I'm specifically addressing their customer service because of an email problem where I LOST all my emails that were in my inbox -- twice! Many were very important which aren't retrievable. I must have spent over 6 hours on the phone having to go through their automated system, then get a person that can only read from a script and do very minor, basic remedies which in no way addressed the problem. In talking with at least 10 different people most nice, others very rude -- not one had the capability to solve the problem! When asked to transfer my case to a higher technical level I received either a rude negative answer or the promise someone would call me back, which never happened. There are features that I really like with their email service but these problems aren't worth staying with them. I'm migrating my correspondence to a competitor.
