Wirefly is a scam! They lure you in with great deals on cell phones and add a bunch of features you don't want undisclosed. I had over 100 dollars in extra features added to my account. Poor customer service and it is sad to be tricked into something you dont want. If you buy and wait the 3 days after receive it you are stuck. Cancel any of the extra features that you add and they charge you cost for the phones. I read that on another posting. Just be careful and know everything about this company before purchasing their equipment. They are a scam!

Total waste of time!!! On hold if you can even get a live person and understand them?!?!?! Anyway...they are reading a script I'm sure, because they have no real answers to any questions only repeated phrases over and over....All I can say is.. Good Luck!

Ok. So I get a confirmation email that they my order, but now I have to call in to this 888 # because they need more information. Here's the thing...they ask for my order # and then tell me to wait because they are trying to find an available agent but then the phone hangs up on me. WHAT HAVE I SIGNED UP FOR????
How can I get in touch with someone?

I was ready to purchase a phone from wirefly.com on black friday without reading up on them but when I called thier sales department to make the purchase the customer service representative kept trying to up sell things and then started yelling at me... what the?? I have never been treated so poorly especially when I am trying to purchase something. When I asked to speak with his manager he had the nerve to tell me that his manager didn't want to talk to me because he was too busy as it was black friday. What the??? Now reading the reviews on various websites such as this I am very glad wirefly has rude customer service and realize that saving $80 on a phone isn't worth the headache!

THE WOREST! I REPEAT THE WOREST company I have ever dealt with! After telling me for two days after numerous calls and e-mails that my phone should be at my door on the following Monday, they informed me after I took it upon myself to call and confirm my order that not only was it no longer a free up grade but that they would be charging me 79.99 for the phone! I told them to cancel the order. Not to mention that the languege barrier is rediculious!!!!!!!

This company has no idea what customer service is..no one speaks clear english and the answer is always NO WE CANT DO THAT, after waiting for days for my phone the refused to take off my shipping charges for a expedited delivery and they refused to cancel my order when it was never delivered....A VERY PISSED CUSTOMER..NEVER AGAIN

when I tried to reach a customeer service rep to determine why I had not received the 2 telephones I had ordered I only got a recording stating that my order had been cancelled. Then I was told to go to www.where'smyphone.com, and was still unable to ascertain where/when and/or why the order I had placed was cancelled.

Worst company I had ever dealed with. Sales person lie and lie. The English of customer service personels are so difficult to understand. Shipped the phones without agreement, and steal from my credit card!! I will tell every my friend not using this company!

my nightmare started from the first call that I received from Wirefly sales person. First she lied and told me that she is a customer service representative. Then, all my family members received phones million times everyday that she is trying to sell the new phones and plans. I placed order then I cancelled order after I found from Verizonwireless that they are the third party. Actually it was not easy. Then really pushed me to the edge was after almost three months, wirefly mailed me the phones and changed my account without my agreement. I send their phone back and had to pay extra $50 for last two months for this issue. Because they upgraded my account once, now I lost my right to purchase the new phone with 2 year contract discount and I also lost $50 credit that my account had prior this happened. I am thinking if I should take legal action. Without my agreement, they even charged on my credit card!!

On two separate orders, they told me that Verizon said my bill was past due. I called Verizon and they said my payments were on time and Never late! I think they only want to sell to people who pay for all the bells and whistles. I wanted just the phone - low profit! They used to be a good company (4 years ago).

I have very bad experience with this company. They sold me the phone that stopped working after 3 months and refused to do anything about it despite their own statement that the phone came with 1 year warranty on it. As the phone was reloaded in attempt to fix the problem, I have lost all the apps that I purchased and installed, all the customized settings and I never was offered any option that would make up for these losses. The only thing they had to offer is to sell me a new phone, which I suppose could be a subject of the same trouble passed initial 30 days trial period. I would not do business with this company again.

WITHOUT A DOUBT, TRYING TO REACH A LIVE PERSON IS NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE UNLESS YOU ARE TRYING TO PLACE A NEW ORDER,,, THEN YOU CAN GET RIGHT THRU. TRY AND REACH SOMEONE CONCERNING A ORDER ALREADY PLACED,, FORGET ABOUT IT.

You get what you pay for ! Any company that does not provide a listing for customer support to speak with a live person is a sham ! Place an order with sales person (can't understand a word they say very bad brokenenglish 888 # forwarded to India } Sales rep. told me to check email after call for order # its been 3 days no email.Can't log in to site without order # @ wheres my order .com,so click forget order# and enter home phone # and birthdate does't work sales rep. never asked for birthdate when placing order CLOSE THIS SITE WIREFLY. ASAP BUY AMERICAN My order is in limbo now can.t speak with anyone or chat on their website @ customer support with out friggen order # Only thing wirefly did right was contact ATT to upgrade my plan for BLACKBERRY {$$$}that I don't have.THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU TRY TO SAVE A FEW DOLLARS BUY OR UPGRADE FROM YOUR CURRENT SERVICE PROVIDER ONLY

Never buy anything from Wirefly. Save the time. All are sales people and will never get customer service. Spend your money somewhere else. Wirefly is the worst company for consumers.
