I bought a pair of north face gloves to go with my jacket. These items were bought at Sports Authority in West Long Brsnch, NJ 07774. Love my gloves great with my iPhone easy to drive in kept my hands warm however after paying in snow the gloves were no longer able to used with my phone. No problem like my gloves until in less than 4 months they have hole.
When I buy an item except electronics if it fits I destroy my receipts like most people do the gloves were not the quality I expected & your return policy is horrible.

Brand new 1/4 zip Microfleece velour popped a hole after 2 washes. I sent it in for repair and the repair quality was POOR. I have 10 of these shirts and 5 North Face jackets. I am only going to buy Columbia now, their products hold up better and cost a lot less.

My white 0-3 month fleece snowsuit - one of the snaps broke - I just wanted a
Replacement snap. They want me to send the whole thing to them just for a snap.
This is ridiculous - 4-6 week wait to get it back. We will have outgrown it by then.
Tried to call the 888-863-1968 - no one was there no operator this was at 2:20 pm
Someone should be there and couldn't leave a message. POOR CUSTOMER
SERVICE. Not customer friendly. I have 4 of these infant fleece snowsuits in diff
Sizes. Not happy - cant even send me 1 white matching snap for me to fix it.

Terrible experience. I purchased a North Face winter jacket and within the 12 month warranty period the pockey zipper broke. I returned the jacket to the place of purchase who agreed the jacket should be repaired by North Face. Jacket shipped out. Upon return, I could not believe the poor repair of the zipper. The store agreed the repair was below standard. I requested the jacket to be returned to North Face for a proper repair of the zipper. I was contacted by the store who informed me North Face was now refusing to do the repair and accused me of tampering with the zipper! Crazy- they did a terrible job fixing it the first time and then refused to fix their brutal repair! I had the store manager contact the North Face rep who also refused to do anything sticking to North Face's claim I tampered with the zipper. Not only am I upset, I'm also insulted. Last item I purchase from them.

I have purchased a Northface jacket for my granddaughter it is falling a part I am so unhappy I have spent all this money and she really enjoys wearing the jacket I try returning the jacket I have no receipt is been a year and all I wanted to do is to get another jacket

Purchased several North Face Denali jackets for my children this past Christmas. So disappointed, something has changed in the quality ...the fleece is shedding terribly. And the problem only gets worse once they are washed.

DO NOT USE UK MAIL ORDER ! If you need to send something back, for example, because it is the wrong size, and you use Collect Plus (who incidentally were very helpful) to return it, YOU HAVE TO WAIT TILL THEY GET IT BACK TO GET A REFUND. So, if the parcel goes astray at Collect Plus, you have wait, seemingly indefinitely, for them to go through all procedures. North Face have this as a policy, it seems. The policy should be to effect a refund and, if the parcel eventually does not turn up, claim compensation from the courier! DO NOT USE UK NORTH FACE MAIL ORDER!!!!

I bought a North Face parka and am distressed to find that after less than a month's use the zipper has jammed. For a coat at this price to have a defective zipper like this, it's disappointing to say the least.

I received a black north face fleece jacket as a gift. I am very disappointed and embarrassed. The jacket sheds all over. It sticks to seatbelts and is ruining my sweaters! I have washed it seviral times and it keeps happening. I think it may be a defect. My friends cannot believe that a north face jacket would shed like this!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I shop for Christmas 100% online and have for several years. BEWARE if you purchase online and use Paypal as the payment method. For some reason when I log into my account online, it does not show the order history for me to initiate an exchange. So I call their support and the best option they have for me is to take it to the store for store credit because they will not return items IF YOU USE PAYPAL. That's fine, but I want a return. They CANNOT even initiate the return on their end. HORRIBLE, so I guess I am out $100+ because their online system does not see my order, but Paypal see it. Just called MLB to exchange an item and within minutes, has a label in my inbox. Now that is service. WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN

Ordered a McMurdo Parka for my husband on Dec 1st. even paid the extra money to let them wrap it at Northface. put it under the tree and on Christmas morning my husband opened a women's jacket. of course i was really annoyed, called TNF the next day was told they were sorry. oh and they didnt have the McMurdo Parka in stock and that they would refund me. That's it?????? this premium company made a major error, one they cant correct and they didnt offer me anything. like a coupon for my next purchase? the guy just said you know these errors happen; its human error. all i can say is sorry. im so mad because he wanted this jacket and i ordered it early from the north face directly. should have gone to another retailer that carrier northface maybe.

I shopped at the Regina North Face retail outlet at Park street and Victoria Avenue,the sales manager was so rude in handling the issue of exchange of a jacket purchased on December 7 th 2014 and was brought for return/refund for a longer jacket either at additional cost or an exchange,the rude and arrogance behaviour of the sales manager changed all the dynamics of the transaction and became very static.Is this the way North Face retail behave.I have dealt with other North Face outlets around the globe and found much better service.Because of some folks like this a few North face is gaining a bad name more rampantly.I still have not used the jacket and i am hoping that North Face customers do not face this kind of an issue again.
It is very unfortunate and disappointing to experience the rude behaviour of your sales staff in Regina SK,when i had gone to exchange my North Face Jacket within a week's period.I had just tried it from the shop to my home which is a one KM drive and felt uncomfortable to the weather and was looking for a longer version of the same jacket,but the sales manager of your shop did not accept it citing that it is used up and dirty and he cannot take it back.I tell you this jacket was not used and it was in the same condition as i took it.There are so many folks who try it out at the shop and i really did not bother when i took the jacket home because i liked it,but then a longer version would have been a better suit.The North face Jacket costed $299.99 and i had bought other items as well including gloves for my self and the the family.The rude behaviour of the Sales Manager and though i did reconcile my self due to my own mistake of not seeing the jacket well before purchasing it,the sales manager was so rude and endorsed in my receipt that the jacket is dirty.Northface being one of my favourites in other cities,whilst in Regina i had the worst customer experience.All i need is some one to either look at the Jacket and confirm that it is dirty and i would take it back.I have not been using the jacket since the time it was bought on December 7th 2014.You either exchange the Jacket or refund the cost and let the sales manager tend an apology for his rude behaviour.Atleast that way my family will be convinced.Thanks for your help

North Face store in Fisketorvet , Copenhagen is the worst store I have ever visited. Worst customer service and rude staff. Stores and employees like this is why I would never shop at North Face again...

I have a top that I wear infrequently, whose zipper failed. I returned it for require. It took 8 weeks to them to return it to me.

This is a ridiculous amount of time to replace a zipper. My wife and I own a lot of The North Face technical clothing. There will not be any new technical clothing purchased from this company.

I have had issues with stuff I have purchase from companies like MSR, Lowe Alpine, Black Diamond and Marmot...everything was done in a timely manner. There are just too many good people in this industry to buy from these clowns.

North Face has a huge consumer following. My grandson loves the style offered. Having said that returns are not easily made. I would appreciate a return address that I don't have to issue my e-mail and password. I also don't like having to go on line to find the address only to discover the address is a series of me giving out information. Returns are more difficult here than any where I have experienced in all my years of shopping.

I returned a jest backpack years ago. They acknowledged the receipt, then heard nothing. I e-mailed them and said they couldn't find it. I just gave up.ne should send it insured.

I bought a down northface jacket which I washed according to the label and after send it back to them because appared with white marks and the Velcrome was faulty they sent it back and said I used the Gortex product wrong which I did not do it.In my opinion they are a rip off company and I tried to call them but stayed on the hold for about 2 hours and no one answer.they are scammmmmers and to stay away

These guys claim their product is 'premium' at a premium price and their material fails within a year. Extremely dissapointed at their product (TNF 3in1 Hyvent Jacket). Sent it in and they claim this will not be covered by warranty and I have to pay for repairs and for shipping. Prety stupid to have spent $400+ to get a product that is only fashionable and nowhere close to the quailty they promised. Better to spend half that amount and get something slightly less branded like Timerland, Columbia and get your moneys worth.

The North Face products are very popular and unfortunately copied and bootlegged everywhere. The return policy problems described keep TNF from replacing products that are not truly theirs, sold by dishonest retailers.

Twice I've contacted The North Face regarding an issue with a jacket that was a Christmas gift. I've received no response whatsoever. Very disappointed with your lack of customer service.

There zippers appear they have a problem I had to sent back my jacket and was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks . well winter will be over in New England by then. THe Northface company is nothing like LL Bean if you have heard about this company. You buy, if broken just return, will receive a new jacket. Their shoes are also warrenty what a different in companies. You know what people can do with these jackets forward them to 3rd world countries who would appreciate them. I surely don't. Garbage in, Garbage out.

I ordered 2 jackets($700 in total) online and asked for a 2-day business delivery. Paid $18 extra for the 2 day service. After 3 business days when I didn't get my order delivered I called them. I was told they were not able to do billing address check and hence they have not shipped the order. What billing address check? The credit card was approved when I placed the order. More importantly, if they had questions about the billing address why did they not call or e-mail me? Isn't that what customer "SERVICE" is about? I needed the jackets for my upcoming trip to Canada so I asked the lady that TNF should overnight the order since they messed up else I will have to cancel the order. She was like "OK" cancel the order. Arrogance?? When you call TNF the automated message says "Welcome to TNF, the premium brand blah blah blah". Premium brand?? You can't even get an order to a customer on time. Very disappointing!!!!!

Dear customer service I purchased a North face jacket from blacks in Ealing , after just wearing only once she noticed the zipper getting stuck, took it back to the store in Ealing, but for some reason the store was closed. So the very ne t day went to the next branch in Kingston, there I was told there was nothing wrong, but they would send it in to be checked and I would have to wait for 2 weeks to get it back. It became back to me within a week, nothing was sorted out, so I got the address of North face and sent the jacket directly back to them, and I had to pay for the postage, i then inquired if they had received it and they said yes and this time it was going to take 4 weeks to get a response, the jacket is delivered just a day before Christmas, the very same coat with the faulty zipper. Yesterday my daughter wore it and now the zipper has come off completely. I want my money back or an exchange, I have never experienced such poor customer service in any of the stores before.
