My husband order me a fAmily birthstone ring in november. I was told it would ship on the 14th of dec and I would receive it on the 21st of dec. I still havwe not received it and it was to be shipped by us .mail. my mail runs at elevwen in the morning. I tried calling to get customer service and they tell me to call another number and it is for a different company. The customer service is so bad its awful. It makes somebody not want to ever order from them again. I still don't know what to do. If aNybody can please tell me how to get an actual custermer service person I would Appreciate it greatly.
Does anyone know if they actually have a technical support department; I've been locked out of accessing my account for a few weeks now, and none of their customer service reps seems to be able to understand me. Is there a way to talk to someone who speaks and understands English better?
Just got disconnected after holging for 35 minutes. I was talking to a person whom I could hardly understand, she advised me our order was shipped 12/01/2012 and ro allow 10 days to arive. I informed her it is now 12/11/2012. That is 10 days. I asked which shipping company they use, UPS or FedEx. She said she was not authorized to tell me. When I told her I had checked with both carriers, she hung up. This really sucks!!!!!

I'm so baffled from all of this with Finger hut. I haven't received any of my orders, gives you many different ammounts. This is for Christmas. My wife and I both have credit from them. Her order was all WRONG they don't answer phones nor emails to her. Mine hasn't come yet. Your messing up our Christmas here. Bad service period never in my life seen anything like this ever.
I was simply calling to start a new account & because I was an old customer like 5 years ago I couldn't do it online. Called customer service & after being on hold for 20 minutes PLUS I hung up & said the hell with it. If they have POOR customer service there is no need for me to order anything from these people.
I was going to order the Racheal Ray hard anodized cookware with the purple handles because there was a code for free shipping until the 6th today is the 5th and it will not acknowledge this code E2846 I don't want to pay an additional 32.00 for shipping very disappointed
I ordered a comforter set and received it today,I ordered Queen size which is the size of my bed but the comforter barely covered the top of the bed,so I called customer service after being on hold 25 minutes I finally got a representative that I could not understand because they spoke very broken english I tried to exchange the comforter for a king size she informed me I would have to pay shipping to return their wrong size one.But she would put in through to someone who could give me a return number that means they will pay the shipping well she disconnected me so I called back this time I was one hold 45 minutes,NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!
The order number for the coat on my statement is wrong. I spent an hour trying to send an email! Your customer service phone number is no good either. I will not order again.

Just got off the phone with customer service. I am so mad I could spit nails. I purchased 5 items from Fingerhut. Once the items arrived I did not like my purchase. Some of the items were too big and the others I did not like the quality. I looked through my bad and could not find any return label, all they gave me was a return address so I had to pay for the mailing. I waited for 10 days the time Fingerhut said you must wait for your return. I had my UPS tracking number they actually received it in 3 days. I just got off the phone with customer service wanting to know why I had a balance of $37.00 when I shipped all items back and had to pay for shipping. She informed me that is the Fingerhust policy they have a handling charge and return item fee. So in addition for paying shipping myself I had the extra bogus fees for items I do not even have. So I had to shell out $50.00 and I have nothing but they have $37.00 plus shipping and handling. I will never use Fingerhut again, this was the first time I used credit that they said I was qualified for and I will be closing. I feel ripped off. What a poor way to run a business, what a scam. In addition when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told there were none available (of course) and all they did was take my phone number. I feel so angry and so ripped off.
Ordered a coby tablet,just out of 30 day warrenty it crashed,called fingerhut told to call coby,did,paid 15$ to get replaced,were not able to the one I had but another,done,not as big intenally would not do what other did,sent back ,replaced,all this time of not working I am still paying,fingerhut manager sent form to return,gave coby last chance to give me what I am paying for,died in 3weeks,packaged sent back to fingerhut, only to be told they will not give me my money back,they sent it back to me damaged,I sent it to them again. Now Fingerhut is calling all day several times a day. I don'teven have the product anymore, don't try to speak to manager,I waited a long 30mins.still no one that can speak english can or will not help me all they want is my balance of 43.00 which I will gladly pay when I have a working tablet or my money back. Please call me
Well after 25 min waiting for Customer Service they told me that after they receive my return in 15 days, to replace my order after they credit me back. Noooooo I dont think so. She admitted they had my correct address and didnt understand why it was sent to wrong address. I am livid. Will be closing my account stat.
They where right. I had my account at zero, i made some purchased 200 at no payment until 2/13. I have to make a payment this month. I don't mind and i was still going to make payments on it now. But the principal is they did not stick to there catalog promotion. Call center said i would be on hold for 5 minutes, 20 minutes later spoke with a rep for 4 minutes then the call just drop. WTF well i'm now convinced that this messages are true.
This place has the most lousy customer service that I've ever seen in my life. They have just lost a customer. I will NEVER order anything from them again. I'm going to pay off my account and close it. The first time I called to try and speak to someone about my account, the phone had me on hold and then it just disconnected me. The second time, I actually got through to someone and then they took some information and just NEVER came back to the phone. I hald on for I don't know how long. This is not a way to run a business. You will never get another dime of my money.
There is something VERY wrong with fingerhut billing dept. No matter how I pay my account, it doesn't work. I send it electronically through my bank days before its due and they harrass my ass over and over again for payment and don't apply the money to my account. In one case, my daughter's check with her account no clearly written on it by the bank got sent back to her telling her they can't find an account to apply it to and then they charged her a late fee they suck
this has got to be the worst customer service dept that I have ever dealt with, I will be severing all ties to Fingerhut after I get my issue resolved. They can thank their offshore customer service dept's. for the loss of customers. when dealing with customers in the US they should have some knoeledge of the English language.
Your Customer Service Agents are very rude. The one I spoke with on yesterday afternoon, English was poor and kept giving me a wrong number. He then hung the telephone up without any assurance as to when my order would arrive. Please give them all customer service skills training.
