Ameriprise Customer Service

I was thinking about starting a business, called to inquire if the company had commercial insurance and maybe get a quote. I was placed on hold, and when the rep returned he advised me that based on my answers to questions he asked I am now considered a high risk. So if you call looking for a quote you WILL be penalized. I thought Costco was doing a service by offering insurance, but I must warn you it's BS. In search for different company and have no problems paying a slightly higher price for peace of mind.

Your TV commercials are ok but way too late for those of us "boomers" who are now retired & have been for some time. What do WE do?? All of your commercials are aimed at people from 20 to 50. When I was still working there were no tv commercials asking how much money we had set aside for retirement. With more and more "boomers" retiring NOW, instead of alienating a large percentage of Americans, may I suggest you INCLUDE us and update many of us who are already retired and are not wealthy??

Ameriprise Auto & Home insurance is horrid; customer server is horrid and the interpretation of how they determine payment is horrid! I am going to spread the word;-)

Nothing but the run around when trying to clear up an issue of 1099r's generated in error causing tax problems with the IRS
