I'm so glad that I am a Verizon customer!! I use an AT&T go phone for work because phones at work have to be camera less . I have tried to reach a live person for 42 min now and every time I reach a live person they send me somewhere else taking be back to the automated system. All of this for a mistake they caused.

You have messed up my account in several ways, cannot talk to anyone because you have decided to use a system that loopps you around for hours cuts you off and never gets to a person or representatinve. I am about to cut my service - you do not care about your customers.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEVER SPENT SO MUCH TIME ON HOLD, THEN TRANSFERRED, THEN DISCONNECTED... EVEN YOUR AT&T STORE REPS. AGREE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. I spent 20 minutes trying to get a HUMAN with no luck. After I figured out you need to say "customer service" to get someone, the auto system said "ok, to place you with the correct person I will need to know what you are calling for." as soon as I chose "payments" out of her listing of choices she put me BACK INTO THE LOOP FOR PAYMENTS! I wanted a a PERSON! completly frustrating! I finally gave up. What HORRIBLE customer service!

Without a doubt the worst service in wireless history is ATT. Customer service is a joke! Trying to get any help is a joke! I regret ever having any dealings with such a slime company. Tech support, No such animal. Speedy service, snail pace internet. Phone service, non-existant assistance. Rip-Off, pre-paid service. Phones are useless, very hard to access and get to work. Sad, Sad, Sad excuse for public service utility....

AT&T worker are not trained enough to explain things properly. I went to the store and signed up for a 2year plan and got iPhone5. Since the phone takes 3 weeks to arrive I decided to sign up for the prepaid plan temporarily. They have this $2/day plan which I was going to sign up for first. However, the guy at the store said that I will be charged $2 for the first incoming and the first outgoing call which makes it $4/day. So I signed up for this $25 250min plan. I used the phone for a week and the minutes finished. I went online and looked at the call list. I added up where it says 'units used' and it added up only to 120 minutes or so. I called them up to ask about this. The lady on the phone said that on her computer it is showing 254 minutes used. It turns out that if you use the phone, use as in just dial a number, for more than 30 seconds they count it as one minute. I told her that this is very misleading b/c the people at the store did not explain this to me. She just kept saying sorry. I also pointed out that these minutes don't show up online, at the customers end, as 'units charged". She just kept saying sorry. I asked for the manager. Another person picks up the call, she says no it is not charged/30sec. Then I tell her that in that case I didn't use up my minutes. Then she reads off of some paper and says, oh it is charged like that. I mean if the supervisor is not trained to know these rules how will we as customers know this. I told her that even she doesnt know the rules then how would I know it. At the end of it she puts some money in my account so that I can use it till my other phone gets here. She signed me up for that $2/day plan. I told her that the guy at the stores said it would be $4/day. Then she says no it will just be $2. Well, I'll figure out who is right in the next two weeks i guess. These people dont know there own rules properly and they expect the customers to know this. I think AT&T cheats all their customers b/c they have NO IDEA that they get charged for every 30 seconds they use their phones!! Thank god my 2yr plan has unlimited minutes. Otherwise I'd hang myself I think.

My AT&T go phone customer service and trying to refill really sucks.611 says it cannot find my account. Data balance on the phone says invalid.??? Cannot reach live person.???

My mms doesn't even work on my Samsung focus s, I read that some phones had been parentally locked by mistake if that's the case they need to fix it. They should stop putting all their focus on just iPhone customers. How come when I call vs they can't access my account or my sim id isn't going through. Either people are lazy or they are not qualified to handle or carry out tech requests.

My togophone sucks,,, I bought a togophone for my better half and he does not remember his password or security code but they took his money for 250 min, 3 days ago and now they say he does not have and min. left on his account and he has not made any calls,, you can never talk to a person to get anything worked out and I don,t know where there is a at & t store in my area. I think I will pitch the phine and go to Verizon.. I am a very unhappy person right now, that is 25$ down the drain.

I am so frustrated with this phone!
It's only allowing me to send and receive text messages to other AT&T users! And I recently put money in about a week ago, and it keeps saying I have no money in my account! I refuse to put more in, that would be a ripoff.
Everyone convinced me to get a Gophone, but now I wish I hadn't. Also, when I try to talk to customer service, they don't have any real people to talk to! I think that's the most irritating thing.

Everytime I try to get in contact with customer service either they cany access my account or I have the wrong number . I really have to drop this phone company and I will make sure no one else I know uses them it's bad enough half my calls don't go through bc I only have one bar where I live and a full signal every where else in this city even when I'm out of town I have better luck. Tmobile here I come!

Why can't my daughter make international calls from the US using her AT&T Avail? She paid $10 for international call plan in addition to the $50/month for this go phone?
She had a problem last month regarding payment which was resolved by visiting the AT&T store where she bought her phone from, but she doesn't have time to go there again every time there is a problem. Calling customer service is even more time consuming and irritating since she always ended up either listening to a machine or waiting for a very long time before deciding to hang up.

att gophone to pay gets me so mad im screaming and want to break all my stuff and saw my car in half, all i want is a button to push and my pay pall account fills my phone. why is att so stupid?

Cancellation is the worst part. They took 90$ of my money and said that there is no refund after cancelling the service and they also justified their action saying "We confirmed it twice with you whether you want to cancel the services?". I don't understand Which part of this statement says that their will be no refund. Looters. Cheap and pathetic service. On top of this their automated system sucks to the core. Over all a pathetic morning for me including a loss of 90$.

You cannot find a phone number to talk to a real person at ATT. You just get the runaround on the damn automated attendant. Gee, pretty obvious they don't give a rip about customer service. They say all that crap about "to better serve you" but better serving us would be a real person!!!!!!!

Adding $$ to my account via the 622 connections was easy...they take your money easily. Thank you Adrianne, who transferred me to CS for a ? on my balance. After trying the autoreply method on my phone for finding answers to this ? I was put on-hold for 13 minutes (they kept saying "please wait" !)... I listened to music and ads, and then was cut-off !! So sad. The web-site is the best way to go - and call the 800 # and keep pressing 0000000. My CS rep was 'Dan' who was very helpful..Thanks! Then I only waited for another few minutes to resolve the last of my questions. I guess I will stay with ATT after all.

Go Phone cards also expire. I never thought about that. I had 2 $25.00 cards in my wallet for emergencies. I have a prepaid phone in my emergency bag. I decided to use one one day and then replace it. It was expired. Thank goodness I did not need them during an emergency. So, be aware! I called customer service and they told me to go to a store and it was up to them to give me credit. I went to a store (which is 20 miles away) and they told me they had NOTHING to do with go phone. I had to call them to resolve any issues. Very deceptive. No customer service night and weekends. I'm out $50.00.

On Aug.30,2012, I called the number on my to go phone paper to have it actived. The Rep. Marie was no help, she was rude, she said, my phone was a 4G, when it said in the paper work and on the inter-net it was a 3G. She arguded with me and my son that we were wrong, it was a 4G, that all smartphones were 4G's. That this one could not have a Data Package added on to it. Again paper work and inter-net stated it could. Our conversation when from 7:40 til 8:25, with it being recorded. Then I told her, I would just box it up and send it back and I would expect all my money to be put back on my credit card. I told her that I was looking at the phone on at&t web site and it said it was a 3G phone, so you are telling me at&t is doing false advertisement. Marie at this time hung up in my face. I then got on the at&t to go phone chat line with Michelle M. who was so nice, she told me that all the to go phones were 3G and I could put get a data package on my phone. So Michelle walked me through step by step and how my phone is on and working. Thanks to her, I am still with AT&T. Michelle M. is a vailabe person for AT&T to have, she is a very nice person to help you, when you have just had a BAD one hang up on you. This person Marie is not a very good Rep. to talk with, she is no help at all. Thank You Michelle for all the help to supported me with. Kathy in Bimringham, Alabama

since the first fone ive ever purchased ive had att(cingular) as my provider...the service is excellent i will give you that, but out sourcing the CS(customer service) help line to, im guessing India, save money is probablly not the best choice. but that is just a samll paint stroke in this vast picture of loyal business that ive given to the company. My family and i have used att for many consecutive years and paid our bills accordingly. but here recently i purchased a phone and come to realize that it was incapable of many nessecary features that the oldest most "hoopty" phone are with the prepaid service. i was told the reason i cannot send or recive mms, and access the internet is becuz prepaid att does not support 4g phones, but the weirdest thing is in the entire 5 parish, over 2.5 million people, area we are not even on the 4g grid,now why is it that if i buy a $500 phone, i can only get a basic use of it, thats like if i were to buy a $20,000 car but it had no engine to drive it anywhere, supposingly att is the best network provider but T-moblie wasa able to grant me access to the internet using the exact same phone, all i needed to do was switch sim cards, now is that?? this is the only issue ive ever had to make me so agravated to the point i want to end my relationship with this company, and take the 8 phones i have and recieve a higher quality service with them, effort goes a long way, lets see if your willing to resolve this issue and contact me bck Att

The worst service in my entire life. Disconnected my landline before the wrong sim card was sent. Then ordered another phone. They sent two. Both without the number I ported from my BUSINESS to the phone. Spent at least 8 hours on the phone trying to get this resolved. Currently, despite the coverage map that says excellent, I get "no service" 90 percent of the time when standing on Main Street in the middle of town....and oops again....after having gone through a somewhat deceptive routine to get to a go phone support person I was cut off...(and of course they don't call you back)...but that's okay because I could barely hear them anyway. I am unfortunately forced to use this service due to my location and where I intend to move to but trust me, if you have an alternative use it. Randal...(CEO)...if you care invest some money..AT and T is ranked the worst customer service in America...I now know why.
And Randal....if you want to help me personally please call so I can personally explain the nightmare that has taken more time (by a factor of 2) than the minutes I have on this phone currently. My hope is that I will get a refund for all the time...probably very doubtful.

Horrible service. I live in a fairly urban environment and every none of my friends have any trouble with their wireless service (Verizon, et al.) However, there are areas of the city that I can not pick up a signal no matter what I do. Also, my phone broke the other day. The mic stopped working. I bought a new phone. According to AT&T, it's very easy to use a new phone. Charge the new phone, insert the SIM card, and power on! Hahaha. Not so easy. My new phone won't recognize the SIM. AND, because my old phone's broken, I can't call AT&T for help. And the online technical support is non-existent. I'm going to try to take my phone back to the store, and trade for a new company.

Can't believe they expire the minutes. You know going in but once it happens pissed off. Trying to refill online is frustrating. Fails most of the time as their site is broken. Meanwhile you have no phone. If you call support its press this and that then stuck on hold for too long
Google Voice here I come. Can't believe ATT's services have any value or relevance given the options out there.

I HAVE BEEN USING MY GO PHONE FOR TRIPS TO MEXICO AND I HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED EVERY YEAR PRIOR TO EXPIRATION DATE TO ADD MORE MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT TO KEEP IT ACTIVE. THIS YEAR I CALLED TO SEE IF I CAN USE MY PHONE FOR CHINA AND THEY COULD NOT LOCATE MY CELL NO. THEN THE OPERATOR TOLD ME THAT IT EXPIRED AND IF I CALLED IN WITHIN 90 DAYS OF EXPIRATION THEY WOULD GIVE ME CREDIT. WHEN I GOT OFF THE PHONE I STARTED THINKING ABOUT IT,IT HAS NOT BEEN MORE THAN 90 DAYS AND I CALLED BACK AND SPOKE WITH ANTONE AH846D AND ASKED WHY DIDN'T SOME ONE CALL WHEN ATT ALWAYS CALLED AND EMAILED ME BEFORE. WHY WASN'T I CONTACTED. ITS LIKE ME LEAVING 180.00 IN THE BANK AND BECAUSE I DID NOT GET CONTACTED, WHO HAS MY MONEY? MY GO PHONE DID NOT WORK PROPERLY. IS THIS THE WAY ATT PROFITS FROM HOW MANY OTHERS. I DO NOT REMEMBER SIGNING SUCH AGREEMENT THAT I AM WILLING TO GIVE UP MY MONEY WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION.I WANT A CREDIT TO MY ATT BILL.

BS i got my phone in March right but i didn't add money to my phone cuz i thought i had a good 60 days to refill my account but my service got cut off i bought a refill card and tryed to refill but couldn't make any calls no service i called At&T customer service ill give it to them i talk to a nice young lady on the phone that answered all my questions i give her my sim card number and she told me since i was cut off from service i got to buy a new go phone sim card which is 25 bucks that i don't have she said AT&T didn't cut me off but thats how the system works it just cuts your service off if your service end date expires so now i just wasted 20 bucks on a refill card i can't use and a phone that i can't make calls from this is krazy i wish i knew this before i spent 150 bucks on my go phone when i get some money im going back to T moible cuz this is bS AT&T should warn u that if u don't keep up with your service end date that u have to buy a new sim card thanks for nothing AT&T
