The double part of the plan part is extremely slow. Its impossible to use up the remaining time you have left then H2O Bolt will say if you don't use it you lose it. I tell you a lie and trap because they cancel the unlimited Data service. In the beginning the data usage so fast you will be at the half of your time quick then the slow data begins...... I have the $50 dollar plan 5 lite+5 128kpb....... terrible takes three hours to load anything.... I cant take this no more!!!!!

Terrible Terrible I use their internet service and its horrible I just learned after I met the $50 5GB at 4g speed the "double your data" part is at a sopping 128mb speed which is extremely slow!!!! Unbelievable!!!! To open up Google takes 5hours to load. Then they have a green bar on the BOLT new device that you would think would show how much data you used.... No , it stay a long bar of green with a slow speed. I told Bolt to cancel my recharge Monday 12/21/2015

Avoid H2O if possible. Their website offers no help as to how to proceed. They couldn't provide me with phone service even though they use ATT towers. Their support is horrible unless you have a very simple problem. I called several times to try to resolve the lack of service. I was disconnected twice. Finally talked to someone who sent the complaint to a higher level of support, saying I would receive an email. I did, but it was a copy of an inter-office memo requiring an ATT user ID and password. Calling support again they said there was nothing they could do. Decided to return to US Cellular on a prepaid plan. US Cellular couldn't get the phone numbers transferred, so I had to call support again to discover what sort of PIN they had placed on the two H2O SIM cards I had registered with them. Turns out it was the last four digits of the SIM card. Took two days for US Cellular to transfer one phone number, still waiting for the second.

This company should really be ashamed! I have an issue with not being able to set up my voice mail on the phone number they gave me and for two days I have spent hours trying to resolve this issue but still they failed to do so. I spent over an hour just today and when I suggested that they issue me a new phone number they refused. When I asked for the phone number to their corporate office I was told they didn't have one! Not the phone number I was told they didn't have a corporate office! Well they list a corporate office on the web! IT is sad that this company lies and cheats its way through customers!

My port-in number transfer has taken 1 week so far, with no end in sight. I keep getting the same canned copy/paste response message from the boneheads in the customer service center. "Please contact your previous provider and ask them to release your number, etc., etc., etc."

The problem is, I've told H2O wireless in EVERY correspondence about my latest correspondence with my previous provider. It's like H2O wireless is ignoring what I have to say, and just blindly giving me the same old tired copy/paste response without looking into the issue. Very disappointing.

I believe their customer service has been outsourced to India, which introduces a frustrating language barrier.

Please help. I have an IPhone 5c and I just had backed up my phone and updated recently and it worked fine until yesterday. I have no date even when it says I have 229 out of 500 data thingies left. iMessage won't work and I rebooted,reset and factory reset TWICE! I can't get data or LTE at all. The only thing that will work is Wifi and even then iMessage won't work! Will adding another card help anything or should I just like get a new phone? Getting irritated.

H2O is the worst decision I made to give it a try. First, after than the first day, it never works again. Then, it auto charge me $9 a week for 3 weeks while my phone is turn off. It suppose to charge based on usage. Then, it not refund some of back. Then, when I tried to use the phone (originally a ATT gophone) to switch back to ATT card, ATT doesn't work any more. Spend a full hour talk with ATT and they said because the phone is already reigstered as an internet phone. So, my phone become a brick and useless just because I decide to give H2O a try and I spend a full Saturday afternoon to figure it out and buy another phone to work with ATT again.

I still have not gotten the 4 lte I paid for. I carried it to a phone service at mb and they told me I still had 4g service. I paid $ 65.00 for 4 lte and I paid the 15.00 for an upgrade to my service and I still do not have it. I even went to McDonalds like your customer service rep told me to do and put in that code. Just wondering why my service is still the same?????????

I recharged my phone today plus the 15.00 to upgrade and what is this can't even see my albums on facebook and facebook won't scroll and it is not working you need to fix this problem I am getting upset with your service

I tried to call H2o many times to upgrade to another plan, but I could not understand them. Every time they have some body from India or some third country that speak horrible English. I asked a few questions, but i just could not understand completely what they were saying. It's very frustrating. I am a very patient person, but I am about to give up.

Please help me. I paid $368 and some change for this phone. 215 900 5923. It is a T mobile phone, but they got me hooked up with h20. It will not get the internet. I can not take pictures and send them. I can not receive pictures, because it will not download. Calling you, I have been hung up on,talked to very nasty and cant get nothing done to my satisfaction. Now they tell me if I have called before that my number will be blocked from calling them. So where is my money.Louella Brown . Pennsylvania. . Will look to hear from you within the next 24hours. I am H2O user from last four months, till recently the services were good.

Yesterday,I recharged my phone as usual of $30 plan which has $10 International credit, but since then I am unable to make any International call.

Today, I called up the helpdesk and after being in call with her almost 40 minutes she gets back to with apologies that this is a technical issue and it will take 24 to 48 hours for a resolution.

My question is how can a carrier provide a service when they don't have the system in place and above all charge the customer for the service which they don't have in first place.

When I asked for refund of my amount they simply refused, then I requested to extend expiry period of my plan, which was again I turned down.

So what I can do, wait for 28 days when my plan expires, then I will change the carrier, for sure.

We as consumer are so helpless, at times.

Do not recommend H2O to anyone.

there is a limit on all the unlimited services they order. they cut me phone off 8 days before the plan was to expire. I called and they said I call the same number too much so it seems that I'm violating the terms that state I cannot use the phone for business. So I explained that I call the same number around the same time to help my niece who recently lost her parents get to sleep. We talk and I sing to her until she falls asleep, which is about 1-2 hours every night. the rep said the system flags it as abuse of usage and there is nothing they can do, which is complete bs. They could've put my phone back on for the 8 days because unlimited means unlimited, of course some restrictions apply but none of what I used my phone for goes against there terms. Same with the data. After this month I'm switching plans.

I've been an H2O Wireless customer since it took over O2 Wireless. I've had the same sim card for many years. At present I have a $190+ credit balance. The minutes that balance represents won't expire until 8/27/2015. I changed over from a ten year old SE s500i to Motorola Moto E about three weeks ago with absolutely no problem. My problem began this past Friday, when I attempted to use the security features of my new phone - under the guidance of an H2O rep. My phone would not recognize the PUK code of my sim when I entered it as part of the security procedure. Nor, did it recognize the not one, but two different PUK supplied by the H2O reps for the same sim card. (HOW CAN A SIM CARD HAVE MORE THAN ONE PUK Code? Got me!) There were promises to escalate my problem with someone getting back to me. Of course, in the best H2O W tradition, no one returned my calls or answered my emails. It's been five days now, I initiated yet another chat session with an H2O W rep with the same result.

The upshot:

For the past five days, I have had no cell phone service on what has been my primary number for more than five years. H2O W expects me to write off $190+ (Apparently, they feel only a fool would carry a large ctedit balance with them. And, fools deserve what they get.) and get a new number in order to restore service (Apparently, I can't port my number within H2O. It will be amusing to se if I can move it to a new provider. '-)) (How's this for a catch-22 in order to transfer my balance to a new phone number with H2O W, I must enter the PUK code of my old sim - the one that is locked down because of H2O W supplied instructions. Of course, I can't supply that PUK,. If I could, I would not need a new number!)

I do need a cell phone as much as it annoys me. However, this fool isn't going waste any more time or money on H2O Wireless. There are too many, better rated alternatives out there.

I feel very disappointed that a company that formerly had decent tech support no longer does. You get people who can solve only very, very basic problems. They then tell you tech support will call you in"2 to 24 hours" and, in my case, never called at all! I ended up having a techie friend help me. There response when I asked to speak to a manager was, "this issue does not require a manager." I said, "shouldn't that be up to the customer to decide?" The agent then told me all managers were "in a meeting." Right.

im in stole money from my 13 year old daughter and i have proof and recording when they will not and never give you to a supervisior. this company is a scam and im going to contact the FBI internet crimes division and if i can shut down one of these icloud removal scammers then it shouldnt be too hard for us to take these guys down, im posting everwhere i can and going to make some yoputube info videos on there comany, join me in this fight, do you know how many people veiw youtube? we can do this!!

Horrible Customer Service And No Technical Support. I Had Problem With Repeating Text Message For 48 Hrs Straight And In That Time I Can't Received Any More Incoming Texts. I Called Customer Service 15+ Plus Over The Same Problem And Every Time I Called I Was Put On Hold While They Looking At My Account Then Escalate My Problem To Their Technical Team To Call Back W/in 2-24 Hrs But No One Call Back For 72 Hrs. Got Very Frustrated Called Back To Inquired Who Can Help Me Or If I Can Speak To A Supervisor, Put On Hold Every Time Then Hung Up On Me.

Plan Is Cheap But When It Comes To Support, Horrible Or Non Existence. Stay Away
