I called to upgrade my membership several weeks ago. They changed my member ID number and so forth. Ever since the changes were made I cannot lock or unlock my credit file. Keep getting the runaround about the case has been escalated for weeks now. LifeLock has extremely poor customer service and the agents/specialists do not speak English clearly. They are all of Asian thick accent which makes them difficult to understand and unable to communicate properly. I would not recommend LifeLock due to poor communication and customer service. Dissatisfied with LifeLock.???

I have not been able to access my account since i set it up ! I have notifications that i cant read ! This is the mist worthless app on my phone !

The worst company ever. They never respond to phone calls or voice messages. I had an appointment to discuss my case at a given day and time but they never called. I was unable to reach them, they don't pick up the phone, so I had no conversation with them. I'm a paying customer for several years and simply can't make contact and don't know the status of my case. I want to report them to the Better Business Bureau and wherever else possible to put them out of business.

EVERY PAYDAY IT IS TAKEN OUT OF MY PAY TO PAY LIFELOCK TO PROTECT ME.ALSO TWO DAYS AGO I PURCHASED THE LIFELOCK360 Ultimate plus package including device protection and I told them I had their services in the past and they let my ex and all his registered sex offender friends and he is also a registered sex offender,they took my payments every time but for a long time they have been. Protecting the registered sex offenders and my ex's ex in Julia tutweiler prison in Wetumpka Alabama for 25years for same things!!!He was in prison for 10years and they have taken all my accounts online over stole my identity!?!Sold my identity and stole my social security card drivers license and debit card too...All happened and is still happening to me on their watch and the sex offenders are all in my accounts online , everywhere stalking very young kids!??I have been reporting this repeatedly!Police reports,I pay LifeLock And instead of protecting me and my device,they are protecting the ones that have been doing this to me for years on their watch on and off.I just paid for extra protection and still ,me the victim,that they and many other corporations like Google, Facebook, Instagram where they have many fake profiles as 14and under age boys to stalk little kids in my Google accounts!!!!Their policy is if it happens on LifeLock watch they will pay a million but my life will never be recovered because,I pay for it and they protect the sex offenders and hobitual offenders doing this to my life and others in my name and all life lock tells me is when you are ready to pay us more $ call back you are not protected!??Sorry!!!!And I want my million! is there any attorney that would want to represent me .my name is Shalanda Liles!

I have been with Lifelock since the beginning of time. Love the company. Told everyone it was a must have. Since bought out by Norton I am grossly unhappy. Like all companies, Norton has been revamping the company. All I can say is when you have a winning recipe, don't mess with it. Currently, will be looking into other security systems & definitely will not be singing the praises of Lifelock.

Some particulars, I can only talk to agents outside of US. I don't have a problem with that, except, something always gets lost in translation. When you are calling for specific problems, that are not simple in nature, you need someone on the phone that can understand you. It's called comprehension. Lifelock lost that when they outsourced Customer Care to Manilla.

What a disappointment!!!

We have been with a Lifelock for several years and only needed them once. About a month ago we were scammed. We called Lifelock and, in the middle of our trauma of being scanned, when we reached out to Lifelock for help, the agent Proceeded to try to get us to upgrade our account. I am sorry, but I was TRULY disappointed in this action at a very stressful and trying time for us. It was very tacky and unprofessional. We have NO idea what the cost difference would even be. We are just 'encouraged' to upgrade because our Ultimate account was no longer supported. Well you are still taking our money each month so I assumed we would still get support for those basics like getting scammed. We never really got any support. NOTHING. So I have to ask you what exactly are we getting from our monthly payments we have made for all these years?

Absolutely worst experience ever! Horrible unintelligent accent, little knowledge about your service,. Did't even have a supervisor to assist or number to contact ( including corporate office). He even hung up on us. Wouldn't slow his speech down when asked ( hearing impaired). Didn't know American ADA law or number to call for TDD. Relay operator coulnn't Understand his speech either and kept typing UNINTELLIGIBLE AND ____.

Tried a second time, same problem! We were told that no office for customer service is available in AMERICA. We were talking to the PHILLIPINES!

Keep jobs in AMERICA.
Researched LIFELOCK and discovered the FRAUD you guys perpetrate, lawsuits, more criminal activity.
WE ARE CLOSING OUR ACCOUNT OF 15 YEARS!
BIG SCAM! My BANK provides better services of protection and for FREE!
