Ordered a medical product from Amazon, product came with no safety seal as is required manufacturer told me do not use unsealed product. Amazon customer service AKA call center in the Far East couldn't understand and I couldn't understand them. I believe the Product was a counterfeit. Done with Amazon.

I ordered an expensive item that was sold directly by Amazon. They delivered the wrong item and then did nothing to replace it with the correct item. The only option was for me to return it and then wait six weeks for them to refund my money. So I had to pay for the item twice and there was NO attempt from Amazon to resolve the issue or make up for the burden they created for me. It was incredibly difficult to even find an option to speak with someone about the issue.

I recently moved to San Antonio. Within the first week, I placed 5 orders from amazon. They successfully delivered 1 item. I am waiting on a refund for 1 item, I have been trying to get a refund on another for over 12 days and the last one was stolen right back by the driver after getting me to sign for it. The first item I was in the neighbor's yard talking with them when the driver handed me a package and I signed for it. The neighbor wanted to show me something so I went to back to look. When I came back to get my package it was gone. Another neighbor told me the driver scooped it back up when I did and dipped with it. I don't know what's going on in San Antonio but I will not be using amazon anymore.

Several times I have started getting charged for new services I did not ask for. I only know because I see that my monthly charge doubles or triples and then I see that I have been signed up for something else. It is extremely crooked how every time you go into your music you have to cycle through things trying to upgrade you just to get to your music or grocery list or whatever you are trying to get to. I like some others probably hit the wrong button sometimes to get past the screen. They should have options to not see this. I should not be advertised to every time I go into my music, that is the whole point of paying for it so there are zero solicitations. I finally just had to cancel everything and go with a different music service.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I bought a phone that was supposed to be delivered on a specific day. On that day it was on the truck but not delivered. The next day it was on the truck and also not delivered and now ive been waiting an additonal 10 days with no delivery date. My phone has just disapeared and they have no timeline for delivery. I have asked for a refund and told 4 different wait to dates before they will issue. I have passed all those dates and now they just say they can't do refund and it has been escalated and I will receive an email. I never get an email, I've been told the same thing 4 different times and they all lie and never follow through. They won't do the refund and they have no idea when I will get the phone. Customer service is terrible, every time they put you on hold a different person comes back and you start all over. One call I was given 7 different people before I was disconnected. Chat is just as bad, you get a different person every few minutes and you start over. All they do is apologize over and over but they never actually do anything to help you. It is also extremely hard to get a live person on chat or phone. the computer system tries to force you to deal with it.

About two months ago, I discovered that the Amazon Photos app had changed their interface, and I could not find the hidden photos folder. I spoke to several different people, all of whom told me how to hide/unhide photos, not where to find the hidden photos folder. Several times, I asked to speak to someone else, which all but one person did, and they all told me the same thing. They also claimed to send me to a customer service rep in the US. None of them understood my problem and I even told them this. I eventually gave up and an hour later, discovered the hidden folders in the albums section.
If you're offering help for a company, learn to know what you're dealing with. If that particular aspect is not of your expertise, direct the customer to a reply that can help resolve the issue. Employees should be trained for this. If you are teaching your employees this, then the employees aren't following protocol.

I was a Amazon Prime member for years. Ordering stuff all the time. Sometimes I would spend $100's in 1 week and I ordered a $22.99 TV mount for the brand new TV. That I bought from them and it was from a third party seller. The seller sent me a used item when I paid for a new item so I called in. Amazon expected me to pay $30 for cabs to return this $22.99 item and because of this, I was not able to get a refund. I was not able to get a discount on the used item that I paid full price for or a replacement. They would not help me in any sort of way.
This was just the most recent event. I have also dealt with months of not receiving my packages of my packages. Being thrown kicked delivered to the wrong address And then that was multiple drivers who don't know how to ring a doorbell Or knock on the door so that I know my packages have arrived. Which in result gets my packages stolen right off My front Step because they can't Press a damn button what is Amazon do about it? Nothing

Nothing of what these alleged members of Amazon and who claim to work in customer service say is true, absolutely nothing.

The policies of a company have to be in accordance with the law, even Amazon's policies are written and you violate them, your customer service, for example from Colombia, is disgusting, and yes, gentlemen, you insult customers, hang up calls, make racist comments, you have thousands of prejudices against Europeans and even more so with Spaniards, the way you serve stinks, I've been buying from Amazon for more than a decade and I don't plan to buy again, because before they didn't insult me and now they do ? Not only that, you ask for a supervisor, which I never had to do years ago and they deny it to you, they invent a thousand and one nonsense, who are eating, meeting, etc., they don't know how to attend and do not want to attend, they try all the ways that you do not file a claim with id so that there is no trace of their attention slop or the claim.

They lie all the time, they go so far as to say that there is no replacement for a product and you can do it yourself from the system, and they know why they don't do it, out of malice, because that's how Amazon's support rubbish currently works, they're rubbish, that's how they spend all their time even falsifying information and making notes in your account so that the next one who doesn't know anything says what the previous one said, just to harm you, because that's the way these people must have been hired in a prison, and then they spend all the time from supposed escalations to escalations causing you to lose hours and hours, as if the product were theirs or the money, you are petty to the point of saying enough, complete and utter crap.

In other cases, the agent who attends you is so lazy and mediocre that it is difficult for him to contact a superior via chat, and even more so in other cases, he tells lies to said supervisor or does not even contact him, everything is copy and paste.

Regarding the promotional bonuses, they are a hoax, most of the time you get that it was applied and everything, but then it is not discounted, they will do the impossible to leave you without the bonus, it also happens that a product is damaged by the carrier or it is not delivered and they try to keep you without your bonus, when they should return it to you since the product failed through no fault of yours.

The word mediocre, mafioso, rude and disgusting does not come to describe the rubbish of miserable attention that Amazon gives, I have never seen anything like this, added to the nightmare that are the returns, the biggest slop that exists, waiting even more than 1 month for your money.

Added to the fact that they treat customers as if we were all criminals and already using their prejudices, for a guy or girl from Colombia to call you a criminal, it's funny, right? It's that we can all use our prejudices and be just as racist as you, I don't know or understand how Amazon tolerates this rubbish of people serving first world countries, that we are not here to waste time with their nonsense, because this is not a matter of a month, we have been putting up with this rabble crap for 2 years now, brought by the new CEO of Amazon who is a pushover and is called Andy Jassy, the best thing Amazon can do is change now or close it, now You've crossed all the red lines and people are sick of you, you've become the worst place to shop on the web and remember you already have substitutes, you suck right now

Amazon customer service has fallen hard. Looks like they outsourced to a company with a total lack of understanding what is customer service. I was trying to return an item that was advertised with free return. I was expecting a code to take to the UPS store instead it was a label that had to be printed with a charge for over six dollars for the return. Trying to explain the unfairness to the Amazon rep was a total time waster. The standard response, including the supervisor was it was a third-party sale and there was nothing they can do about. I asked how is this supplier getting away with stating free returns on their Amazon website and and then proceed to charge the customer when there was a need to return. Their standard scripted response was Amazon could not help because it was a third-party supplier and would have to deal with them separately. The supervisor read off the same script. Amazon had better make changes because losing more Prime customers is inevitable.

Amazon now does not list an email or phone number to handle customer service You must google their phone number This leaves me to wonder if they even get the concern brought to their attention. I have recently moved to a house that has a fence about the front lawn, the gate is obviously unlatched yet the delivery of items is thrown over the fence or left in plain view in the weather on the drive I have brought in many soaked packages and merchandise Once a lightweight item tossed in the fence was blown across the yard and I found it days later although a plastic envelope it was thoroughly soaked. I have left message by the gate yet they continue to toss packages. I hope customer service does in fact report to the local carriers. if they are going to leave in the weather they could at least wrap package in a plastic bag.

Very unhappy with their overall customer service

This is probably the worst shopping website I have had the misfortune to use. I tried ordering items on there, but Amazon cancelled my order and their customer service is horrible. I am switching to Ebay and I am never using this Amazon again and I hope Amazon goes out of business.

Amazon's customer service is the worst! I tried to make a purchase with a gift card I received from one of my students. The order was not more than the amount on my gift card. Amazon canceled my order and put a hold on my account due to suspicious activity and wanted me to send in a copy of my bank card or bank statement. My order was covered by the gift card, so why should I have to send personal information like that? I called multiple times asking what the suspicious activity was? I couldn't be told that, but you want me to send my personal information across the web. All I wanted was my gift card back. But now my account holds the credit which I cannot access until I send in the appropriate documentation. Every time I call customer service, they put me on hold and act like they are contacting some claims department. They come back with the exact same response they are reading off some computer. Most of the time you get someone who's first language is not English and I can barely understand them. One customer service agent hung up in my face because I simply told him he was not listening to me. I never raised my voice. I have sent multiple email and I made multiple calls, and all they can tell me is that there is no one higher that I can speak to, and nothing can be done about my gift card until I upload the appropriate documentation. I WILL NEVER use Amazon again. I encourage others to do the same. This company needs to be taught a lesson! I plan to email, call, and post reviews about my experience every chance I get.

Bernie, Jennifer and about three or four other ESL challenged "know-nothings" have dragged Amazon's platform quality from being the one that everyone else "wanted to be when they grew up", to the single worst customer service experience. Even worse than ePrey, now. And THAT's Saying something. The previous review nails it dead to rights. Your money is what matters. Your satisfaction with the transaction? Not so much. Incompetence and "Idiocracy" rules the platform now. Purchase at your own risk. And that is very nearly an actual Amazon QUOTE. Flee. I liked what Mr. Bezos did for us, but that business model is now NOWHERE to be found and I mourn that.

Congratulations, Amazon. You have created a system that is virtually impossible for customer to penetrate. You want our money but don't want to be bothered by us. I finally got through on a phone line, jumped through many hoops, reached a rep who didn't know anything, then waited on the line for a supervisor for about 15 minutes, all to ask a simple policy question. I have spent bundles at Amazon and will buy anything possible elsewhere moving forward. Just in case you care.

I received a recall on a perishable item from Amazon. I discarded the remainder of the product and contacted the 3rd party seller. They looked into it and the recall Amazon sent me was 3 years old! Partially, my mistake for not looking at the date more carefully. I contacted Amazon to find out WHY I was sent a 3 year old recall and the person in the text chat was unbelievable. Person had 2 names, for starters. I explained I didn't want a refund or anything, just wanted to find out how a 3 year old recall was sent causing me to throw away perfectly good food. I was offered a $5 "inconvenience credit" for the $130 I spent, a credit I have not received yet. I was asked for the order number, which I did not have on hand and would lose the chat if I backed out of the screens (on my phone) to get to the order number. This person promptly told me I was wrong, "I wouldn't lose the chat, but whatever". I asked for a copy of the transcript to be emailed to me, since I like everything in writing, and was told "you can scroll up to see what was said at any time, but I sent it". I have not received that either. Luckily I tool screen shots. This person was rude, argumentative, flat out lied to me and told me I was wrong multiple times. My information was supposed to be sent to the "customer concern team" to address, but I highly doubt that happened either, as I have yet to hear anything from them. This person single handedly made sure I wouldn't be ordering from Amazon anymore.

Customer Service is absolutely horrible. Agents speak broken English which one has to repeat nunerous times. My rating is a -4. Needs major improvements

Amazon Has Zero Customer Service. When Your Able To Reach A Non Speaking English Rep - They Lie, Cheat, Laugh, All While Their Laying At Home In Front Of A Blasting Tv. I'm Unable To Hear Any Of Them And Their Equipment Is Faulty. I Believe This Is Diliberate. Ive Cancelled My Prime - Amazon Has Lots Ofcompetition Ive Had 2 Merchants Meet Their Listed Price This Week. I Won't Be Ordering Merch From Shitazon That They Have No Intention Of Delivering. Good Bye !

You mean to tell me it took Amazon 7 hours to delivery a package 3 miles from your distribution site???

Posted by Anon

Absolutely worthless. I sat on hold for 30 minutes as he "looked for my account info". When he picked back up he sounded like he was in the middle of a busy mall, unable to he hear anything past the background noise and his microphone cutting out. We pay too much monthly to be put through this bad of customer service.

Amazon has sadly gone downhill lately. The CS agents don't listen and end up transferring me around until I hang up in frustration. Luckily there's good competition for Amazon now.

For the most part Amazon is spot on for item selection and if needed returns. But delivery really gets to the leaves of BS. Mainly in the Amazon in Kettering Ohio. I watch the tracking and it zips across the US but will sit waiting in Kettering Ohio. This place is horrible. This one place make the entire Amazon look like crap, plan and simple. Someone with customer service experience needs to check this place out.
