Dear ProFlowers, I'm sure that you are among the scores of US companies who have chosen to use 'off-shore" customer service call centers; however, I came very close to walking away from placing an order with your company due to the tedious frustration of placing an order with a rep who struggled with language issues. Due to faulty wiring on your website, I was forced to use the live agent option. While I certainly believe in equal opportunity for all, I must assert that your company and others must consider an alternate way of providing customers agents with more discernible communication skills to ensure that our packages don't end up in Timbuktu. Please take this into consideration . . . after all, good customer service is essential to the success of any business!

the main phone number has the most incompetent and rude staff I have ever tried to work with . I would like to contact your corporate office to report them. If someone does not

change their phone skills you as a company implode and you will be out of work. my email address is [email protected]. Thanks for your help. Judy

Wow, I got the promo code Prager for your 100 Flowers for Mom. I filled out all the order info, I hit the continue button and the order crashed. So I went back to the start and redid it completely. Guess what it crashed again.

So I called you 888# and I got a guy that spoke with a heavy accent and so softly I couldn't understand him. I asked him to speak up and when he did the only thing I could understand is he wanted me to go to the website to complete the order.

Where you got the JD Power rating is a mystery to me.

I already emailed you the other day and got no response
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my Mom for Easter. The day after I received it the flowers died. I am not happy with this. It was a waste of money.

Im so disappointed with my order. I ordered flowers for my mom's bday and what she got was not even close to what I ordered. All the flowers were died and it was less than a third of the flowers on saw on the picture

I received an order on Saturday from your company and was really unhappy with the flowers. The next day after receiving them the roses had already died.

Did you not get my e-mail. I'm so upset. I've ordered pervuian lilies for V Day, never came. Been with you guys forever it seems. I was told my order was canceled, but not by me. Expected delivery Feb 10th, also ordered Sharie's Berries-they came, but no flowers. I don't know who canceled this order, neither did the girl I spoke too. I'm bull in plain English.Love these flowers, had just gotten out of hospital that day, Sharrie's was here but Proflowers was not. Very upset. These were for me, I expected them. Never had problem, why now? Please get back to me, or that's it.

Never Again Will Our Family Use Pro Flowers! The Flowers I Rec'd For Valentine's Day Had A Blank Card Attached...i Called To Find Out Who Sent Them....and Since They Outsource, I Spoke To 3 Different Women, None Of Whom I Could Understand. They Did Say They Couldn't Tell Me Who Sent Them For Privacy Reasons (in Very Broken English). I Even Called Corporate...the End Result Was That My Wonderful Brother Sent Them & He Did Fill Out The Card (on Line) And Pro Flowers Never Filled Out The Card Which Came To Me And Wouldn't Tell Me Who Sent Them. My Brother Called Me The Following Day...because He Knows I Would Call & Thank Him....the Previous Time, I Rec'd Flowers From Pro Flowers, They Pulled A Bait & Switch....that Time My Daughter-in-law Sent Them & Just By Chance, We Spoke About The Beautiful Colors...except The Flowers She Ordered Were Not The Ones I Received. It's A Terrible Company & I Highly Suggest That People Do Not Use Them!

I received valentine's day flowers...or should I say leaves..only 6 buds and the rest leaves. Looks aweful! My husband paid a lot for this...probably could get this at the grocery store for maybe $10....pitiful
..telling all my friends and family no to use proflowers.

What I ordered and what I received were two different pictures. Picture show bouquet with at least 10 iris blooms and 7 or 8 lillies showing. What I received had 6 iris blooms and 7 completely shut lilies. Nothing was blooming. I was also unaware of all the charges attached to my order since I didn't read all of the fine print. An order of $19.99 turned out to cost $45.96 due to and added delivery charge of 12.99, a Saturday delivery charge of 9.99 and a $2.99 charge for Care?

I've called 7 times to be on hold for 6 -17 minutes each time...no one answers or when they do they hang up! Im having a horrible experience....I love flowers but this does nothing but prove my husbands case on them being overated! They could make it right but won't talk to me or him! Over $78 for dead, droopy flowers within 15 hours of receiving! Thanks ProFlowers!

Bogus discounts advertised on local radio stations are cheap gimmick to get you to buy and then sneak in absurd shipping, handling and "special delivery" charges that only show on the screen AFTER checkout.
Then, after immediately calling to cancel the tech says they are unable to cancel it.
TOTAL SCAM!!!

My daughter just sent me a picture of her flowers I bought from you. There were only like 4 flowers in the case. The picture looks nothing like what I thought I was buying. I'm very disappointed. This was for her birthday.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ProFlowers, YOU'LL JUST BE DISAPPOINTED OR WORSE !!

Cancelled almost completed order when surprised by extra shipping and handling charges (which almost DOUBLED the price) NOT disclosed in radio ad nor anywhere else in the order process until very end. DO not like unpleasant surprises, felt duped, cancelled the order, then called and also got piss-poor customer service (unfortunate fools from Indonesia somewhere speaking poor English who can't do a thing and don't really care). THEN read some of the online customer comments (which i should have done before, of course) and realized how lucky i was: many of the stories are HORRIBLE: ruined birthdays, etc, due to failure to deliver, or extremely disappointing frozen or dead flowers, ineffective customer service, etc. etc. and ALL VERY RECENT (last month or so). Read them yourself before doing any business here, and my advice is: DON'T !!!

I paid extra for next day delivery (the birthday of the recipient)I also had a sparser choice of options because of next day delivery! At 9:41 PM the next day I got notification that he flowers were not delivered. I called to complain and ask that the extra money I spent for next day delivery be refunded --the answer was NO but I could cancel the order! Had I been informed on the day I placed the order or sometime during daylight hours, I would have been able to buy an alternative gift from a different vendor of from a local florist! Also, the customer service center is obviously "off shore", I could not understand the representative nor her supervisor!

I have being using proflowers for a seven or eight years and had been satisfied... this XMAS I ordered some roses for my mother who is 85 and got a chance to visit. They were not roses but something that looked like a posey.

I just got off the phone with customer service, I did not have the order number but had my email, address and cc info. They could not find the info on the order after about 10 mintues.

I will shop for another provider... the product was bad and the service, granted the rep was nice, is inferior.

Ordered flowers on Sunday for my Aunt's funeral on Tuesday, flowers to be delivered at 2P.M. The arrangement was to be half carnations and half tulips, cost $139.09.
On Tuesday at 2:45P.M. we received a call that the flowers could not be delivered, why couldn't they call all day Monday if there was a problem? None of their so called customer service people knew why the flowers couldn't be delivered. One of them actually said it didn't matter as tulips weren't available in the summer time anyway, what tact, and if this was the case why weren't we informed of this at the time of the order. One of their people actually hung up when I kept asking why no delivery.
They did offer to send flowers to my aunt's home for 50% of the order. Incredible people. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with except for Medicare.
We asked for a full refund and were told on the phone and by email that a full refund would be made. Well I guess they believe $109.99 is equal to $139.09. They of course will investigate.
If you need to send flowers anywhere avoid ProFlowers, they are the worst!

Hello.

As a customer who has sent MANY Proflowers over the years, I thought you should know that I was SHOCKED by the terrible presentation of the Proflower's plant that I just received. I certainly won't tell my son that his money was so poorly spent. However, I'm not sure that I can ever use your services again; I sure hope none of the flowers that I have sent from Proflowers over the past 15 + year were anything like what I just received.

I have been a customer with ProFlowers for a number of years. I've always been pleased with the quality of their products and service until yesterday. I had difficulties ordering flowers yesterday. My code didn't work online so I called their number. The girl couldn't get it to work either. I asked for a supervisor but told there were none available and that one would call me back shortly to help with the code.(nobody ever did) I decided to forge ahead and order since I had a free shipping e-mail that was good only for yesterday. The girl helping said that I should have it delivered the next day and I agreed. I was also supposed to get an e-mail confirming my order. (I never did). Anyway, later that evening, I wanted to make two more orders. I told person taking my order that I had free shipping and referenced the e-mail that I was looking at on my computer. Needless to say, the customer service person said they couldn't offer me my free shipping regardless of my e-mail. Of course, there was no customer service supervisor available (very odd). I was sad that I could not make my order for two more floral arrangements for two special mother's day recipients. Today, by some miracle, I was able to talk to a supervisor who took off the shipping charges for my original order but couldn't help me with the two other orders I wanted to place. I feel that I received very poor customer service. ProFlowers send so many e-mail specials that I honestly feel that their workers can't keep up with them and therefore can't deliver what they say. So sad to have had this experience.

I trusted them with my flower order. i have used them a few times. I am so thankful I sent them early so I could have some respond time. They were supposed to be there yesterday Thursday but just so UPS labels created never picked up. So i called this morning will give money back yah like that helps. Wife dont have flowers now I have to spend 2 hours getting flowers for her she is going through tough time right now and they cant even call contracted florist to see if they will go out today. I spent a half hour with UPS with no avail. How can you do business like this then advertise all over the internet to get more business only in america.

I have been purchasing flowers for quite awhile from ProFlowers. I have been very pleased-till now!!! I have trying to place an order and have asked a few questions and ALL I get back is: We cannot find any order you have placed OR when I mention a message I have gotten on e-mail I am told either that it does NOT exist or I am NOT allowed to make changes like that. I am trying to place a V. Day order, for my beloved, but if someone at Proflowers does NOT wake up I will look up FTD's phone #. Are you getting my message?
