Ok i made a video on oovoo and shared it with someone. i deleted it from my media but i dont think it deleted online. how do i delete a shared video so that i know its no longer online anymore. i deleted the video but when i looked at the url it was still there. how am i delete where when i click on the url it no longer exist?

I got auto recharged for 89.55 dollars when I did not authorize it. They didn't even give me the required credits after charging it. Credits zero, but I was not aware nor did not use any credits since the recharge.
There is no number to talk to customer service. Any numbers they have goes to talk to a computer which tells you to send them a request online. Bad company tactics to rip off. Beware!!
