I decided the program was not for me. I requested a refund and was told not a problem this would be done.

then i phoned after 2 weeks to find out where my refund was only to be told that it will be dome manually OK i will wait 4 weeks later no refund only to be told we will ring you back this is not good enough if i did think maybe i will give it another go there is no way after waiting a month to get a refund for only 99.00

what company does that ?

One of the reasons they are doing is because they treat the staff horribly. They bring in younger staff in hope of attracting young people and make excuses to get rid of some of the older staff. They hire part timers so they dont have to give benefits. Pay is below min wage and they were called out on it several times. NY times article few years back. Customer service # takes hours to get thru and half the time wrong info is given out.

I joined the online program and also had the same experience. I tried for days to log on and there did not seem to be a solution to why I wasn't able to even set up an account. They do take your money quickly. I did call the 800 number, after going thru a number of sites to find it, I though I had cancelled the membership only to find out that the cancellation had not been completed correctly. I was really disappointed with this service and angered that the reps do not seem to be able to help when you need it. They do like to take your money though.

I joined two days ago with a 3 month membership. I cannot sign on to the website that was supposedly included. I spent almost three hours today, once by phone and twice on line, without having whatever the problem is resolved. The last person kept asking me for more and more information = including my birthdate. when I provided it, she said it was not my birthdate! I finally refused to provide any more information and asked for a supervisor to call me. No one did. The problem remains unsolved. To say that I am annoyed would be an understatement. In fact, I am furious. I am angry enough to cancel my membership. I am annoyed that I could not get a supervisor when it became clear that the ones answering phones or handling chat rooms could not seem to resolve things. Question: Does WW care about customers? I would give a resounding and loud NO right now. Warm regards, Dr. Glenda A. Belote

To say that I am annoyed would be an understatement.

I read today about yoour stock decline. I have been a member on and off for about 30 years. I recently went in to start again and could not believe the changes (horrible). This process of eat what you want from a list and the apps, which are not too useful, no talking about recipes we can share in meetings and all the products you push to make money. The Weight Watchers I kinew does not exist anymore. I have talked about this and found that this is not only me. Points are the way to go. What you put in your mouth, you count. There was really no incentives for me for six weeks so I cancelled. I feel input is so important and I really am disappointed

I have paid over 300 dollars for a membership I've used twice . I was told if i wasn't happy i could get my money what was left refunded and that was the only reason i joined for 6 months was also pressured into purchasing 6 months at the time. for 3 weeks i couldn't even log in to etools, no help over the phone when they lost my registration, no call back as they promise,no contact from leader.WORST SERVICE EVER will defiantly not recommend to anyone . still have 4 months left and cannot get out of it can't believe how much the leaders tell you that isn't true so unfortunately i have to attend what a load of rubbish, never again...

I have been trying to correct a mistake since Feb -2014. I was attending at work meeting, left my job, the leader told me I could not attend that meeting anymore. I cancelled my membership in 2/2014. I got charged: March,April,May, June,July -I did try to call, got left on hold, waiting over 1/2 hr, just gave up, When you work you can not wait on hold, then spend another hour trying to find someone who can help you. I spoke to someone in August, 2014, He said he would reimburse me 3 months, and take care of the charges. Then I got charged Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec. Spoke to someone in Dec. Said she would take care of it, spoke to supervisor, she could reimburse me 3 months. I said- the person in Aug was going to reimburse me 3 months, but ended up charging an additional 5 months. How is that fair? Ok they would reimburse me 6 mos. I agreed. Then guess what? Besides NOT reimbursing me yet, THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN IN JANUARY,2015. I want full reimbursement since 2/2014 - till 1/2015. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I cant believe that a business as big as WW can't do anything for me as far as a reduced rate since I can only attend 2 meetings a month since my chemo makes me sick for 2 weeks. I have been a member for the last 2 years. The drugs that I am on blows me up and makes me hungry all the time but I still attend meetings when I can

I joined the six month special price. I just happened to notice on my bank statement that Weight Watchers was taking 42.00 out of my account for the last 8 months, when I didn't give them permission to do that. I didn't sign anything as I joined on the phone. I hate to say it, but Weight Watchers are very bad to do business with. I will NEVER give them my information again. I suggest you don't either.

I cannot use my activelink. I cannot return it, since I opened it. How else would I know it didn't work. Who decided that policy? Held on line for 47 minutes. Tried again this morning to connect Activelink; on the page I cannot log in to Weight Watchers. Really don't think the Activelink is the problem. I think it is your website.

Not worth what you pay for. Once they got its over. New feature 24/7 support. Asked the same question on two different dates. Same questions different answer from the WW support.

I've been trying for four days to get some sort of resolution to why my credit card has been charged but the activation of my monthly pass membership did not go through - i.e. activation failed. How can I be charged for something that didn't go through? I can't access e-tools, can't do anything to actually begin the program. I'm a lifetime member (for over 20 years) who has had to come back to work the program after each of my babies was born. I'm simply trying to get things back under control but this is quite possibly the WORST service/purchase experience I've ever had. My credit card can't be refunded, the membership isn't activated, no one seems to be able to figure out what has gone wrong. I've been on the phone with people twice, on the live chat twice, and into the meeting site twice. Do you expect me to just go away happily and let you continue to charge my credit card? Seriously?? I've been told things that are simply not-true by the customer service rep - I was told I needed to go to the meeting location where it would be easy for them to refund my money. NOT TRUE. I was told I needed a scratch off card to activate me e-tools. NOT TRUE. I was told that the meeting location screwed it up and there was nothing she could do to help me. NOT TRUE (and if so, what kind of global corporation has a system with so many limitations that NO ONE can fix it?).

At this point, I'm searching corporate leadership and looking to contact the board to make sure that someone with the authority to actually provide a solution is involved. I can't imagine what type of corporate culture exists when you can't enable your customer service team to actually fix things. Unacceptable!

I just got of the phone regarding a double charge and was on hold for almost an hour. The double charge cause my account to go negative and weight watchers refuse to refund the bank fee because they claim I had a double account. How is that possible and I am only one person. The so called supervisor/manager was not helpful at all. I been living by weight watchers for years and even had friends and relatives attend but after this experience I think that's it for me. Poor customer services and on hold for long period of time.

In November I went online and cancelled my account, then in December my card was charged again. I called the 800# and there was a 25 minute to speak to a representative. They also provided instructions to cancel online so while on hold I went online and processed a cancellation again. Today I realized I was charged again, called back in again and got a person, he was glad to cancel my account effective next month. I said I wanted a refund for at least January and he said no. I asked the last time I logged in not only could he not provide it he said no one in the whole of weight watchers could help me. It is completely ridiculous, HORRIBLE service. Being an jerk in a pleasant tone of voice doesn’t mean you are not still a jerk. I am filling a charge back for both months.

I bought 2 boxes of the WW Smart Ones-Chicken Oriental. One box had only one piece of chicken in it and the other one has NO chicken at all. I was very disappointed and I am afraid I will never be buying this product again.

#1 - wait time on custer support line is horrendus!
#2 - I've cancelled my membership many times due to the difficulty in using the program pages.
#3 - for some stupid reason WW keeps OLD, INVALID passwords on their web page and does not incicate which one is active
WW - YOU ARE A DISGRACE! I'M CANCELING AGAIN AND THIS TIME FOR GOOD./

I called weight watchers but was on hold for 36 minutes before I hung up. tried to find a place on line for questions and answers. finally found customer service????but again no luck no way to contact anyone.

so maybe you can answer my question thru email.

I purchased the activelink. but did not realize it was going to cost so much each month to activate and keep activate. I cannot find my packing slip, but do have my online invoice.

PLEASE help in in the proper way to return and receive my refund.

Thank you very much Dean Miller

For the last 3 days I have been unable to talk to a customer service rep. The wait time for support has been outrageous. I actually was on hold for 45 minutes one day. Anyways I need to pay my monthly fee with a new credit card. Can someone please help me do this. I also need some technical support as I am unable to login as a user.

I too have been calling weight watchers for the past week and a half, have been on hold for up to 30 minutes regarding an unauthorized charge to my credit card. This is starting to sound like a credit card scam, and I am in the process of calling the BBB to have this problem resolved. Very poor customer service.

i was unable to get through to a live perso when selecting the technical support option on the automated service. I was on hold for 40 minutes before hanging up. Called back a while later but this time I selected New Service Option. A live person answered on the 3rd or 4th ring and was able to help me with my login info. Funny how you can always reach a live person in Sales! 😁

I cannot get anybody on the phone. I am a member, but I don't know my user name and password. I have a new credit card, and I am trying to renew with the right one, but I cannot without my user name and password, and as I said, I cannot get anybody on the phone. Please get back to me so that I can renew..

This is the worst! I called last week waited over an hour because they started deducting money from my account when I didn't even sign up and then they couldn't find me in the system. Then when I called back with all my bank information and dates they withdrew money no one answers and I've waited over 2 hours each time before hanging up!!!
