Fraud company , fraud debit card , making wrong commitments and not paying full amount

Worse patient service ever. Extremely difficult prescriptions renewal processes are reject numerous times. Would rather have my finger nails pulled but am forced to deal with this dog of a company. Terrible company.

I have been trying to call the Patient 1-800-222-6885 for 2 hours and a recording comes on and said all circuits busy. This happened last month also. Is there another number that I can call to refill my medication.

Previous dealing had been frustrating. I got Laura today. She took charge and got it straightened out. She also spoke English! Very refreshing!
