I got A tv converter box.Had it for almost a year .The emote went bad so i tried to get a new oe Come to find out they discontinued it.They don't have one to replace it and there's no universal remote.

Reaching out to you is a real joke. I have a problem with my TV. Keeps teloling me to run channel auto run.

Calling customer support ...have been on waiting for over 1 hour

Have visited www.rcahabits.com (message given while waiting on phone)and website nonexistant.
Have tried several 1-800 numbers and they either do not exist or they are not RCA.

I called your customer service 877 number. Several times got no answer.No customer service.
Tried to hook up RTS7010B sound bar, can't get it to work.
I'm taking it back for a refund and never buying RCA again because of no customer service.

Cant read your veryfy codes ,took numerous times to get past this point.
RCA makes it very difficult to give my money to.

I'm having a serious problem with getting help on 4 Rca tabs I purchased last year in November and purchased a warranty for each of them. Having problems with all of them and need repair or reimbursement. I've been given several numbers to call some by Walmart and is still unsuccessful in receiving help

Hi. First your phone number cuts off as soon as it connects. Never rand one time. Hope that helps. Next my 40 tv quit working I bought about 10 months ago and registered it for warrannte. I cannot find the receipt. Can I give someone the serial numbers to pull up my info.

I've always been a fan of RCA products. Until this blueray disc player I purchased. I've had it now for probably 5 years. Which really, usually is not an issue. But this piece of crap is malfunctioning 90% of the time. I use my, I'm not quite sure how old, 18 year old Samsung VCR/DVD all the time. Especially because my "new "RCA player hasn't really worked since a bit after it's purchase. Also, your web page to actually send s civil message, with maybe a response, does not seem to exsist.Never will purchase another RCA product.

I start calling RCA around about 5 o'clock and didn't get any information or anything done until about 6 o'clock. The first time I call I spoke with a young lady by the name of Julie with the employer ID number 1245 and was told that in order for me to get my tablet either fix or one sent out to me that I would have to go online to fill out the warranty for myself and then wait to receive instructions. I said what why do I have to do all that if I'm giving you guys and call and you're able to do it over the phone with me so Julie said well Ms. Mills I'm able to do the online form for you but if I do it then you're going to have to pay for shipping. I said that was ridiculous and then that's when she gave me her information and I asked to speak with the supervisor but she told me that there was no supervisor available and I will have to call back. So I called back and when I called the second time the young lady tried to help me but I refuse I wanted to speak with a supervisor so I spoke with the supervisor by the name of Louie with the employer ID number one two seven eight then he told me that well the young lady that I spoke with earlier / RCA guidelines that we are supposed to fill out the form and then wait for instructions so he gave me a pre-authorization code. So I asked him to go ahead and help me with the form if he didn't mind and he's told me that he was too busy and that he had other calls to take and he will patch me through another agent. I didn't say it was your supervisor so why do I have to speak with someone else when you can just help me right now and he said he couldn't so I asked for corporates number he told me that he doesn't have corporate number and is there anything else I can do to help you so then I said no and I hung up. So I end up calling back for the very last time and ask for supervisor again like I did the second time and I will speaking with a man by the name of Bruce with the employer ID number 961327. So basically I got the same information as before and then I asked him that why did his number have more numbers than the other agent he told me that the Asians have different numbers than the supervisor so I said why I spoke with the supervisor earlier and he gave me only 4 digits verses 6 digits like you gave me and then he told me that well all supervisors have six numbers and not for it so basically the whole time that I've been on the phone with each person Julie and Luie they both gave me incorrect information. So I just don't understand at this point if I spent $40 for tablet and I have to pay for a shipping label is $12. He'll end up paying for shipping label for $12 I might as well just end up buying my son another tablet for Just $40. Then on top of that when I went to the website it tells you that you have to upload your receipt but it only gives you the option to upload one receipt but it's kind of difficult for a person that bill online purchase through Walmart and you don't have a receipt you just have a confirmation email. So when I told this to the last the last supervisor Bruce he told me that it was up to the warranty department to sell my screenshot email but I don't have a receipt like I said because I bought it through online. I'm just sick I'm just sick of dealing with RCA I would never in my life get a product from RCA. I wouldn't even refer anybody to them from this day forth they don't have to worry about me using them ever again if it wasn't for my son I wouldn't even care about the tablet.

I have never in my life been so frustrated with an encounter with the rudeness of your employee I get so tired of the companies that have you deal with the uneducated that don't comprehend English I asked to be sent to a American employee in USa In Sept Of 2016 I purchased a computer from Wal Mart an RCA I have always been well satisfied with your Products until my power cord for the computer end broke off I gave a rep the order nu and was sent the wrong one been trying to get this mistake corrected and all I get is run around I had to find someone in my neighborhood that had a computer to contact u.the employee is Robert ID Nu2024 .The way I was treated I will never buy another one Of your products and I will tell everyone I know to do like wise.my name is Cheryl Boyd I live in Richlands Va.this all pertains to order

What customer service???? I called for help with a portable DVD player I purchased 3 days ago and already there is a problem. Even though hours of operation began at 10 est, office closed as of 10:45 a.m. Est. msg said then to call When I called that number, it took me back to the same line I called originally. WHAT A JOKE!!! I'm returning the item, never buying rca again and will certainly put this on Facebook!

I have an RCA tablet W101 or w116. I can not use it because when I use my Microsoft account number it returns that it is not correct. I changed account password and checked worked with Microsoft but not tablet. I did not set a code so can not use that.Can anyone help. Contacted support.rcatablets.com. expert said it was a temporary Microsoft e-mail problem that would be fixed in a couple of hours. That was two weeks ago. and 5 calls later still does not work they processed a charge but have not helped. Keep saying they will contact me quickly but never do.

I have an RCA television, LED LCD 32". I tried to turn off the enclosed captions on the screen, but only succeed in turning of the picture. I now have audio only and can not turn the picture back on with the sound. This seems to be because when I press menu I cannot see it without picture on the screen. So my question is, how can I return to picture and sound. I tried rebooting but that did not work. When it came back on, I had only sound.

I just bought a soundbar system from Walmart ,its a RCA rts7010b .after opening it
i discovered that it didn't have any hookups for the TV. there was nothing on the box
that said that there wasn't one in there. I live 7miles from the store,i just cant
believe that it wouldn't say that there wasn't any any coax in the box!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i am very unhappy that i had to go back to the store and buy it.

Sell your RCA stock. Customer service virtually non existent. Needed simple help with mobile DVD player purchased at Christmas. User manual is worst I've ever seen. On line support ? Don't bother. They can't be serious if they think I'd ever buy any RCA product in the future.

Never going to buy another RCA product. Purchased a tablet and contacted them immediately telling them the power cord tip was off center and had to be in a specific position to charge. I was sent 2 different emails saying they were looking into it with no further contact. That was in November it is now mid February and I can't charge my device at all. I would rather buy a tablet from another company than give them the amount they want to purchase another cord. Worst costumer service I have had ever!!!!

there customer service sucks my son got me a tablet for christmas keyboard doesnt work been trying to get them to replace the keyboard or the whole unit we they have asked for copy of the reciept we sent it 4 times and still no answer or response next step BBB
