This use to be a really good place to bring your family to enjoy breakfast or lunch. However in the past few months that I've came in here to eat it has been very nasty and you are lucky if you get the food that you wanted. This past time that I stopped it was really nasty and I've been watching just to see if anyone washes their hands and guess what. NOPE.
I've also seen the manager walk around talking to people and just ignoring how dirty her story is. All I know is her name is Tammy.

My worst experience at the customer service at Motor City branch of drive through hardens next to medicare clinic. The girl named Ruth who took the order and delivered was very arrogant and rude.

Went to Burger King in Moultrie #5356. Order number562. The food was cold. The double cheese burger did not have cheese?!? Not sure that qualifies as a cheese burger.coke and sprite were flat.

It seems that Hardee's has lost your ability to provide good customer service. It is sad to see! As much as I love their food. The service needs tendind.

I pulled into hardees after dropping my child off for school this morning the menu was still turned to dinner told them i didnt know what i wanted they said they dont have time to turn the menu to the breakfast side just rude.

Hi I was just in your Helena store and was rudely talk to by your district mgr.Julie I was supposed to be there for a oreintation and I am disabled and have a service dog and she said that I didn't have documentation which is not the two questions she's allowed to ask me and the day before kari the general mgrin training said that I couldn't have a service ? ? but according to the Americans with disabilities act I in fact can under federal guidelines she called me yesterday and said that she had to reschedule the orientation and I said I had a ultrasound appointment tomorrow and could show up afterwards and when I get there today she c as lled me a liar and I left Peacefully but I will let you know that I am going to be getting ahold of the department of labor over this so nobody else experience with what I have been through

Hardee's in Rustburg,Virginia is horrible. Sore is unclean, poor service and tried their tea..could have been better..went to put lemon in it and the lemons were green with mold..the drive in window had quite a few people come in and complained about customer service practices or lack of..terrible experience and I will never go back there

Hardee's on Langhorne rd,Lynchburg va is the worst, ordered through door dash,there was hair in food ,just nasty.This was a Saturday morning. i tried 1 more time Sunday morning,this time didn't get but half the order,was told come pick it up yourself.

West Wichita Ks Store on Tyler over 12:13p pd- 20 minutes in the drive through. 7/9/22. Multiple drive through customers left angry. The girl working the window was rude, rolled her eyes when asked what was taking so long by the drive customer behind us got out and came to the window. Poor customer service on 1st visit. will not return. All drive through customers left

Good morning,

Sorry to bothering you knowing your schedule is full. But, I just think you as CEO needs to be aware of how your General Manager Sandra McLean is treating her customer in front of her employers. I normal go in the mornings around 7:15am. I've had bad food/experience on numbers times. When I get to work that's when I think I'm good, but that doesn't happen. Either way the food looks precooked,to oily,or just brunt.
Try calling Burger King # 5061
All morning and day noone answer the phone. Then when I go back the Manager has a very bad attitude cause I'm complaining about the food not fresh,precooked,and grease,brunt. With old cinnamon buns as while. The employers act like they are afraid to say anything or address the customer. The quality of the food has gone down. Point is I checked my bag she the Manager didn't have all my food,had to park go in to get my other biscuit,then like I said once I did to my job, I had to clock out to return the food with putting up with the attitude, as I was leaving I did inform her I see why your employers act the way they act. Also, informed her when i pay my money for food, i want my food to fresh,hot and ready to eat. Once again sorry for bothering you. Weather you contact me or not I want be going back.

The hardees on hwy5 near Pjnehurst North Carolina must be the worst in the country.the service lately has been horrible the girl at the window acts like someone just farted in her face with her stank ass attitude.irude as can be .with her ghetto attitude.

Don't ever work for hardees at the franchise store on crawfordville hwy I worked there one day and did orientation the manager is real rude and has not paid me for my orientation district called me a month ago and still have not got paid and she's lying about my hours I don't care if it's 4 to 6 and she wants to only pay me for 2 hours in fixing to get me a lawyer and sue them if they don't pay me for the hours I sit here it's all on camera it's been over a month ain't going to keep waiting

I have called over and over to get my refund back because it said before i ordered online that it was for delivery not pick up! Once i got ahold of someone on the phone from hardee's the woman was very RUDE ! Did not want to hear what i had asked about just kept talkin to hear herself only! I want a refund back for the food i never picked up. Due to no way to get there why i picked delivery! Please someone get back to me so i can get my refund back. Thanks!

Muncie Indiana if always out of Biscuits and or gravy
You would think they could be prepared on the weekend to have enough once in a while you could understand but this is most every weekend we have to go to another local restaurant .

The Hardee's in Lafayette tn is a joke! I sent my aunt up there to get us dinner was supposed to be 3 burgers! They gave us 5 which ppl Normally wouldn't complain bout but they charged me for 2 burgers I didn't need then they didn't put the lid all the way on one of the drinks so the drink carrier fell apart. They put way to much food in a paper bag so the whole bag ripped down the side and half of 2 orders of fries ended up on the ground pics to prove it! The food my daughter got was the only thing right but the patty was dry so she wouldn't eat it my patty was burnt and my aunts bun and patty where dry like it had been sitting a while!I have been trying to call them and there phone has been off the hook for 2 hours!!! I need my money back asap someone needs to be calling me! I have never complained on a restaurant cuz I managed one I know how it is but this is just ridiculous!!! Email for number if I have to go up there it won't be pretty

Our Hardee's is out of medium size cups. A medium tea is $1.00 which is a great price and also why I go to Hardee's. Recently they have been out of medium cups. So, I told the server to put my $1.00 tea in a small cup. The said they could not do that. They said I could get a Small tea but for $2.19.
Does this make any sense?
Why am I being penalized because Hardee's is out of medium cups and why can't they use a small cup instead?
I used to visit Hardee's fairly often but not sure if I'll go back.

The Hardee's in Tarboro NC is a place that you go to to see employee's dancing and the manager laughing at them.. I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes watching all this why I waited for my food.. I didnt mind waitinng bc I just knew my food would be good and hot since it took so long.. Well an iceberg went in there and jumped in my bag bc everything was that cold.. So I guess this is a place where you go to see people shake there butts instead of working.. It's a disgrace to my community to see such mess as this.. And watch I bet you that you'll don't care either.. If that's the case just close it down again.. You ahould put a zero on the ratings bc I would had given them a big ole zero

This is the first time that I have ever complained about this store. Firstly, I ordered online, when I arrived there was no order. Employee was very nice and apologized. Re-took my order, told me they're out of bottled water (I had ordered and paid for 2 combo meals). She offered me a large water, which I agreed. Had to pull up and wait, but knew it would be fresh. Got home to find that the large curly fries and onion rings weren't put in the bag. Tried to call, to no avail- outgoing recording that phone is busy.
So here I am with 2 sandwiches, large cup of water, and the milkshake (which was great). I paid for 2 combos and a shake. I'm not going back out into the rain and traffic. I want a refund, this was ridiculous turn of events. I'm not happy in the least, very disappointed.
