This is now request #4. I am tired of referring to previously assigned case numbers as apparently they make no difference. So here goes again, one more time from the top. On March 20 I sent my daughter (@Haley-Watkins-2) $100.00. Apparently she can not access her account and when she reached to you for support she was informed that if she could not provide the last 4 digits of her Venmo card number then they could not help her. So what now, do we just forfeit the money as some sort of punishment? We need her account be made accessible to her again or the $$ returned to me. Please help, she needs this money and now thanks to Venmo we are going on three days and not so much as a head-nod that you will try and resolve it. Only the one time that you demanded the last 4 of her card number and since think its been crickets from your support staff. I will CC this to every Venmo email address I can find, You cannot simply keep my money

Yeah these people froze my account as soon as my taxes cleared and now I have to wait 3-5 buissness days so what do I tell my children sorry kids VENMO froze my account so you can't eat for 3-5 buissness days.. this is BS this bank is a joke it's not right that they do this. And I bet no one is going to read this or answer me back a I want is what's mine it's my taxes it's my account so I don't see why you would freeze it... Date 3/5/2020 time 11:21 am mountain

Venmo has frozen my account because of my daughters account ! They say we are one entity even though we have separate bank accounts , phone numbers ect ! Completely ridiculous! When asked for evidence supervisor Megan L is completely unprofessional and demeanor is hostile !

For a week now Venmo has had my account frozen saying I violated a policy of theirs. All I did was add money and try and take it off. Now there is no way to get in touch with anyone about it and I have no help. So a loss of my money.

This ridiculous, I have a flag on my account that should NOT be there! I've used my card at Walmart before but this time it causes a flag? All of my money is tied up In Venmo to where I cannot touch it. My son needs to eat but bc of Venmo I cannot feed my child, I need gas, cannot to that bc of Venmo. I can't even get a time duration on how long it could take.

This is BY FAR THE WORSE APP OR COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH DO NOT I CONNECTED MY BANK ACCOUNT TO MY VENMO APP EVERYTHING WAS VERIFIED AND SEEMED great well I was waiting for my debit card in the mail I have direct deposit so they told me I could just Venmo and get my money and since they where linked and already verified it would be the fastest so on July 13 I did. And called next morning when nothing was in my account so July 15 it is no longer in my real bank as pending it is complete and funds where sent to Venmo so I called Well Venmo said state law transfer take three to five business days to clear new VENMO account EVEN IF THEY ARE LINKED TO THE SAME PERSON to call back if I didn not see it on july 18 okay whatever so on that day still nothing they said I had to wait till 1158pm to call on july 19 I have called e mailed every hour for my money AND NOT ONE EMPLOYEE HAS AN ANSWER AND WHEN I ASK THEY EITHER HUNG UP OR END CHAT THEY WILL SAY ESCALATING THIS TO THE CORRECT DEPARTMENT AND HERE WE ARE july 22and I STILL HAVE NO ANSWER OR NO MONEY RUDE And definitely a scam Cause my mo he has been in the air for almost 2 weeks and my bank said if I open a dispute it will even take longer this is unacceptable and definitely hope THEY GET SHUT DOWN OR GET IT TOGETHER we are not taking 20Dollars this is Hundreds of dollars super devastated

Worst customer service yet! Three weeks and still no resolution towards my inquiry. Why is the return of $45 so difficult for this company? Why so evasive Venmo?
