I took my led TV for the repair and the person who was on the desk and and technician who checked my TV told me my led TV panel was burned, And they even don't care to see what was real issue.and they told me to replaced led panel that costs rs 43000.And im lucky that i didn't gave for respire .
Then i was manged to respire my TV just spending rs 1200 only by replacing front panel ribbon . im so unsatisfactory with service and i never buy anything from them again.,

Still waiting for response DAYS LONG. people need masks ect. I am intending on providing masks at my expense. It's been long enough! Been on hold for an hour twenty mins.????????

I made a sewing machine purchase on the 28th of April. I never got an order confirmation, but my credit card was debited anyway. They do not answer the phone or respond to email. Any response would be appreciated.

Really very disappoineted about customer services provided by ssinger.I bought a electric kettle from singer Thudugala branch.they didn't give any awarness about it.after few days we went there for imform about an industrial error about it but they said they can't do anything and even they don't know how speak well manner to customers actually their customer service is very bad.

My daughter gave me a heavy duty singer 4452. I'm familiar with singer as my Mom had one when I was growing up. When I go to thread it, the bobbin thread does not come up to start sewing. I've
Even had a couple of experienced singer users help me to no avail. What can I do? It's brand new and cannot use it. seems like bobbin not working

Very disappointed about services provided by singer. I bought a washing machine yesterday from singer plus kadawatha b branch. They promised me to deliver it yesterday itself. But they didn't delivered it yesterday and didn't give any message about it. After camplaining that, they sent me a damaged washing maching (there was a free item. They didn't send it also) and they are not responding me....where should i complain? Singer don't have customer complain center. After I telling this to customer care number they told me they can't do anything and solve with the kadawatha b branch. I'm really disappointed about Whole singer company.

Very poor customer service giving by them

I purchased a Singer Scholastic 5523 in 2016 from s representative in a store. I have enjoyed it. I have lost my manual in a recent move. My needle has broken and I have tried to put another one in to no success. Do you have any Singer repair persons near Tupelo MS, Memphis, TN, or Jackson TN that I could take it to, have it checked over, and learn how to put the needle in. Thanks Linda Aslin

Really bad experience in Baththaramulla branch. Maneger and the staff are not talking the truth. Always giving false information. I am working in the environment ministry. Earlier I have recommended singer. But not here onword. It is a very bad experience..

Bad experience with singer product. never recomended to get product from siger.I purchas 4burner gas cooker. But now its not working gas lids properly. I have already ordered new one but they have not parts for that.waiting parts more than 1 months. Really disappointed.

Hi today when I went to make the card payment the assistant in the showroom told me the cashier is getting late to come because of holiday come after 15 mnts . When I reached after another 15 mnts the other assistant said they need another 30 mnts because they need to switch on the computers .. Is this customer service of singer plus Kottawa ,, the assistants run the branch the they want .. Manager is missing but showroom is open and there is no proper time to start the branch operation ..this kind of service will automatically push customer to go to competition.. If the showroom open today the assistant can't tel me because of holidays they open start work late.. Please note if you people are not interested to collect the money we too is not bothered to settle your loans.. I think all the other customer had the same experience..

Very bad customer services , after sales services (in showrooms).No customer friendly service.Don't have any trust with their products.

The after sales service of singer is very disappointing. A recently bought rice cooker which within warranty period was broken and now it's been 1month since it was handed over for repair. So, my advice is, never buy electronic products from singer. Always, consider Damro as the 1st choice. Their customer service has been excellent.

After sales service is not satisfactory as agreed. Even the equipment is under warranty, it took more one & half months get a feed back. That is also when I inquired.

After informing them I have been waiting for over one week for someone to come and fix my AC which I bought from Singer Mega Malabe. I have still got warranty for it and none of the staff took any notice of my complaint that the AC needs to b checked or repaired.. I will never buy anything ever again from Singer nor would I recommend it to anybody...they are rubbish and their after sales service is NIL... 0000000

Since I had bad experience with kegalle branch .. I won't go to singer n I won't recommend anyone to go there

I purchased a dinning set from your Kalutara mega branch and found a issue of the design and informed to branch on 2019-March and customer complain unit around mid of Aug as well.But Since there is no action and The finance depart recovered my full due amount without considering the goods quality and customer view.

pathetic customer service at the Maharagama branch, We purchased a washing machine for Rs.160,000 and from the very first wash the water started leaking, Informed the branch several times and they are yet to send a technician to check the fault, over the phone they say that it is a programing error, how on earth can there be any programme for water leakage? Due o this my entire kitchen was flooded two times and my pantry cupboards too were soaked from water, Tried calling the branch manager several times and she is not cumming to the phone, Worst ever experience after spending so much of money

I gave my multi-cooker to be repaired to the Singer Mega , Nugegoda.It has been almost a month and whenever I called they would say that they'll call me back with details but never had the decency to call me back, except once! ( that one time I scolded them and the person who was on phone promised to look into the matter and call me back and he called in the evening and told me that I will be able to collect my repaired product on Monday the 21 st)

I got a text message that the product is ready and then I sent a person to collect it today- Wednesday the 23rd of October- to see that the product is not yet in Nugegoda!

Singer Mega Nugegoda told me that it will "sometimes" arrive in the evening !

So far, I have called them more than 10 times within the month and was called back as promised just once!

Their customer service is terrible and I do not recommend anyone to buy any thing from Singer !

The customer service at singer werahera borelasgamuwa branch is appalling. Ordered a small table and was told that they will deliver it on poya day. I wanted it delivered the next day and was promised it would be done. Called in the morning to find out the time of delivery and was asked to contact the person who did the sale. Called the mobile number given no answer. Called singer agsin and was told that they will deliver only once they revceive the item from the factory and that they are unable to tell me when the delivery will take place. Did not know that if the guy who does the sale is not available nothing happens to the customers satisfaction. Ideally before confirming the delivery shouldn't the guys have checked delivery times? I need to know the exact data of delivery in order to arrange for someone to be at home. Order number MAT R13862
