The ratings are calculated using a scoring algorithm which considers many criteria including positive versus negative comments as well as scoring for specific fields such as friendliness and issue resolution. -

The comments displayed throughout CustomerServiceScoreboard.com originate either directly from this site, or from listings on ContactHelp.com. -

What do I do if a comment I find is irrelevant or profane?
All comments are made live on the site as soon as they are submitted. We do our best to moderate comments as they come in, but you are also welcome to help us out by clicking the associated "Report Abuse" link next to each comment. -
How do I add a new company to this site?
We do our best to include all companies that would have value to our visitors. If there is a company not currently in our company index that you would like to add, we ask that you do so on the new listing submission page on ContactHelp.com. Once you submit the form and we have had a chance to verify the submitted information, we will add the company to both sites. This typically takes about 2-3 days.
