You send out coupon codes that don't work. Your store knows they don't work. And they will not honor the coupon code. This is very unethical advertising and trolling. I'll be putting this on social media and telling all my friends. I'll also turn you into google. False advertising I shall make you my hobby.

Ordered a classic sandwich and received a whole sandwich fat only, I went through drive up ordered sandwich only was asked if I wanted the Saturday combo, which I didn't want after the order I heard the person who took my order say , Really like he couldn't believe that's what I came in for. I'm thinking that's why I got a sandwich I couldn't eat.

Fking prices are sky hi and quality of meat has been reduced to barely above dog food grade. Delivered food is somehow worse. The meat weight is 50% fat or more literally scum from the bottom of the pan. It's like let's give our delivery customers the worst slop and cheat them so we don't have to break into a new brisket. Orders are never correct always missing something entirely. Call to complain and nobody cares. When they actually answer the phone they don't even utter platitudes just always the same excuse literally. Sorry I just came in shift not sure what's what . No fixing of the order no refund for missed food just excuses for fatty lump dog food. It's just THIS Visalia dickies down town. No problem with dickies outside of Visalia. Fk them

My neighbor who manages the Dickey's restaurant on Sparkleberry Lane in the Kroger shopping Center in Columbia, S.C. Is awesome. She is sharp, runs a clean restaurant, is so polite to customers and gives them a great product. Her name is Kim Raulerson. She has seen her owner only once in a year. . None of my friends will eat or order at the restaurant unless they see Kim there. The drink machine hasn't worked in two years. The commode hasn't worked in months. Kim has two Austic sons at home. She lives with her sick mother. She works nights, so she can take care of them during the day. She was rushed to the hospital today in an ambulance because of stress and anxiety. Maybe kidney stones. Something has to give. Her employees are not nice to her. If you lose her as a manager you can bet the store with close. Today, it is not good to lose good employees.

I went to duckies today for lunch. There was four employees at the front but I stood there for ten minutes. There were only three people in the store.i walked out in discust.i will never attempt to go there again.

I would do a secret visit to this restaurant. It is inside a gas station. Dirty. Bbq beans room temperature. Baked potato casserole had no taste. Ice cream machine not work. They had to make the tea for me. I have been to many dickies and this is the first place not pleased. I am surprised dickies would place their reputation and name at this location. 15.10 wasted. Tossed in garbage.

Being a former manager at dickeys in Colorado I was told to go by company policies which the GM didn't do. Some meats are supposed to be tossed at night such as chicken, Turkey, and sausage not to mention other items such as Mac and cheese, bbq beans,green beans,cream spinach and the potato casserole. All items were left over night and served the next day. I was told that it's product wast and I understand that but if a company informs you of the policies you should stand by them policies not serve the customers old food that should be discarded that night. I think this company and it franchise owners need new training and better understanding of food quality.

I recently worked at dickeys in Little Rock. I was never paid my TIPS the owners kept them and never paid the cashiers credit card tips.. once I asked about the credit card tips I was threatened and fired without any reason other than asking about my money I earned

I went to Dickeys barbecue pit Saturday April 3rd 2021 located in Maricopa AZ on John Wayne Parkway. I ordered the 80th anniversary pork sandwich and a brisket slider. This is the first time I ordered sandwiches at the store. In the past I always had brisket with 2 sides with muffin which I never had a problem with. But when I had the sandwiches I was very disappointed with both sandwiches, the pork sandwich only had a few slices of meat in it and it was not fulling at all and the same with the slider sandwich, I paid about $16 for both including one side and roll with small desert. I wrote a email to the store complaining that I paid so much without any satisfaction with the meal I received that it was so skimpy for the price I paid. The store replied with a email thanking me for my feedback. Actually I was looking for an apology for the skimpy food I received with for such a high price. Receipt # 1431-78-33242 at 8:47 P.M. and receipt #1431-78-33241 at 8:46 P.M. Cashier states Lewis Phone of store is 520-220-5880. Maybe they had a shortage if that was that case they should have notified me and I would have chosen something else. I just don't like getting ripped off. $16 worth of food should satisfy me somewhat but it didn't and left me still hungry minus the $16 I spent. Very disappointing sandwiches.

I would like to just put my two cents in about the dickeys barbecue in Lancaster I was a driver picking up an order for there this evening I had to wait an extended amount of time a manager named Susan was a little bit frustrated I got a little bit frustrated with some of the customers but I can honestly not blame her I don't think it was her management skills that kind of made it when it's ready to go ride tonight not putting blame on anybody but it might look a little higher than her because from what I noticed she was busted her butt pretty hard to get everything back to a normal sheets so if somebody does get a complaint for that dickeys barbecue in Lancaster for the evening of March 13 between the hours of 530 and let's say 730 I would like you to give her a break because it was a very very very stressful situation Oh if I still do beans or something it never went any farther please don't reprimand this young lady like I said I think that she went above and beyond it was just very frustrating and a lot of people were at fault

I have been customer of Dickies BBQ for well over 25 yrs and rarely eat BBQ anywhere else however today at lunch I was served the worst BBQ that I have ever eaten. I picked up my usual , sliced and chopped sandwiches and had them at home They were uncooked,tough, and full of griddle I called the store ( I-35) in Denton and they were pleasant and insured me that that was not the norm and offered to replace them My wife and I went back this evening anticipating a good Dickies BBQ sandwich Regreatfully I must report it was bad as well, however it was apparently cooked better but was as tough and grisly as the sandwiches at lunch I am aware as we all are our economic climate is suffocating small businesses and they are looking for ways to survive but I would argue that poor quality will cost a business more since we are paying the price for good quality. I hope that Dickies isnt sacrificing quality for margins We are going to give Dickies one more try at the other store in Denton If it turns out the same poor quality then we will have found the truth and we will go elsewhere I truly hope it was an isolated incident (twice) but we will

By the way one of your reps from corporate was there tonight and gave us a 10% discount on chips drinks and cobblers which turned out to be our meal We couldn't eat the sandwiches I would have thought she would have checked with us as to how we liked the replacement sandwiches We are in. Not many people in eating area either. We were surprised at her lack of interest in a unsatisfied customer

On 11/30 I ordered a filet mignon gift to be sent to my family. The order number is: 25694. I was told that they would receive their gift on 12/3. It's now 12/15 and they have only received a bottle of wine and nothing else. The receipt email stated that I would be receiving another email with a tracking number. It never came. I called the customer service line and all I got was a transfer to another number where all I could do was leave a voicemail. I have called 5 times. Why is Dickey's not acting in good faith? Why do they treat me like I don't matter? I need help. Please

Visited your red oak store the barbecue was terrible meat was dry and old sides were dry there was not enough meat to complete my order this was a terrible experience that I would not wish upon anyone else bad very bad.this location needs serious improvement. Poor very poor quality.

I have been to this store 2-3 times in the past and every time I am there the staff is unpleasant and or flat out rude. Tonight my wife and had a groupon and decided to try it again and again....aggressive and rude. The food is pretty good - price is not bad but tonight after dinner, I went get some ice cream and i pulled the handle down and nothing (well a small drop) was coming out. An older man (in his 60's at least) came working towards me and I thought he was going to show me how to dispense the ice cream (thought maybe I was doing it wrong) and he came right up to me and said very aggressively "there is NO ice cream" and I was put back at how pissed he was and I said "ok sorry I didn't know" and he said well there is no ice cream". I can see why you need to do groupons to get people here and again this is not the first unpleasant experience with rude employees. I wanted to kick this old man's a.. but I just walked away. I have another groupon and will get a refund and let them know how bad my experience was. Its funny......I own a business and I am just who you want as a customer.........Im 48 and live a 10 mins drive from the restaurant. I am sure this location will close soon and that will be that, but these are franchises and this location is ruining your company. BTW there was a young lady and middle aged man behind the counter and they were very friendly but this older man was a complete jerk.

I thought how great it is that Dickey's BBQ has smoked turkeys I thought this would be a great addition to Thanksgiving. I got a smoked turkey to feed 10 to 12 people when my fiance went to pick it up it was under 6 lb I called the manager is not in and there's nothing she could do for me I even asked what am I supposed to do now tomorrow's Thanksgiving I don't know she replied. I am so upset did I have to go out and buy a turkey and cook it. I've even asked before ordering how big are the turkeys so it's big enough to feed 10 to 12 people not this case. I am so disappointed for $62 it is a rip-off.... I ask for the manager sorry he's not in. And she explained the managers the one that picked out the turkeys. Order is under Doug Willey picked up in Victorville California. I want some type of resolution for this....

I have eaten at the Dickie's in DFW many times and was pleased.

So when the one opened in Carencro Louisiana I was excited

Having visited the location there were 5 staff standing around

Would not answer questions about the very small menu taped to the glass

Then the order was half of what I got in a order at. Airport.

Really. 1/4 of piece oh sausage and 2 ribs?

Interesting my husband ordered the sausage and got an appropriate portion

I give the place 3 months at most

Saturday night and no one in the place

Owner needs to replace staff and retrain

My daughter visited the location in Northport alabama ordered on line went to get her order and the drink machine was not working there also was no tea ask for a refund because there were no drinks and was refused called the manager yester day and he cut her off mid sentences and told her she needed to get her low life fixed he was on speaker phone so I called back and he said I don't have time to deal with you and hung up on me as well terrible rude manager I can see why these bbq places are closing down because people will not put up with that kind of service

PLASTIC CUPS!!

California is on a huge kick on kicking straws. And for good reason. But your plastic cups have more plastic than 30 straws would have.

Waxed cardboard or an eco friendly alternative would be great!!

The dickys on boscell in Fremont was the worst...I stood waiting to place an order ..I was the only one in line..the employees were walking around laughing and joking....I got asked what I needed help I said yes...he was not overly friendly..acted like I was bothering him I placed a order ..it was very expensive..one side was 6.00 ?..I asked if I could get some bbq sauce and he commented that I didn't order a meat...the food counter in the back was very messy..food everywhere..

Would like to share my experience while visiting your store located at 9368 Narcoossee Rd, Orlando, FL 32827. This was our first visit. My family and I pretty much screwed up our order at the drive thru. Fortunately Addin (young man working the window) showed us so much patients. I was so impressed with his hospitality and professionalism as a young person that my wife and I just wanted corporate office know that this young man has management potential. We recently moved here from Maryland and its just a pleasure to see young people working so hard with someone else's investment. As an owner of several businesses I know how difficult it is to find invested young people. By the way the food was great!

Enjoyed my dinner with my best friend tonight at Dickey BB Pit in Sterling Heights, MI. The service was outstanding, and the food delicious! Thank you for this wonderful dining experience!

Im a former employee or an employee i dont even know because the was they play too many games. I got suspended for no reason, where I work at theres too much favortesome going on, and descrimensome sorry from my spelling but you get the point, I got suspended for keeping my mouth shuT and being respectful, my manager takes sides for his friends that work there and gambles and lets those friend employees get free food while thee others dont get nothing , we get no breaks, no lunches, even when you work a eight hour shift, its agest the law everything that he does and there nothing we can do, i tried and tried to call somebody from the higher company to help me nope i just wasted my time, so dont work for dickies, they dont have no one you can talk to when u have an issue they can care less, im so upset cuz i wish there was some one i can speak to but there aint this is the best i can do to put my word out , dont go to the one on Avondale Az on Mcdowell and 99th Ave. They treat there employees like they slaves,

The Dickeys here in Yakima. I just worked at the owner pays under the table and shorts the checks....45 first time 146 second time.To save her money. She says she has the taxes pulled out of her acc. but funny nothing showing our hours she pays alot of people that way...DONT EAT AT DICKEYS in Yakima

My son worked one day in your long beach California store, he chose not to return due the food handling procedures! The manager used her bare hand to put meat on a sandwhich and he was told to refill a used bucket to put more mAc and cheese in for the line. He want given. Break for six hours! That breaks calif law. He called to say he won't be returning and it's been 3 weeks and has never received any pay. Also another employee walked out in the middle of his shift on his second day! I would like to know why my son was not paid? I suggest you take a hard look at your long beach store. My son advise the manager of some health codes they were in violation at the time he worked. He has his food handling license and has four years experience in this field, that is why he choose not to return and be a part of this mess.
