaging has also gotten very sloppy - slices seem to be crammed in. Ironically, the price has continued to go up but because I like (or liked?) the product I will bear the increase. I am wondering if it might be a quality control issue, in which case that is something you should resolve.

What have you done to your Dinty Moore stew?? I opened a can today and had to search for any sign of a carrot in it! There were plenty of potatoe squares, and some mushed up meat pieces, but come on! We consumers spend our hard earned money on your product, so we expect to get quality and a tasty product From now on, I will not be buying any more Dinty Moore stew.

Dear Mr. Jeff Sternitzky

Thank you for contacting us about HORMEL® Canned Ham 3 Lb.

We will not be replacing your coupon or sending you product. The coupon you received could have been used on any product in the HORMEL FOODS portfolio, not just canned hams. Also, you received it 14 months before it expired, which we feel is more than enough time to utilize the discount.

Sincerely,

Alex
Manager of Consumer Engagement
Ref # 04918700
I thought it was just wrong. Here is my comment:
Thank you Alex for your response. Apparently you do not have a clue what the COVID 19 has done to the food chain. Shelves were empty for a long time and that coupon was not 15 month long.
I'm not going to make excuses. I should of contact you before the expiration date, however the Safeway manager assured me the ham was on order and it has never shown up to this exact date. I have verified this again yesterday and the Manager does not work there anymore.
Well next time I have a bad product from your firm, I will not do any courtesy call and just report it.
It's a doggie dog world out there and I can sleep at night for being truthful, can you say the same. I doubt it.
Jeffrey Sternitzky

I think I will share this story to your competitor's and etc...

This is NOT to praise you company quit the opposite.
I had contacted your company some 4 months ago, concerning a 1.5 inch sliver of glass in my DENTY MOORE BEEF STEW.
Luckily my wife found it in a spoon full of stew before it caused serious if not fatal.
Had It been injested it would have caused lasurations from the mouth thru the esophagus to the stomach thru the intestines slicing all it contacts.
I contacted you through your website. I was sent an envelope to send it to you. I followed your instructions. Some 2 months ago I made a follow up and was told that it had to be sent from WS to GA for some sort inspection. I'm not sure what your inspection was to prove. I've not heard a word back from your company.
Most people would have an attorney to start legal proceedings by now. I have a different retaliation that would have more ramifications to your company.
I'm an internet marketer with a team with a subscriber base of 4.5+million that is at my discretion. I have the ability to make ANYTHING GO VIRAL bad news travels fast. By your actions you didn't even offer me as much a coupon.
You have worked hard to be a company that depends on public exceptions.
I enjoy your many of your products. All I want is for you to take responsibility and do what you feel is right thing.
Before a coupon would have been a offer of admission. Now that is far from where we are now.
Its in your hands to do the right thing. I will wait till midnight Wednesday before make this problem know by masses. This isn't personal, it's a serious problem that needs urgent adressing it's taken 4 months with no reply. Its real and not to ignored.

Best regards
Bill Jenkins

I recently purchased a tin of spam in the most disgusting and completely inedible state. I've contacted Hormel Foods on more than one occasion and got no response at all.
