Ordered flowers to arrive today at funeral home. Received a email well after the arrival time indicated. Flowers Not available to deliver. What the hell! I am at home removing from surgery and cannot attend the funeral. I ordered the flowers because I cannot attend !!!!!! This was extremely important to me. I ordered thru FTD because I felt confident in their reputation. What a failure!!!! I am so upset. Then the representative asked if I wanted the arrangement delivered in 3 days. Are you kidding me!!! How inappropriate was that remark. Bad service' that puts it mildly.

I will never ever use FTD again!!!!!!
I placed an order on the 18TH of December to be delivered on the 20trh. It is now the 23rd and the arrangement still has not been sent.

My husband passed away 3 weeks ago
And today was our anniversary. I always ordered flowers for him so I decided to keep the tradition agoing today.
I selected a beautiful arrangement for delivery today- on our anniversary.

I got this email this afternoon :

Hi chris,

The local florist has attempted to deliver your order to chris tennyson but was not successful. We have advised the florist to reattempt delivery ASAP after contacting the recipient.

Unfortunately for the florist I have been home all day and nobody attempted to deliver anything- and the weather was fine. In fact I had exterminators here servicing the house.

After calling customer service ( the operator was very nice and robotic) I found out that there was no way flowers could be delivered today.

I asked to speak to the supervisor.
15 minutes later there was no supervisor so I tried to work with the operator. After inquiring about another florist that could deliver I was told there were not any. She offered a free upgrade if delivered tomorrow and then 50% off. All unacceptable.

What a negative heart wrenching experience you
gave me today. I was hoping the flowers would cheer me up & remind me of happier days-unfortunately that was not the case.

Massive failure on so many levels.

Very dissatisfied with FTD service. I ordered a very expensive $150+ bouquet 3days early. It came a day after the promised delivery date and was very mediocre. Will NEVER use FTD again!!!

Delivery not as promised, 4 days after actually ordering. Then on 2/14 the evening I received email advising the plant wasn't delivered and will arrive on the 17th. 1 week after ordering. The plant arrived broken, the pot it came in broken, flowers dead and wilted. CS was in the Philippines.. they did nothing after I called on 2/14 to complain on the promised delivery date, asking where is the Azalea Topiary plant! They couldn't answer. Couldn't speak to someone in the USA. Emailed and sent photos of damaged plant. They did nothing to replace the plant or ever call back to make good on horrible service

Do not trust it use!!! Ordered flowers and chocolate treats to be delivered 2/8/23. Half the order came (chocolates) the flowers which were coming by UpS which I don't understand if they were using local florists, never came. Customer service is a nightmare. Hard to understand would not send me refund confirmation by email saying it would be sent by my bank since they processed and sent to the bank. No matter how I tried to explain I didn't to business with my bank but with them and they were responsible for sending my receipt they would not. Would not tell me who the local vendor was, would not let me speak to supervisor saying supervisor would say the same thing. They owe me 108.37 for flowers never received. Corporate phone number I got through BBB filing doesn't work.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY... GO THROUGH LOCAL FLORIST TO BE SAFE I don't think I will ever get a refund

I ordered flowers for a viewing which they never arrrived. Calling customer service was at best very unprofessional mainly because I couldn't understand their language.
They didn't offer anything but 25% off of the flowers after the embarrassment that I felt.
They would not tell me who the flower shop was so I can be sure I never use them again

I want to know what happen in the floral Industry? I've never in my life seen such poor work design quality. It's embarrassing half of the things I see at funeral homes these days. I ordered flowers for my mothers funeral what received for her casket was a disgrace. Why can just anybody call themselves a florist? Do they not have to meet standards before FTD stands behind them?

The last few times I tried to log on, I had difficulty. This time, I never got to the FTD Gold page and I was being charged for delivery. I called the customer service number to cancel my membership and received no help. Why on earth are they making this so difficult.

I was very sad at my bouquet. It wasn't nearly as pretty as the picture and rather small. I was embarrassed. The funeral home had it right up front for everyone to see.

FTD can't even give a legitimate phone number to contact them. If you have friends or relatives in India, you may be able to get a message through. I doubt it though. For the price of flowers, I would think that a big old company like Freakin' Toads & Delinquents (FTD) could hire American!

Worse company I've ever dealt with!! NEVER agian will ever deal with ftd ..customer service is rude and VERY incompetent...fought two days with them to get my order right which never happened...ended up just cancelling my orders and went with someone else...as I said NEVER AGIAN....

Poor service. Ordered Gift flowers on a Wednesday for Saturday delivery. Was not notified until Sunday that the RSA's were not delivered. Missed the occasion and any chance to get the gift there on time. Will not use them again.

I contacted ftd last week to cancel my membership. I have the ftd gold and I ordered flowers for my daughter in Ohio for her Birthday. I got charged $17.99 for shipping and handling. I called customer service and I was told my gold membership does not count for that so I told the man on the phone that I wanted to cancel my membership. It is up on Sep 1. He said that he would cancel it and send me an email. I still haven't received that. I am retired and live on a limited income. I do not like the way ftdvdoes business. I probably won't get a reply just like I didn't get am email for cancellation. I am going to tell my family and friends not to business with ftd and tell them the reason why.

I received flowers for Mother's Day in Florida from my grandchildren in Rhode Island. They sent a bunch of tulips in a vase....but the vase had no moisture at all in it.....the flowers were completely drooped over....I managed to get them to be upright with lots of water and the floral packet that came with them....this took until the next day to achieve. Knowing the price of flowers thru FTD, I was very dissatisfied with what my grandchildren had spent their hard earned money on. I am sending a business card to my grandchildren for a local florist and telling them to never use FTD again ! ☹️

Terrible customer support. Absolutely no way to contact customer service. Their chat service directs you to a phone line that no one ever picks up from. If you try to email it links you to just the customer service page and does not give you an email. There is not way to contact them in regard to an order.

Hello, I just wanted to let you know, as a Gold member for a long time, I am so disappointed as to what I experienced this Easter weekend with FTD. On April 4th I ordered Eater Flowers for an elderly family friend, order 72051266918 They were suppose to be delivered on Friday 4/10.
No flowers were delivered on 4/10, 4/11 or Easter 4/12. Calling many times to customer service number indicated no one was available to answer calls.Your Website keep telling me a florist was assigned to deliver. No matter how hard I tried to reach a live person to find out what was going on, I reached a dead end.I even received a survey request even before flowers were delivered that I used to give the worse rating. I requested the order be canceled since it was three days past due and a refund returned to me immediately.
This morning, 4/13, I get a call from the recipient stating the flowers were delivered.
What an insult this is. Three days late. All someone had to do is call me to say the flowers could not be deliver and refund my money. I would have gone to a local Florist or even Stop and Stop to purchase and deliver the flowers myself. FTD should have been managing timely delivers. No calls or messages from anyone. That's terrible customer service.
I want my refund for the order and I want a refund for my recently paid Gold account membership. Please look into this very negative event ASAP.

Ordered Easter flowers for my mother. Item # P2054, "colorful bulb garden in white woven basket". Looked like a clump of dirt in a cardboard box. $68.89. I guess the "colorful bulbs" were $25.00 extra, and the "white woven basket" is $50.00 extra. NEVER AGAIN.

FTD is horrible, horrible. The use deceptive sales practices.

I was so embarrassed this holiday season when I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers online(or so I thought). What was received was completely unacceptable and left me so embarrassed. It was not comparable to the picture shown on the internet or the description.
FTD should be ashamed and I am passing the word to use 1-800-flowers (wish I had used my first instinct and stuck with them.

Please be advised if you looking for a florist company that delivers an important set up arrangements for an important day on a special person's birthday forget about it. This FTD Florist isn't capable of doing that. I ordered on a Friday for Saturday delivery and called in the middle of the afternoon on Friday to confirm the delivery and I was told that the original florist cannot deliver it but they found another florist in the town of the town of Carmel which is where the

recipient lives. Then around 7 o'clock I never got a call from my beautiful aunt saying she received anything from me so I placed another call at 7:15. And I was told the flowers were not able to be delivered again. They told me they guarantee that it will be delivered on Monday. I was extremely upset and I asked if you ask for so much information about the person placing the order then that means you have a phone number available to contact your customer. Why wasn't I contacted in regards to this issue. They said they were sorry. Well that's just not good enough for me not at $ 70 charge. FTD has been around for a long time and I was very surprised that they tarnish their name in this fashion. 1-800 Flowers here I come and stay.

FTD does not deliver as promised and doesn't inform of failed deliveries choosing to see if customers are proactive and ask for their money back. They promise flowers in areas where they have no cooperating florists. Florists have gotten wise and have withdrawn from FTD services. Smart florists, but it's the public who is duped by the FTD name. Do not order flowers from FTD. Go to a local florist instead. You'll be glad you did!

This number is completely useless. It is some off-shore call center and they won't even say where they are located. I can't find a number in the US.

They completely botched 2 orders in 2 days and now can't even give me an update after nearly 40 minutes on hold.

Avoid this company!!!

No possible way to contact FTD about an order unless you have an order #. Unfortunately, they never supplied an order number. They canceled our order without notifying us.

On three separate occassions my orders were not completely sent as ordered.In the future how can this be avoided.no compensation was given. I frequently order flowers and was shocked when no balloon, then late delivery, then vase and flowers were different.

As a former FTD.com employee, I can tell you that many of the call center positions are filled overseas in the Philippines and USA-based call center workers are used to answer calls for FTD.com's USAA customers exclusively (these customers are current or former armed service members and their families who would understandably be upset if they found they were talking to outsourced employees). I have spoken with many unhappy customers who could not understand or be understood by the overseas agents. As for my own experience, I was distressed and anxious at my inability to effectively resolve customer service issues due to time constraints, workforce scheduling for purpose of maximizing revenue and stringent company policy regarding refunds and resolutions that seemed to tip the balance more toward company profits than ethical solutions for the customer. There is no culture of
customer satisfaction. There is a culture of maximizing profits over fair resolution and reducing overhead whenever possible, even with events such as nondelivery to funerals--a situation that I found intolerable and verging on the immoral.

I worked at FTD last May for Mother's Day. The training and support we received was horrible. They hire just about anyone who applies and cram about a month of training into 5 days. Then throw us to the wolves. Once I had an irate customer on the phone and my floor managre would NOT help me. And having worked there I will never order from them either.

I worked for FTD in Medford, Oregon for 3 years. It appears that FTD fires anyone that makes it to the 3 year mark. They have multiple suits against them legally. I am involved in one of the class actions at this time. I know of over 20 people that have been fired for nothing more than standing up and stretching at their desk when NO calls were coming in. This is ridiculous. You try your hardest and really work hard, lots of overtime and are told how good you do, then for nothing you do, you get fired. I feel so very sorry for the people that work there. Not only do they lose their jobs but when working FTD lies to their customers, offering things they never have .. how sad FTD. How very sad ..Since I know that other suits have been won because of their negligence, I believe this one will too. I hope anyone reading this will beware and if you worked there, hey let public know of their deceit.
