I purchased a four pack of Duralock 9V batteries. After a couple of use one went dead. I use them in my smoke detectors because are good for ten years. Here are the Numbers on the carton: I copied the info from another pack.

I purchased 9 Duracell 300 LED Flashlights to keep around the house in case of a blackout, I was shocked when after 2 months in storage I couldn't get one of them to work. When power turned on I went on line to learn of an on going problem with the 300 Flashlight. I installed new batteries in all 9 flashlights to learn that they don't work, what a RIP OFF, not only did I waste my money buying them, I wasted my time and money buying replacement batteries. Lesson learned, don't by DURACELL.

I purchased AA and AAA packs of batteries from BJ's put them in all my LED candles and clocks. Every one of the batteries leaked. I had already thrown away packaging. I will never buy Duracell batteries again. This was over 30.00 worth of batteries not to mention I waslucky only one of my items was damaged. How can you sell such an inferior product? After ready other customer comments on calling customer service I won't waste my time. Good bye Duracell products.

am i the only person that purchased the Duracell 300 flashlights and have the battery die over and over again. Now i leave the battery case out until I need to use it. If there is an emergency, I guess Ihopeto have time to put it back together to use it.
Perhaps ours is a lemon. We don't leave it on.

It's quite obvious that Duracell does not read reviews or doesn't care. I have gone through 3 or 4 fm transmitters which quickly break;the input breaks off due to crappie soldering and design. I have taken them apart and hot glued them back into place but if they'd spend more than a nickel on production there wouldn't be a problem. Also bought a USB car charger which start blowing car and radio fuses a month after I bought it. Looks like it's a very common problem. Thier response is always that it's licensed to someone else but the key word is licensed. Duracell gets paid and thier name is on it. Join me in my 100% boycott of this greedy, sweatshop, un-American company and buy nothing from them. Maybe if we're lucky they will respond.

I bought 2 3-packs of Duracell 300 flashlights at Costco. Only 2 of the 6 worked.
E-mailed the company, heard nothing and then, four weeks later, 6 replacements arrived by mail...no explanation and no batteries. I thought: OK points for responding. These 6 at least worked...for a while...like for a month to 6 weeks. These flashlights eat batteries like Cookie Monster eats cookies! Hmmmm, wonder why a battery company would sell something like that? At this point I have 12 of these suckers that feed 24/7. After use I unscrew the on/off end until the light goes out; screwing it back in when required...so far, so good. Would never buy another one, though when they're working, they're great.

purchased a Duracell 300 tact 3pack from Costco when on sale. worked well when batteries installed. the lights have a battery drain. when needed they did not work. Unable to find a repair kit for the little circuit board attached to the off/on switch. Waste of money!

The Duracell 300 flashlights are a total waste of money. These units use power even when "OFF" and so will not come on after sitting unused for any period of time. This is the last thing you need in a flashlight. Construction wise they are a great product but the electronic on off switch makes them useless.

Just purchased your Quantum HiDensity Core C batteries - 5 in a pack. Tell me what do I do with the 5th battery? Usually I only need 2 or 4 and sometimes 6. Why 5? Are you just trying to make an extra buck? Shameful!

I to am a victim of the Duracell 300 LED flashlights from the multipack from COSCO. I found that one of the fixes online was in fact true. The light not being that old drained the batteries and new batteries fixed the problem. Problem is when turned on it would go off and eventually would just blink on and then back off. So, who wants to continually put batteries in a flashlight because it has a constant drain on them. These lights are not reliable in this consideration. SO DURACELL WHAT DO YOU OFFER TO UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS???? I wrote you sometime back about this and heard nothing. Email PLEASE!!

I bought a Duracell 300 lumen flashlight pack. (3 pack). They wont work even if they have not been used after they sit in the drawer for a week or 2. I bought them at costco. all 3 flashlights are the same ...a complete waste of money. I think Costco has given in to the China junk syndrome in the name of profits.

I have a guideman 2 aa using your batteries and after 2 months they start leaking. This is the third flashlight this happens to. The batteries have a 2023 date on them. I am very disappointed in your product at this time. We always used the Duracell products for many years. Not no more....

Customer support is non-existent, so don't bother buying their products. They lie about being compatible with Apple products!

I have used Dura Cell Copper top batteries for many many years, just purchased a 100 count box of triple A batteries with an expiration date of March 2019 expected them to be quality merchandise but was busy they came in so just put them in a desk drawer, needed to use a couple of them today ope.ed the box and found 20 batteries that had-* leaked. Really not up to Dura Cell standards. So When these are gone guess I Will go to another brand, will not ever pick up another COPPER TOP again

The 9 volt battery clips are a mess. For more than a year I have been using them from different store locations and they are all the same. The easy on and off clips suck. They require tools to connect and now to disconnect. There is NO corrosion involved it the lack of compatibility between the two mating surfaces. Give me my old 2U6 that never had any problems.
If it is a manufacturing problem it is your problem. Iwill for the first time start using your competitors. I gave it over a year but no longer.

We have a Duracell AA/16 pack of batteries dated good till 2025. Opened the pack in stalled in our clock and there was not enough power to run the clock. Tried a few of them. Put in new other brand battery and clock worked. Proof of purchase any ideas why these batteries do not work.

I'm not sure who to contact so I'll start here. I have used Duracell batteries for as long as I can remember. Always reliable. I put them in my flashlights and no matter how long there in them I know I can pick one up and have it work. My husband and I are hunters so it's important to have our flashlights and headlamps working. We have deer cams and have always used them in the cams. Even when out in the cold for days we know our cameras will work. This last fall we had something very strange happen. We retrieve our deer cam from our food plot. Opened it up and a couple batteries had leaked. It ruined our deer cam you can imagine our shock at this. We have a small sugar house where we live in Vermont. We use flashlights over there and my husband has a really handy laser leveler that helps him set up his sugar lines it's important to him to get the best production he can. This past weekend he needed his laser so I went to our local rite aid to get batteries. Our area finally approved a Walmart to come in. But meanwhile until it opens we shop at smaller stores. So I picked up my batteries got them back to the sugar place like a 20 minute trip. The batteries were dead. Never ever had this happen. So I went back and traded for another package of Duracells. Shocked to get them there to find they were also dead. They have the tester on the battery slight read the small partial line of the yellowish orange. So I took those back and grabbed the rite aid brand. Not sure what was going on with them it said good for 10 years. Maybe just a bad batch I really don't know. I'm disappointed because I've always known I could rely on my Duracells.

Sincerely

Brinda Daggett

Opened a brand new pack of Duracell 4D Batteries, one was completely dead, use by date was 2023. I tried their website and submitted my complaint twice which would be responded to in 48 hours ...got nothing after 4 days. They provide no other contact information except their companies legal address in CT I thought I would try that ...but I see that probably won't work either based on the comments made below by other customers. Maybe that's what happens when the business is sold...which I think it was
