Nick in the Blinds department and and Chuck in tools department took real good care of me at the Upper Marlboro Home Depot in Maryland. Great customer service they both have me to the fullest!!!!!!!! Give the two gentleman a pay raise!!! Great customer service from them both???

Had a great customer service experience this evening at the Hybla Valley Home Depot. I needed some help in the plumbing department and was helped by Deb. She was great, knew exactly what I needed to complete my project and was a delight to work with.

I was very pleased to receive the service from M. Jackelyn from the paint department. She not only listened to my inquiry about a certain product, she accompanied me on a search for it. I wish all service attendants were as helpful.

I had a electrical project to be done and I came to Home Depot, in Washington, PA where I was lucky enough to have Bill help me. He went above and beyond to help track down everything on my handyman's list, he even talked to him on the phone to clarify what was needed. He was nice, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely patient with me not knowing what I needed exactly. I hope you can give him a raise because it is really deserved. I am truly a Home Depot Fan!

I would like to commend a young lady named Khadijah who assisted me with getting my order sent to my correct address. She was courteous welcoming, patient, reassuring and helpful. We were recently at the Home Depot on Baseline Road, Ottawa where Ed served both my husband and myself. The service was wonderful. Ed was knowledgeable, knew his products, and could have taught customer service. Ed had worked at the store for over 40 years he said. Home Depot is lucky to have someone like Ed. Thank you

I want to give a 5 star review for a sales associate by the first name of Antonio at your Port Richey FL store #238.

I first went to Lowe's they said they didn't have the empty sandbags even though they were in stock.

I then went to Home Depot. Here
Antonio went out of his way to find this product (that also was in stock) that also nobody knew where it was.

Antonio definitely has the skills and the drive to become a store manage or higher. He certainly is a true asset to Home Depot. As Business owner myself, employees like Antonio are extremely difficult to find. In my opinion, he deserves a raise or promotion.

We just bought a home a month ago and have projects going on. Main thing is the floor. Me and my husband has been shopping for 1 month to find the perfect flooring. Went to several homedepot stores, alamo ranch , by 410 at san antonio, visited floor decor and lowes. Today we decided to make purchase in home depot since we got the 15% off coupon from the mail but the flooring we liked is not available in store so we can't use it. The guy in alamo ranch just not very helpful, always says no , i cant or we dont have it. We even express that we wanted to get the service in floor installation but hes just so negative. so we went to homedepot 5101 cambray dr 78229. we went to customer service and showed a picture of what we liked but there was price difference so she transferred us to flooring dept. Finally we met Meredith, she's been very busy with clients but still very polite, very professional. She is very knowledgeable of what shes doing. she took care of us. Finally purchased our new flooring and she helped us placing an order since its only online. i want to give her a shoutout because we've been talking to this young associate and they all seems to send us to different people. always says i cant or not available. But with Meredith we will definitely combavk in this store because of a professional service she gave us. Very helpful, she deserves recognition specially during this pandemic.

Painting Department 6/26/21 the young ladies that helped me were very knowledgeable about their job took pride in helping me as well as others. My color solution wasn't an easy fix but they were patient and I was pleasantly pleased, because many young ones don't take their job seriously. But Shawdae and Kayla were very helpful they also worked well together. Ladies keep up the excellent Job. You made my shopping experience a good one. And I wanted let your bosses know.

We were impressed by the excellent service we received at The Home Depot in Camarillo recently. We asked for assistance right at the entrance and the gentleman, Joe from parking lot area, after making sure someone was covering his station, walked us to the product we wanted. He assisted us with showing the product and answering our questions and was very patient. Then, at the self service counter we were assisted by Monse. She was also very helpful and patient and greeted us with a smile. Both these people made the shopping experience at Home Depot very pleasant.
We appreciate the excellent customer service.

I have just had a very positive experience with Home Depot. Because I am in the high risk population for exposure to the COVID-19 VIRUS, I do not wish to visit the store. My transaction was somewhat complicated as I only wished to return part of the order and wished to reorder. The matter was completed in a very courteous and efficient manner by "Judith" who is indeed a great ambassador for The Home Depot!!!

Thank you to Trudy at the Three Rivers MI store. She totally went above and beyond to help me. She saw to it my shelving was cut, explained how to order online and how to get my lumber outside.
She also came up with the perfect solution for my flooring. She made my day!

Whitney at store 8922 was very helpful in ordering a tuff shed.she was very knowledgable of the tuff shed product and what was best for the application the shed was going to be used at home. She was very willing to answer questions and making suggestions in each facet of designing the shed...with a home depot smile how could you not buy a shed from home depot...thanks whitney for helping me out....

Just had new bay windows installed by Rob Cotton and Scott Saunders with Anderson Installation and could not be happier with their work. Friendly, professional, timely and considerate of our property. We would highly recommend these men, Anderson and The Home Depot.

I had an in home quote about some replacement windows from Gregory Kimball (his business card says he's in Tampa, but my home is in Gulf Breeze, FL) last week. He spent at least an hour with me and presented me with the best options for me (although not necessarily the best option for Home Depot!) It proved to me that Home Depot cares about the individual customer, and not just their bottom line. While he was there, he answered a lot of my other "house project" questions, for which I am grateful. This week, I started remodeling my bathroom, and ordered the bulk of what I needed from Home Depot. Home Depot didn't get to sell me my windows, they definitely got all my other business. Thank you, Gregory. I appreciate you!

Back in June 2018 on a Tuesday night don't remember the date but I was in need of a fitting for a water line that I had leaking in the middle of the night. I went to Home Depot store #503 on Fair Ave. in San Antonio Texas around
12 midnight hoping to see if I would be able to get help and sure enough Mr. Amador was at the door getting ready to end his shift I asked if I was able to purchase one fitting I needed to help me slove my problem. I know the store was already closed but he was really helpful and help me out on getting me the fitting I needed. I was ready to pay for item but told me not to worry about it, I don't know what other company that would do that for their customers at the middle of the night. Home Depot employees really go out there way to help there customers out. When you have great customer service this is what continues to bring your customers back to your stores and business. Thank you Mr. Amador and home depot for having great employees that take care of your customers.

Was in the paint department of the Newmarket store today and was looked after by Jesse who was excellent. He was busy with a customer he was mixing paint for yet another customer he made eye contact said I'll be with you in just a moment he was very quick with serving the customers he was very quick at getting me my product and he was very knowledgeable about what product I was looking for. It was a great experience I know sometimes the paint desk on a Saturday can be very hectic and the wait time to get served can be quite long and he was just hustling. He was very friendly very knowledgeable and I was very happy that he was on the desk .

I spent last Friday night buying new kitchen appliances. Not fun, but we needed to do it. We were just looking and arrived at Home Depot pretty late. The gentleman that helped us in the appliance section was Gary. (Salesperson GDM2110). The store number is 3638.

Gary was very helpful and patient as we went about evaluating appliances. Although it was late and probably past the time he was due to go home. He worked with us until we had all of the appliances ordered. He took the time to explain every option as well as set up the delivery for us. It is not often that one sees this level of customer service anymore. Thank you Gary for the great customer experience!
