I have had a great experience with customer service UNTIL I dealt with a local agent, in MA when a mistake was made by them with taking money from my bank account without my authorization. They were polite, but didn't actually attempt to resolve the issue. I spent HOURS on the phone with several different people and each time they asked that I give them some time, and they would call me back or that the money would be returned to my account within 24 hours....it's been a week.
