I have no positive feedback for this trip!! This was the absolute worst trip I have ever been on and I had been on a few from CT to NC and never was this bad!! So now for the bad points on this trip: My first leg of the trip from CT to NYC was 15 min late which was nothing and didn't even worry about that. Once arrived at NYC is was a little confused on my next bus and there was nobody in the information booth. I did find an employee that said that I was in the correct terminal# 64 for my next bus. We left NYC already late and after getting on the highway, the bus started violently shaking and the driver said that we would have to go back to NYC for a different bus after only making it to the Newark bus stop which was another 20 min back. There were no issues until arriving at Washington DC where we were already late for the next transfer connection. We were told to wait in line outside and it was very cold out. Hours went by and nobody could get any information on when our next connection bus would be here continuing on from DC south to Atlanta. Finally, at 9:30 am on Saturday morning (almost 5 hours of waiting) we were told to board a bus that was continuing on south. The only information that we were given about the extreme delay is that a driver decided to show up for work! We continued on and made it to Charlotte. We were told that it was just a driver change but after 45 min of waiting we were told that there was another bus issue and we were switching busses yet again! I arrived in Atlanta at 7:45am and heard word that there was a bus leaving at 7:55am to go on south to Montgomery. Of course it was too late and full already to make that bus. I had to waste a whole day in Atlanta because the next bus was not until 4:20pm!!! I came back to the station well before that time to make sure I wouldn't miss this bus and I did and there were no major issues after that point. However, I arrived in Montgomery AL almost a full day later than advertised arrival time!!! THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I WILL NEVER USE GREYHOUND AGAIN FOR ANY KIND OF TRAVEL WHATSOVER!!!!

I didn't even mention the other issues that I had including a confrontation that happened right before me when I was sitting in my seat. A Greyhond employee and a customer were screaming and yelling at each other and threating each other!!!! Apparently the bus driver caught the customer smoking weed and confronted him and it escalated outside in a brawl that other people recorded and posted online!!!! There was also an issue with a different person that was caught shooting up dope and we had to pull over!!! THIS IS COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I was trying to make it down to Wenatchee from Spokane Washington for the Christmas of 2022 I tried multiple train tickets but each one had canceled on me finally got a Greyhound ticket the day arrived for me to get ready to go and they canceled on me on my way out the door I had to figure out a different ride and how to do the refund and once I did it told me I had to wait 7 to 10 business days for my refund REQUST to be reviewed once it was reviewed and they told me again to wait 7 to 10 business days for the actual refund keep in mind I bought at least three tickets so this is around $400 not only have I not received this yet but it is literally been 2 months and at least 30 business days I've gotten the please wait email at least three times I' and I still haven't seen any money yet I understand that there were a lot of cancellations in the month of December due to snow but that was 2 months ago at this point. For how long this is taking I'm definitely not using greyhound again especially when there were the ones to cancel.

I booked a trip from Las Cruces on Greyhound. Waiting inside the station, the Neanderthal driver doesn't come in to announce what his route is, walks around looking stupid, gets in the bus and abandoned all of us!!! I tried again the next day, Las Cruces to Detroit. We had a driver with an I.Q. All goes well to Cincinnati. In Cincinnati we were dropped off at a dumpy trailer and we're issued route numbers on a post it note!!! The bus from Cincinnati to Detroit was some third rate bus company. The driver was training a new driver. This jerk talked loud all the way to Detroit non-stop about banal insipid bull! Even worse, a 4 hour trip became a 12 hou trip on a TWO LANE BLACKTOP!!!!!!!!! If you are booked from Cincinnati to Detroit, shoot yourselves in the head. Far less painful.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! My bus was two hours late and then broke down before reaching my destination. I had to spend twice the fare additional to get where I needed to go in time. Despite FOUR subsequent emails from Greyhound telling me to contact them regarding a "change to my trip," they say they have no record of any problem with that itinerary. How can any company in the US do business this way?

My refund was supposed to be processed on the 16th of last month here it is the 13th almost a month later and no refund

I had tickets to leave West Palm Beach Florida MOnce I get to greyhound the grey hound station was closed there was no were to charge my phone I had tickets online a Flex bus pull up I showed him my ticket got on the bus ask him could I charge my phone all of a sudden he cut the bus off so I could not bus 015 he says that's not a ticket and cut the bus off I had to get on a city bus to charge my phone The next day I came back grey hound was open there was no were to charge my phone Now I'm OTW back to DC on the bus and most of the chargers are out which I thought they all were out So we are in Raleigh N Carolina now I was getting coffee so foreign guys ask me suggestions on getting food I started help them she intervene she says you got them paying for your coffee which was not true she start helping them she charged them $50 which it did not look like $50 I bought my coffee back cause it was nasty she refuse to let me exchange them or give my money back she says she's the manager she has small braids I'm
leaving grey hound now it's 11:06 am on the bus without any coffee Also the lady who drove us from Atlanta she has a ponytail she was very unprofessional she talked to us like we were kindergarten students this guy told me she was laughing with another employee how she left this guy some where My name is Jennifer Butler 5924 9th St NW Washington,DC 20011 This is ridiculous I will be reporting to better business burea

I bought non-refundable tickets because I was going to be on the bus. I arrived an hour early to the bus stop (and waited in my friends car) and was following the progress of the bus via the tracker provided. The bus left the previous destination 45 minutes late which is okay.

As the bus was getting close, I joined the other people that were waiting for the bus at the actual stop. There were three other people waiting for the same bus. From the bus stop we can see the freeway, and we watched the bus get off the freeway and drive right past the bus stop and not stop. One of the other customers called customer service and was talking to them when we watched the bus go back the other way and get back on the freeway without stopping again. The bus tracker said it stopped for a minute when it didn't.

So I called customer service myself who told me they cannot turn the bus around. And then question if I was at the correct bus stop and I gave them the address and said there was three other people not together waiting. They then said they can't do anything and the next bus is in 24 hours and I could buy a new ticket. I said I can't do that cuz I was supposed to be at my destination the next day. They said if I wanted a refund even if I had an unrefundable ticket to contact customer service through email and explain what happened. So I missed out on my trip.

I contacted customer service through email and even with describing what happened that the bus did not stop, they are refusing a refund even though it is 100% Greyhounds fault for not providing a service.

I called and they said to go through the online chat. The online chat said to submit a form (have multiple times) and also told me to call and talk to the fares department who said they can't issue refunds - can only be done online. Spent over a week, and 4 hours to get to a manager.

My Bus1111 driver called out so the station put me on an incorrect bus I am stranded in Jacksonville, FL. My original departure time from Atlanta was 12:50 am and my arrival time to gainesville, FL was 6:50am. Currently I am sitting in Jacksonville, time 9:41am and the supervisor states they are no connecting routes out of this station to my home destination. Which I paid to arrive in Gainesville not Jacksonville.

In station or via phone 1 800 231 2222 no one was taking accountability for their mistake or able to refund my money when they failed to get me to my destination I paid for. My time is valuable and I advise all passengers to find an alternative route because you are NOT valued as a customer to Greyhound. In addition I could not speak to a supervisor via phone you have to first complete a survey then in 42 to72 hours someone will contact me back.

I was charged 40 dollars to put a bag underneath the bus when you buy your ticket on bag is included free.

The bus stopped at a service plaza for a 15min break and left me and three other people behind. We didn't realize the bus was leaving, there were no warnings beforehand. It was dead of night and we were some of the only people in the plaza. He either knew he didn't have everyone on the bus and didn't care, or didn't care to know. Two of the other people didn't speak any english and the other lady was still occupied in the bathroom after traveling on the bus for 3 days. I didn't think he would leave so many people behind. I took it for granted that other buses I've been on, they make an effort to be aware of who they have on their bus.

On yesterday driving down highway 70 in Jackson Tennessee I was in back of a Greyhound bus that kept going on his hazard lights he would speed up and then slow down speed up slow down throwing the hazard lights this went on for approximately a quarter of a mile so I went around the bus where this driver proceeded to roll down the window with passengers in the bus and give me the finger an older white gentleman and for proof I have the bus license tag number and a picture of the bus . I have written Greyhound many times in my life and never have I ever been accosted or given the finger by a greyhound employee. So very unprofessional

Shouldn't even give greyhound a star. I called to have my ticket modified, and all was good. I had to pay $20 but it was fine. But, they changed it to a random day, then blamed me for it, even though I confirmed my date like 5 times during the call. When I called again asking why, they had no reason and insisted i pay $20 again to change the date. Awful customer service, kept repeating that I had to pay $20 again and again even though it was their fault that they didn't reschedule my ticket correctly.

Waited for three hours in the freezing cold in the middle of Seattle, finally called customer service to find out what was going on only to be told they had no idea where my bus was! No other buses that day, and my ticket is nonrefundable so I ended up stranded in Seattle and told I could try again for a bus at the same time in the same place the next day. Needed to be home THAT DAY, but all I got was "sorry, try again tomorrow". Waste of my time and my money, never ride with Greyhound if you can help it, I definitely won't be.

I purchased a ticket going to Las Vegas unfortunately it was a nightmare, I end up going back home because the grayhound bus drop me to San Bernardino bus stop we arrived at exactly 2115 or 9:15 pm . The bus is supposed to arrive at 9:55 but it never showed up . I then rode to the bus coming from I don't know going to la for me Togo back home because that bus stop is not safe for anybody waiting outside of the building dark without a light. On my way back to my place of origin which in Claremont the bus driver did not drop me off instead he said " no dropped off " from the station I took another ride going home and arrived exactly 1am early morning. This is the worst experience I ever had In my life , I want to advise travelers be careful and asked your bus stop also see if it's really safe place I will use this ever again .

I went to grayhound bus station on 10/13/2022 I was going to buy a ticket ticket agent was so rude he yelled at me and he told me that he can refuse service I didn't do nothing wrong jus asking information but he told me that I was holding up the line of my stupid questions so he throw me out I don't know why they hired people like him bad customer service and I asked for manager he told me he was the manager he's the manager why does he treat customers like dirt and I'm not the only one there were many customers complain about him he should be terminated company can lose business cause of him and I just left went to another bus terminal and they had good customer service. Bad customer service in grayhound bus station in El Paso Texas Manager name is Jesse and Rene there managers with bad customer service and rude and yelling at the customer's for no reason please do something about it thank you

SC87025! Worst bus driver rude! Ignorant! Power hungry! Racist! Cold hearted! Mean! Gold tooth but it didn't fix the snaggel. Greyhound should be out out of business with how rude their employees are nobody wants to ride with greyhound nobody returns to greyhound becUse employees like this. Every employee we came across was short, unhelpful, rude, power hungry, rent-a-cop, thinks they are so much better than the rest of us even though we are the ones paying there petty little salary. Lady will not give her name because she knows she would be reported by this whole bus if she did.

Good day I used your service on the 9/4/22 from fort Walton in Destin heading to Newark in New Jersey. Upon reaching mobile for the rest stop the bus drove off leaving me I had to use Uber to go Montgomery trying to cash up with the bus which was to no avail I had to use another Uber to go to Atlanta trying to catch up with the bus which also was to no avail I called several numbers all I get is someone all the way in Philippines that cannot give no assistance and I'm so upset becuz it's not totally my fault why the bus leave me the driver gave me a piece of paper with a number but the lady call the wrong number that's why the bus leave me and I receive a call on the 9/8/22 from a person at Washington DC saying they have located the luggage and would send it to Newark and that didn't happen

Yes the employees of Greyhound Phoenix.Threw away my bus ticket on purpose it was on my seat they they intentebaly I reported it to the supervisor in charger she told me that I had to buy a new ticket. She blamed me for her employees mistake I spent my last $300 to buy this ticket now they refuse to allow me to continue on to hustan and my final destination in Sarasota FL because of y'all's employees gross negligence. If you are a young female DO NOT take greyhound. I waited 3 hours at a greyhound station and the bus never showed up. They don't have customer service and the station attendant kept telling me he didn't know where the bus was before threatening me because I asked too many times for an update on the bus (4 times in 3 hours). He even locked me out of the station. After 3 hours, he came out and said there is no bus as it skipped my station. They refused to refund me and told me the last bus of the day was also cancelled. I was stranded in a town I didn't know and if it wasn't for my sister driving to pick me up, I would have been all alone in a strange town overnight. I ended up taking an Amtrak train the next morning. Greyhound is only offering me a voucher for another ride. I will never take their buses again especially how they are so willing to strand someone at a station by themselves and will not even refund my unused ticket.

No front desk help for over 30 minutes 6am trip to Chicago 8/21/22 from indpls she finally gets to the front desk moving like molasses the driver leaves 15 minutes early at 5:45. I just knew he wasn't the 6am bus for sure they wouldn't leave 15 minutes early right? Wrong he left many customers what pitiful establishment waiting in line all to get left and wait another hour. This bus line needs to fire every employee they have..they are the worst kind of folks..lazy rude late ...they f-ing suck ass being 100 ..I make millions a year..I will do everything I can to put them out of business if its the last thang I do..

my bus left 25 minutes early without letting anyone know. They left 6 separate parties behind. I called and they moved my ticket to the next bus coming 8 hours later. That bus never arrived. I spoke with 4 different "customer service" reps and no one could even locate the bus or give me a direct answer if it was even coming or not. I waited 4 hours hoping it would arrive and ended up using a different bus company so I wouldn't be stranded. this company is clearly outsourced so they don't really care about helping you and keep telling you to call a different terminal for an answer. But when you call that terminal or location, it gets outsourced again. I requested a refund because the bus never showed up and was refused. I will NEVER use greyhound.

Why doesn't Greyhound train drivers anymore?
I took a bus from Greeneville Tennessee to Chattanooga Tennessee a couple of months back. The driver didn't know where he was going. He was using a GPS. It told him to go back the way he had come. Using a different route.
I had to direct him towards Knoxville. Myself. We missed the connection and had to spend the night in the parking lot of a gas station in a BAD part of town.
