What customer service? Never have I dealt with such a company who doesn't give a XXXX about its customers and clients. It's all your problem when they lose your money into a black hole!

I'll never do business with your company, I am trying to make a purchase "Mamajuana" but the pricing is confusing. I called the only number available and I get a tape recording to use email to send an inquiry,a pox on your company. I needed help now.

I'll find another vendor.

I have tried many times to contact Etsy customer service for help and there is no contact support phone number. I have been trying to clear an item for the past 80 days , but cannot. Can someone one help ? Please

Hello Corporate Etsy. I'm letting you know that not listing the seller's transaction fee on our statement is a big problem! We see your percentage, label, and relisting fees, but not the transaction fee. This makes account balancing a nightmare and it makes Etsy look sneaky. We need to see ALL transactions not just what you want to show us. THIS IS IMPORTANT TO ALL OF US SELLERS!!! Just ask your customer service how many calls they receive for just this issue!!

I am beyond frustrated w/ Lily at special green whom I placed an offer the beginning Of July. Have been promised twice of specific dates I'm suppose. To receive items. With no communication or customer service stating that they are unable to fill their obligations I've had to follow through and it's extremely frustrating and I still have no idea what's going on with this order...

This is not there number that's a voice mail.. you cannot get any help I have been goggling the cooperate office for 2 days I have been sending emails for the last 48 hours not to mention the 50 times I called..stay away from this site as a seller.. customer Service is no help all there gonna do is escalate the call which will be ignored..I have been trying to get my funds released that they have been holding over a week every time I call the customer Service Representative says this issue will have to be escalated or your funds will be deposit tomorrow and yet no deposit I hv already mailed out the orders and added shipping numbers for confirmation and yet I still have not gotten paid

Good afternoon, a while back I had order from the vendor fearless fragrance. The point that the mail people had place it in the wrong mailbox. That vendor does not leave me alone she says she has proof yes she has a tracking number what good does that do when they are left at the wrong mailbox. Is not the first time it happens I've been to the post office so many times because of the matter. To make things clear if she keeps accusing me of stealing her product I'm going to lawyer up and sue the company and vendor. It's going to be the last time I get in touch with you guys I'm tired of that vendor. I order from other vendors and have no problem with them. My number is (410)501-0467. My name is Maria. Hello I have brought an item and I wasn't home when I received the item so the usps took it back and left a note . I went on their website to request a redelivery date and they gave me a confirmation . However, I didn't receive it and I went today to pick it up they said it was sent back to Etsy and to contact you guys . This is ridiculous !!!!

Hi I had trying everything to reach you guys I cannot. I bought a Haitian two months a go to do my hair $158.00 the seller canceled the hair after almost a month now you guys never send me my money back. It is been 2 months since my money is out. A big website like that you guys should able to resolve problem better. I need my money back as possible. I never ever but from you guys anymore. The seller is not even want to help me at all.

I purchased these items on 11-15-2018 and contacted the seller but she said she sent the items . Until now I have not receive my order .

Total $50. It's not the money that I am interested in. It's a matter of principle. Your sellers should have been honest.

I ordered something July 22, 2018. It was to be shipped Aug 3,2018. I haven't received it yet and its been paid for completely. I have emailed the seller several times and as of yet have had NO response from her. I have no idea of the status of my BOUGHT & PAID FOR item. The number (1-718-855-7955) to contact the corporate office is useless if you cannot be connected to a representative. It appears as tho this whole site (ESTY) is not a reputable online service. I'll be contacting the better business bureau to file a claim.

I placed an order on June 19 2018, it was a mermaid 3 picture frame. Email said it was shipped on June 23, 2018 and as of today July 2nd I still have not received my package! ETSY IS ILLEGAL CROOKED AND THIEVES. Some jerk stole my photos from my store and used them on their website. I sent them an email asking them to stop using my pictures and the next day Casey from Etsy closed my shop and stole my balance of over $100. This is illegal and they won't reopen my shop. Is this what they do to get rid of competition? She actually sent me may own pictures and told me that I was using other sellers photos. I emailed in pictures of my basement workshop, pictures of my mannequins in my fashions and my sewing machine but she still won't open my shop. This is horrible and ETSY is rotton. Be warned, DONT SELL ON ETSY.

I bought a black pill box hat from Etsy. The picture advertising the hat was on a shop model and the hat showed as full size covering most of the model's head. The hat however is very small and looks ridiculous. The picture of the hat on the model was deliberately misleading. I want to know how to get a return agreement so I can send the hat back and get my money back. There was no invoice in the box but the address on the box was Hedges

I ordered something from "TheCatholicRosary through Easy. What was sent was the wrong item. There is NO customer support, you have disabled your phone contact, and I will NEVER do business with Etsy again!
