Extraordinarily engaging and helpful. Treated me with warm positive regard and pointed me to needed items; secured a cart when I bought more than expected; answered questions and at one point asked for advice from a more experienced salesperson in order to answer question completely. When I commented to manager about the excellent service, he mentioned that Mr. Smith is a new employee. This makes his service all the more commendable. I will definitely come back to this store in future.

I had to write about a wonderful employee at the Oakland, NJ store. Her name is Lauren and she works as a Copy and Print Associate. All I can say is any company would be lucky to have Lauren working for them. She was so helpful, and so positive, going above and beyond. She would be great to clone as we need more people like Lauren. Made my copying job so much easier with her there, and even fun, as she has a winning and upbeat personality. Love the Oakland Staples!

I wish to compliment two employees at your Oceanside, NY store. Chris Fountain and Matt Stingone provided patient and professional help with setting up a wireless connection for the new HP desktop I had purchased at your store. Their suggested solution was unknown to me and it worked perfectly.

Thanks to Marshall for the great sales pitch and Alex for getting my problems squared away. Feeling comfortable to back again to ask if I have another problem.

Rocky Petty, a Tech Sales Supervisor works at the Naples, FL store. A few days prior to X-Mas, he was something to watch wait on the inpatient customers! I was impressed with his calm, helpful attitude toward me and the other customers waiting their turn to ask him questions or needed his expertise advice. Rocky went beyond this for me. He took the time to provide me with extra service while remaining considerate to waiting customers. He would attempt to fix the laptop that I had purchased from this store several years ago when there were no customers awaiting him. Instead of me having to pay a shop fee for computer repair as well as do without the computer for several days, he took the time and fixed it! I have attempted to call the President's several times but could not leave voice message as box was full. It is a shame that outstanding employees can not get immediate rewards for their outstanding customer service but at least I have taken the time to do my part and hope that whoever reads this will see that Rocky is acknowledged for his ability to keep his "cool" during stressful work days and for his expertise of Staples' merchandise. His personality and intelligence was a "blessing" to me during the holiday season. Ann Gorski

I visited the North Las Vegas store and had some questions about a computer that I was interested in. The Easy Tech (Cassy) and the General Manager Jennifer were of great help making my selection easy and meet my needs. thank you staples

We recently purchased a computer and printer from Staples (Store 203) in Clearwater, FL. Robert provided excellent information about the available products and was also the person who set up our new computer in our home. He was VERY knowledgeable about computers and we could easily follow his instructions regarding the new software. He did an excellent job and we would not be 'up and running' without his expertise.

Julian Juro of the Downingtown PA Staples gave us excellent service. We are looking to buy a HP Laser Printer. The one we were interested in was not able to print our sample page. Julian was able to figure out the reason why and able to print my sample.



We are now going online as the manager suggested to see if the price was lower or coupons for ink.



Unfortunately we found the exact model $100 less expensive on the Best Buy website.

I recently visited the Staples store in Lady Lake, FL and was blown away with the incredible service I received. My order was small and involved the printing and cutting of 14 color thank-you cards for our children's church program to send to adults who have enhanced their lives by serving in the kids' programs. Jessica B., the assistant manager, treated me as though I had placed an order of great value. Her attention to details was astounding. She's "gold"! You should keep her:) Linda Dollar

On Sept. 5th, 2013 I went to the North Tatum Blvd. Staples in Phoenix, AZ to purchase a computer with Windows 7. Staples technician Sam Saad was very helpful and we ordered the computer. On Sept. 11 Sam came to my home with the computer. (I do not do a lot of computer work so Sam had to do a lot of explaining as he installed the system.) He was great and did not leave until he was sure that I could use all of the functions. I learned a lot and was very impressed with his "tech savy".

Had my computer tuned up at your Bloomfield Ave., Bloomfield, NJ store by Angel, also was helped by Chris and Vanity! They are all wonderful and go out of their way to help a customer!

What a great group of employees!

Over the past few weeks, we've been gong from store to store in search of a computer for our college-bound daughter. When we arrived at Staples, we were approached by a young man to help us, who was competent and freindly. However, upon hearing some of our questions, he brought in another sales associate who he felt would better answer our questions and help us get the exact product we needed. We were introduced to Canan Aburmeileh and he was patient in answering all of our questions and helping us fine-tune what we needed for our daughter. His knowledge of computers was much more extensive than at the other stores we had visited in our computer search. In addition to ensuring we purchased the computer that would best meet my daughters needs for this year, he ensured she got something that she could grow with throughout her college career.

While we originally went to Staples for my daughter's computer, we had other computer issues at our home (poor service, dysfunctional equipment. Upon mentioning this, Canan steered us toward the purchase of a Netgear router and sensing some inital hesitency on my husband's part but some pressure on my part and our chilren, Canan found a nice balance between trying to promote the item to help us with our computer problems and not be too high pressure. It was the perfect pitch for a stubbon husband and we ended up purchaing the router. Canan came to our house to install the router and withn moments of the set up we had Kindles, I-pod, laptops, and I-pads working in all areas of the house that hadn't been able to before!!! We were a very excited family who will have a much better school year and work year as we are not sharing one working computer, but instead multiple items anywhere in the house in which to work from.

It was a pleasure working with Canan from beginning to end at the store and in our home. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and even fun to work with throughout a process that is stressful... finding the right equipment while handing over money you hope is well spent. We feel that Canan was an excellent salesman in that he not only just knew his products, but helped us feel comfortable that our money was well spent.

I would recommend Staples in the Rochester/Henrietta area without hesitation to family and friends. In particular, I would refer them to Canan who really knows the products and can help assess the computer or product you need.

I had a wonderful experience at the Strongsville store in Ohio. Coury, Jeff and Sara were wonderful to work with. They serviced my computer and were very gracious to me. I would like to comment about the best service I have every received at one of your stores. The location of this Staples is at 90-30 Metropolitan Ave, Rego Park. A young man by the name of Steve Ortega went above and beyond to provide us with service. He took his time explaining the various features of the product we were considering buying and gave us many useful ideas and suggestions. He is a kind, patient, and knowledgeable person, who is truly an asset to your company. A month or so ago I got very outstanding assistance at your Middletown RI store from two associates named Jennifer Tetrault and Chelsea Lauder. I buy most of my law office supplies from Staples and and actually rely on the store employees and especially these two.
The future of the company is in excellent hands with staff as these two. Look to them for advancement in the company---Paul Lindh,Esq. ( my para-legal just told me Jennifer has moved to another store, my lose)

I went to the print/copy department. I requested a book to be made from a number a files I had on a disc. During my interactions with various employees, I met with one employee that was not courteous and a little argumentative. Over the course of a few days I when back for the completed project and met with an employee, Ashly (not the first person I mentioned). She advised me the book I ordered was lost by the business that did the work (I think it was out of Pasadena). Ashly, once she found out what happened, she apologized and said she would do the work and it would be completed by the end of the day. I was shocked and surprised that she was going to have it done by today. I came back later that day and it was completed. Mistakes get made and I get that but Ashly's professionalism and courtesy to rectify the problem (which was not her doing) and promptly. I appreciated that. Courtesy and professionalism are big with me. That's why I will continue to do my business at the Staples store. D.H. 05/21/13.

A note just to compliment employees at your Staples, 135 Bloomfield Ave, Bloomfield, NJ store. Had dealings with techs Vanity and Eric both of whom are great, not only are they knowledgable when it comes to computers but they are great people! I visited the Athens Ohio Staples store 30 minutes before closing last night, and received stellar customer service. The staff went far beyond the call of duty to assist me. Bill, the manager, personally assisted me with a smile and sincerity. One of the staff also helped me but I did not make a mental note of his name. I would highly recommend this store and working with their staff. I can only hope the right people see this so they get the positive recognition they deserve.
