I returned 2 Tracfones in box they came in with appropriate paperwork and Rite Aid return label on 11/10/21They arrived in Liverpool N.Y on 11/12/21.Just spent 45 minutes on phone trying to find out where my refund is;no one answered.

I pulled into the ready store Lincoln New Hampshire they close at nine pulled into the parking lot at 8:58 needed one propane exchange not shopping gentleman saw me walking up to the door and spit up and lock the door on me so I waited for some other customers to come out because there are still people in the store tried walking in not 9 yet and was Told they could not help me I explained that this gentleman over here lock the door before it was actually time to close practically in my face and was still denied not very happy I was a loyal loyal customer to Rite Aid gold member

Rite Aid store # 01754 @ 4390 Richmond Street Philadelphia, Pa 19137 ( Pharmacy Complaint )
On 08 / 06 /2021 wife went to pharmacy to pickup are daughters medications called in by Doctor himself who is a her brain surgeon that sent her home on Tuesday Night 08/04/2021!!
First of all the young male pharmacist was helpful but the young lady behind the counter with him couldn't be more rude, playing with her cell phone. She said we don't have anything for her my wife explained it was called in on 08/05/21 the male pharmacist said something to her and she respond by saying what? like he was bother her playing on her phone.
He told my wife we can fill it for her. He gets high marks for checking and being a professional young man. She gets a zero as a person and being a rude humane being you should do surprise visit to this store its a very nice neighbor and people should feel at ease with people behind the counter.
Its states the pharmacy hours are at 8am they open at 9am please change the hours so people no correct time. Two weeks ago store was open and pharmacy was close at 5 pm gates down no reason why??

Hey guys randomly came across thiis post dealing with the same situation from the start. I LEGALLY went to try return whatever I had unused / unwanted. They turned down my request (as have other places) because you are "required to have e a receipt" I didn't research on the corporation and it clearly states on the official website the buyer can receive full refund in store credit even without receipt . Even after 30 days (rite aid at least). Same goes with Marshall's, Ross ect. They all have those statements in the policy website. I suggest you create a "wellness card" or any of that stuff and places you should since they can verify ur purchases that way and give full credit. Gonna check the policies for to share! :) hope this helps. Btw there's TONS of places that do this in the fine print. Super easy to find just goo at the color are webaite

I bought some of the Big Win brand Kcup Donut Shop coffee, I bought 5 packs of 3. I waisted 4 because it brewed grounds into my cup that many times so far! I have to throw out coffee and rebrew, I don't have the money or patience for this. Make it quality or don't make it at all! I'd like my money back but I threw out the ones that were bad so far. First time for my kuerig with coffee grinds brewing into it. The first one clogged and water went everywhere when I took it out, not a fun morning!!

I have been trying for the last week on nyc website to get info about vaccines at rite aid. Nothing works. I can't even get far enough to learn that the vaccine is unavailable. Walgreens has wonderful site, even to just show that the vaccine is unavailable
!!!

I would like to file a complaint. Your store in Nanticoke Pa,the shift manager talisha is very rude. One of the other employees asked her for help,she told her she wasn't helping her. She was rude when she wrang up my order. Throwing stuff in the bags slamming them in the counter. And talking back to customers. Now I have been a customer of your facility for 30 yrs and I have never been treated that way before. Very disgusted.

After going round and about regarding a RX refill I find myself very disappointed that I actually feel the need to write this. I am waiting on a RX that because of no fault of my own was not filled when needed or should I say necessary. SICK literally SICK. The pharmacy after finally getting it straightened out between them and my doctor are OUT OF STOCK. I'm trusting that it will be in when stated or I will be in worse shape then I am right now.
What other options could have been taken to prevent this. Let me count the ways.

Rite Aid should remove Tri-care as an accepted insurance for individuals. I have both Medicare and tri-care. On Monday October 12 I was informed the computer program utilized at 5217 California Ave SW Seattle 98136 could not input my Tri-care information. This has never been an issue with Costco, Bartells, CVS etc. I canceled the orders sent from my physician. Tricare and express Scripts spent time explaining to the folks how to input the needed information. This is a benefit I earned and expect to receive accurate and professional help.

I purchased an item for 20$ and unfortunately lost the receipt. I was advised I would only get half of the cost ona gift card. That is ridiculous and seems illegal

Worst store ever!! I purchased something online from their store. After not receiving it for 30 days, I request a refund on the item. The next day I got an email notification it was shipped. I requested another refund and no response. I will be shipping the item back as soon as it arrives. Worst customer service ever!

I quit rite aid. The store I am referring to..921 so brookhurst Anaheim CA 92804. The reason.. Your dysfunctional pharmacy personnel. Reason. I made 2 trips to your store during the past week to not run out of my medication. I pointed out to your staff ybthat I would be out of my medication today. Also my physician is very cooperative and does not want me to run out. The outcome-- last week I was told that maybe I could pick up my meds this wednesdsayvthru Friday. Apparently your staff did not care if I went without. Consequently I am immediately transferring my business to another pharmacy which is not connected to Rite aid OR CVS. Really that is how you want to run your business..not caring if your customers are served. By the way I was recently hospitalized because my upper BP measure was in the 200s. Your choice.. You can choose to ignore this feedback and I will let it be known even to those government departments which regulate pharmacies and or you can answer this complaint.

I went to my local RiteAid(which I am at often)!to buy Claritan. All I saw as the card to take to the pharmacy in order to buy the meds. I asked the girl if they had plain Claritan and she said no, not in the pharmacy.'I really just needed regular Claritan because I'm supposed to avoid decongestants with my high BP. So I showed ID, signed a form and bought the Claritan D. As I was leaving the pharmacy counter, I saw regular Claritan on the shelf. I immediately took the 3 steps back to pharmacy counter and asked if I could make an exchange. The young girl had to ask and I was told no. I reminded the girl that I was only away from the counter for 5 seconds at the most, in clear sight of all pharmacy workers, and I did not leave the store. No luck- I wasted $9.00. I understand the need for policies, but I also think they should take other factors into account. Very disappointed.

I would like someone to contact me about the Rite Aid in Bridgman Michigan giving me Phena Barb for my dog and rather than giving her the Elixir they gave her a solution, when I called to ask why the med looks so different I was told it was the same thing. I then told them I need to be sure since this little 4.5 pound dog needs the same thing they said oh yes it was a different supplier. Well a few days later my dog started having seizures and they lasted over 24 hours and she ended up in the ER and I ended up with a very large bill! Over $1300.00 When I called them they said oh that was a solution she used to take Elixir!! Now they act like they don't care and that they did nothing wrong. Well I think different and I think they should pay for that bill! They did wrong and admitted that the change could cause seizures well I have the bills to prove it! And that isn't even including my regular vet bill because I took her there first! VERY UNHAPPY!

Your Rite Aid on 320th St. in Federal Way, Wa needs more people to handle the
amount of people. i was in there yesterday to complain on how rude one of your
employees were. Also my doctors office also called about my re-fills and she said
they were no help at all. Otherwise I will have to take my business elsewhere.

I would not purchase anything from Rite Aid I returned some merchandise purchased with a debit card which would allow me cash back however I was informed that they do not allow that it'll take up to three days best case scenario for me to get my refund no other establishment on the face of the planet has this policy when it comes to debit card returns I will not be shopping there anymore

The Rite Aid on Stockton Boulevard and Fruitridge has sold near me and item called the micro mechanic I purchase this one night and the very next day went to use it and the item was not in the box I come back to the store and the manager and the teller both tell me no it was in the box I purchased this I wish to get my money back or a new item and I was rejected and insulted buy them accusing me of a liar me and my wife were both in the store and they or unhelpful they kind of just Shine Me On and told me they will not give me anything back that I was lying what is our Pharmacy coming to nowadays the new station is right down the street I think they should have an opinion on this

I'm in the process of finding a new makeup cause they quit making the one I use so I have returned makeup with the receipt today I bought some makeup there and I have had trouble with this woman that runs the cash register there for a year I have never done anything to her she got upset cause I had asked her earlier when I purchased the makeup if I could bring it back I tried it didn't like it she got such an attitude with me and was a smart Alec I told her I talked to dan the manager he told me I could bring it back and she was like it's used he said u couldn't bring it back if it was used used I said I barely used any of it I don't like it it not the right color then I went to the pharmacy and asked a woman I know how to file a complaint she gonna come up there and start her mouth I didn't get my money back but she wanted to act like I'm a theft and I don't steal nothing never from there I'm going to tell them they need to fire her or I'm filling a lawsuit for discrimination cause I got piercings and tattoos she thinks I'm a thief she try's to say well people are bringing makeup back that's half empty I barely used it this cashiers name is Tracey she works in bluewell rite aid/ Walgreens in West Virginia

I purchased packing tape, rite aid brand, but couldn't get it to feed properly, didn't have my receipt, but used my rewards number when I bought it. Took it back to the store in Aptos, CA where I purchased it and had no problem getting the full purchase price refunded in cash as it was less than $10. The staff at this store have always been great and have gone out of their way to help customers. I highly recommend this location.

cvs has an even worst return policy. needs id for every return, even if its .25 cents value, and its tracked and will reject u on 2nd or 3 try. i refuse to shop or bring my pharmacy meds there anymore. wont support them esp since they are tre clients

I agree with Lynda. Went back to Rite Aid on the same day to return an item that we bought using our Bank card and with the evidence of the transaction on the online bankind app in the phone. Also we used the wellness plus phone number for the purchase. Still the Assistant manager at the store said that she can only give back the lowest sale value for the merchandise. It is strange and not right. No wonder why Rote Aid is slipping down among their competition. Rite Aid is neither Right nor helpful.
