My husband orders a dozen colored roses for my birthday. The roses were left on my porch in the freezing cold. I was just happy to have received them. I put them in a vase not realizing they were frozen. The next morning they were dead. So I called ftd.com and they were gonna send me out new ones. The roses were delivered after my birthday and half of them died the next day. I called and complained and gott husnbands money back, but that's not the point. the roses were very small and now I have no birthday roses. I at popes ordering from you guys a longtime ago because my order was always messed up. I have no idea why my husband would order from your company as he too had the same problem in the past. This is very unprofessional and I will never order from your company again!!

Ordered arrangement of spray flower for my 90 year aunt. My father which is her brother passed away on July 17, 2013. I ordered the arrangement on July 21, 2013. The arrangement were supposed the delivered on the July 23, 2013 which was the day of my father funeral. They never arrived. I have called FTD customer service numerous of times. Response was different every time. The last email stated that I would not recive a refund at all. The first time I called FTD customer service they offered 20% back. My father was in the armed forces and will never get the respect he earned and deserved. WHAT IF THIS WAS A FTD EMPLOYEE. YOU WORK FOR A UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

ftd is the worst place ever to order flowers form. they send there orders to members flower shops. if a mistake is made they take no responsiblity what so ever. i have sent messages for some type of response from this company and have called and gotten tranfered to different departments all telling me there is no corporate office number which i beleive to be a bunch of bull!!!
I ordered flowers on May 9,2013 for mothers day to surprise my daughter from her children they promised me floers would be delivered before 10 am when they go to church. i called at 5 pm because lowers were still not deliviered. called again at 7 to find out the flower shop THAT FTD sent order to could not find order. at th end of the day. At the end of the day floers got deleivered at 11:30pm, they were left over flowers and not what i ordered because flower shop ran out and then i got charged twice my bank account went in to overdraft paying another 70 dollars to clear that.
when complained to ftd no response, claimed not to have any responsibility and said i ordered to sets of flowers at different shops. they are so full of crap it is ridicuiolus. and if it was that way where the heck are my other set of flowers. Horrible! Horrible! business and customer service! I will never shop there and if i know somebody that is going to i will warn they to go to another company. they should be put out of business!!!!!!

Placed two separate orders through USAA shopping to FTD. Flowers were acceptable but delivered on wrong day. Box of Godiva chocolates delivered COMPLETLY MELTED. Spent $50 and $25 for shipping. WILL NEVER ORDER WITH FTD AGAIN!

I ordered flowers at ftd.com but I immediately turned around and cancelled the order within 15-20 minutes or less. Order for Mother's Day. Even though I cancelled IMMEDIATELY, they still charged me for the order. There is NO way they cold have already prepared the order and sent it by UPS in 15 minutes. Then, just to thumb their nose at the customer, thier customer service reps can barely speak English. I assume they were in the Philippines, Thailand, or India. In other words, FTD deos not care about customers an d all they want is your money, come hook or by crook. That's all right, it's the last time they will get my business. Google FTD reviews and they are ALL negative. What does that tell you about the company?

I had chosen FTD because I had a groupon and they had great arrangements online. Well, FTD did not deliver. I had requested to up the delivery date and I received an email stating they will check to see if they can do it. But never got an email confirming. Then the date for the original delivery date passed and still no delivery. I contacted FTD and their excuse was "we no longer have that arrangement. We will be glad to offer you another arrangement." No phone call or email stating that they could not make the delivery. I had to ask for my refund. They still tried to get me another arrangement but I was adamant about a refund. They said it takes 3-5 business days...We shall see if I get my refund or not.

When it came to ordering flowers , ftd was my choice . How ever , that is no longer true . sure its easy to order flowers , but when they screw up and dont make the delivery . WATCH OUT !!! It is such a hassel trying to get a refund . I'm still waitting . Talking to there customer service reps , is a joke . What I kept on hiring is , " were not allowed , to answer that " .

FTD is hands down the WORST florist on the planet. If you are thinking of using them to send flowers on, if you're like me one of the few special occasions throughout the year, DON'T. They have ruined my best Valentine's intentions 2 years in a row.. Boy am I an idiot for trying them the 2nd year.. Wrong delivery on the special day (someone else's order) that was never made rite.. And I paid for 18 long stem roses..the best they could do was 20% off my order and a $10 gift certificate! Hahahahah! I told them to keep it!

Do NOT waste your time or money with this company! I have no idea how they stay in business. I ordered a listed and pictured arrangement for a sympathy gift. I paid $92 for 18 stems and 4 different types of flowers, including white roses and snap dragons in a special vase. What I got was 7 stems of nothing but the standard cheap white lilies that I can get at Kroger for $3.99/3 stems and in an ugly regular vase .I called and it took almost an HOUR to get a supervisor on the phone. She would only agree to credit me 40% of the price back! I refused to pay $60 for what I could have bought for less than $10. I finally agreed that they could re-deliver the correct arrangement 2 days later. Well, no delivery, no phone call, nothing and it’s 5 days later. I was furious. I called back and couldn’t even understand the rep due to a very heavy accent. “No supervisor available”. Finally he agreed to refund my entire purchase. We’ll see if that credit shows up… I am so disgusted with this company. What is the worst is I was trying to express my sympathy to someone I care about. BEWARE!

I arranged flowers to be sent for my coworker's father's funeral. I received delivery confirmation email on the day of the funeral.

A few days later, my coworker came back to work. He told me there was NO FLOWERS from me. I called FTD.com customer service. They told me that a driver named Dan did deliver the flowers at 8am on the day of the funeral. I asked for proof of delivery to be emailed to me. Nothing came.

A day later, I contacted customer service again. I was told that they will investigate and email me the result. No email came.

One week later, I requested refund via email. I received reply message indicating that they will refund as no delivery was made.

So what was the story of a driver named Dan delivering the flowers at 8am? Did they make it up?

I have requested to unsubscribe on a daily basis from their emails for 5-6 weeks and have now called 4 times to customer service to unsubscribe me. The emails continue to flood my inbox on a daily basis. I will NEVER use FTD again. How difficult is it really? All they have to do is delete my email address.

A friend of mine's mother died and a group of us sent a large plant and a second gift to her in florida. The plant was bleek & second gift never arrived..after several days of calling, finally got to someone...my curiosity was peaked when i asked him where he was located and he said 'I AM NOT ALLOWED TO DISCLOSE THAT INFORMATION'...the call was sketchy...he took information (that I was comfortable disclosing) in order to send to a 'SHOP' so I could be called back...I'll NEVER use them again & shame on whoever sits atop FTD and allows this to happen. SHAME ON YOU!

Flowers were expensive, card expensive, website stuck, the flowers were not delivered, I called to track order and it said FTD is too busy to give status on orders go to website, I went to website and 3 (1 in afternoon, two in the evening of 2/14) separate times requested status on order …response each time from the website on 2/14 was that my order has been processed by local florist and should be delivered by 1 pm, we will call the florist and send you an email with the status, and I never got email from any of the 3 requests. I called the evening of 2/15 and was on hold for 10 minutes, then held for 15 minutes while they investigated my complaint. I requested a refund and the representative then said let me call the florist, the florist said no refund we will send a driver out tonight. I said I don't want the flowers give me my money back. Representative said I can't do that its up to florist to give you a refund and they said no, they will deliver them tonight, over a day late. I said no do not deliver them give me my money back, again Rep said can't do that we will send you an email when the florist said they delivered the flowers and then they hung up.

I ordered Valentine's Day flowers for my 80 year old mother on the morning of 2/13/13, in order to beat the mad rush of 2/14 and to ensure they arrived on time - paid for same day delivery for 2/13/13. Not only were they not delivered, I was not notified they wouldn't be. When I contacted FTD they told me they could get them there by Monday, Feb. 18th. Really? Valentines Day flowers promised on 2/13 delivered on 2/18? And for this, they offered me $6 off my order of $50. I asked the customer service person to go back several times because I just couldn't believe this was the answer. She finally came back to say that they had cancelled my order and I would receive a full refund. Not what I wanted. Horrible service compounded by terrible customer service response. I will never use FTD again and neither should others who want to be assured their order will be delivered when they expect it to be delivered.

In December, my Gold Membership suddenly disappeared...Not only that, but it seems that my entire account has disappeared. After spending, literally, hours on the phone with "Customer Service", it turns out that nobody there neither has any idea what happened to my account, but also is unable to help with anything except orders.

The kicker is that because I signed up for automatic renewal of my Gold membership, I just got charged for another year of membership for an account that doesn't exist...and there are no phone numbers, email addresses, etc. that can help.
I tried cutting my losses and canceling, but there's no account to cancel...but I'm still paying. I guess I'm paying to NOT have an account.

I ordered online from FTD and will regret my naivete forever. I should have called a Sacramento area florist myself after looking at their websites. Not only was FTD's delivery fee for the day BEFORE Valentines Day incredibly steep, they did not deliver at all, but sent me a cheery email assuring me they had been delivered. Fat chance. I'm sure they rode around in a hot van for 12 hours then went back to the shop or were dumped off at another house. Waited 1 hr. on phone; person was totally ineffective. Now en route to store to get them myself. They have 7-day satisfaction guarantee; on day 6 I will insist on another arrangement to make up for this.

I have received my order from ftd and want to send it back. It is not even close to the what is displayed. I got three roses, and a bunch of very small flowers to go with it. My wife and I will never use FTD again. I will tell everyone I know to go to your local florist so you can see what will be sent. I will contact my attorney general to make a formal complain so it can be added to the other ones. This is a total ripoff and should be stopped. I guess I will never get my money back or hear from FTD with an apology, but you will never get any business from anyone again.

My wife's birthday is February 13th, the day before Valentine's Day (February 14th)and they would be delivered to her office.

In the "way" past I would order flowers from FTD for each day - to be delivered each day.

In the "recent" (two to three years) I would do the same - but it never failed I would be informed by FTD "the florist couldn't deliver until the next day".

This year (2013), I decided to do it differently. I ordered (Order# FRQ712806) my wife's birthday flowers on February 8th (Friday) and was promptly charged. For the Valentine flowers, I decided I would go to a Safeway (the local florist went out of business)and purchase the flowers along with a card and present them to her before taking her to a Valentine dinner.

At 12:20pm (PST) today (February 13th, the day flowers were to be delivered)- I received a call from FTD which all I got was a message saying to CALL the 800 number. At about the same time I received an email.

I called (12:30pm) and promptly listened to a "voice message" informing me "due to an abundance of calls...etc...(but) a representative will be with me shortly...".

I listened to this voice message for 1 hour 27 minutes 46 seconds, before the FTD representative responded.

I proceeded to cancel the order based on what was said;

1) The representative noted that SEVERAL "florists" had rejected my order since Friday February 8th (until yesterday February 12th) due to the "holiday" (Remember these are birthday flowers the day BEFORE Valentine's Day).

2) The representative noted the "florist" who did accept the order - "had delivered to my area already - by the time they received my order (I assume from FTD) to deliver today".

In recap;

I am disappointed in FTD (after so many years of depreciating service) in the lack of organization to decide a "cutoff time" and/or to make a determination (in my case in deciding after "several florists" had rejected my order) to not be able to deliver and not have the foresight to call or email me that it could not assure delivery by a florist until the day of delivery.

Also, it would seem that if a florist/FTD affliate receives an order they should send a courtesy email or call to the "purchaser" of the flowers informing/acknowledging the receipt of the order. First, the customer (myself) would appreciate the business organization if there is a problem in delivery and not make the excuse "the florist could not deliver because they already made deliveries to your (my) area". Secondly, the florist or FTD can decide for themselves whose to blame for losing more than $150+ of business today and now for any future business - by me.

I emailed you this morning regarding Order Number I ordered a birthday bouquet before 10:30 am on January 10, 2013 for same day delivery service. This cost me $62.80 which included a $15.99 service fee. As of this date, January 11, 2013 at 5:09 pm the flowers still have not been delivered. I received an email this morning after my inquiry and they apologized and said that the flowers would be delivered today and they would send me an email to confirm delivery. They said the florist had a computer issue and my order was only printed today. I am not happy and am requesting a full refund of $62.80 for flowers that were never delivered.

Horrible. FTD.com advertises arrangements available for same day delivery that are not.
Their customer service phone line sounds like its under water and the agents are very hard to understand.
They are not empowered to make decisions on your order nor resolve problems so you wait on hold eternally.
Simply put, I will never use ftd.com again.

Having numerous emails sent to me about time enough for Christmas Eve delivery (for orders placed by 2359 on Dec 23rd) I checked the site to see what arrangements would be available for delivery in the zip code I was in. This was on the 22nd, a full 24 hours before the delivery deadline. After the selection came up the few I tried to order would only allow for a post Christmas delivery. So I called the phone number to get help ordering. Big Mistake. We were able to find an arrangement that could be delivered on the 24th, but they first attempted to charge full price when the advertisements offered either $10 off or 15% off. After I mentioned the discounts I was offered they rushed to agree to only a 10% discount.
Fast-forward to three days after a delivery that never happened. My account had been charged the $64.99 (on the 24th) but when I called the delivery wasn't even being planned on being made. After being on hold for 20-30 minutes I was offered a 10% discount for the mistake, but off of the arrangement price not the total I paid (all of $4.50 refunded). After my dissatisfaction with that I was given another offer of 15% off ($6.75 of the $64.99 that was already collected from me). In addition, they told me they would use another florist to fill the order and had no set date for delivery, just sometime in the next 2-7 days.
I probably would have been satisfied with the removal of the $19.99 delivery charge for the delivery that didn't happen or even a free $10.00 upgrade from the "better" to "best" as an apology. As it stands now, I will not be using FTD again and will pass the word on to my friends, and also my Marine brothers (who can get things passed around to a few hundred Marines within the week) never to use FTD. Accidents happen, but the way the problem was handled was appalling. The service rep seemed to do her best and I let her know that I wasn't frustrated with her, but the few dollars of apology that will supposedly get back to my account is a terrible way to ever see my business again, or that of anyone I know or have served with overseas.

I am very disppointed at the way we were treated at ftd. com. I always been treated wonderful.

We used 2 GC which the customer service agent said would be no problem.

We did NOT receive the jade bonsai. I received a $19.99 hugs and kisses bear.

The jade bonsai was posted as 29.99 and on another site 39.99.

Please resolve this issue. I had a major surgery. Been in the hospital since June. I would really like to have that bonsai.I would like this delivered as soon as possible at the following address:
(860) 242-8595 If u need to speak to me please call

It is really insane to have to go on and on with ftd.com. when i been waiting for my life.

I would appreciate this to be handles asap.Thank you Stacia Phillips/Marc Lessard

Please correct this error. It is frustating.

I placed a order for flowers to be sent from Virginia to Saint Louis, MO on 9/12/2012 for delivery on 9/14/2012 and flowers were not sent, received a phone call from a Jennifer saying sorry flower were not delivered and can send on 9/17/2012 with a upgrade. I agreed. Well 9/17/2012 came and went with no flowers delivered. I called 9/17/2012 at 4:00 pm to let them know if flowers could not be delivered today to cancel. Her birthday was today 9/17/2012. NOT TOMORROW 9/18/2012
Will never use this service again. Thanks for spoiling my birthday surpise.
