Terrible Customer Service. All Photos Shared To Me By My Daughter-in-law Are Now Unavailable. Chat Service Not Any Good, And Customer Can Not Call By Phone. Why In The Hell Didn't They Just Leave Things The Way They Were.....no One Can Currently Get Anything Previously Shared On Their "classic" System. Everything Before 2/2/2016 Is Gone.

Horrible customer service. In the switch from the classic site to the new site a photobook that I have been working on for months has become unavailable. I contacted live chat and after a wait was connected with a rude customer service rep with poor English skills. She had no idea where my book was, told me I needed to wait 24 hours for it to show up and then cut me off while I was typing. I emailed them about my missing book and the rude rep and was told that I needed to wait 48 hours and got no apology for the rudeness. It has now been 4 days. I can see my book but still can't get it. I would change to a new site, but I can't figure out how to transfer 5 years worth of pictures.

Unbelievable, TERRIBLE experience with a very uneducated individual who either was not listening or was unable to understand a very, very simple question. The worst broken English. Incomplete, choppy responses that made NO sense. Telling me the person that shared an album with me had to have gmail for me to access the album. I said that wasn't the case earlier when I went to the album. Was asked to "kindly query" so he could understand. OMG! Repeated myself & got the same exact response! THEN was told they are having minor difficulties engineers aware of, try back later and rep. disconnected conversation. Now I'm unable to reach them by phone, no number!?!? Shame, shame, shame on you Snapfish. How dare you waste my time, your company is disgusting. Mark my words, you keep this outstanding customer service up, you'll be out of business, this I promise you. Too much competition out there for you to be so complacent and treat your customers so poorly.

Run Away. Zero customer service and when I finally got someone on chat, was an Indian from some corner in India who is not aware of how USA works & the mailing system in USA works. While I am still typing my response, I look up at the screen to find that the CS guy has disconnected the chat.Lest anybody says that I am biased, I am an Indian myself and live 2hrs drive away from their Bridgeport, NJ work place. I should have read the reviews first.

I have been with snapfish for over 10 years. I loved it.....now it gives me only agony. If I didn't have 10 years of my family photos on their site I would run. Zero customer service. I have NEVER in my life worked with a company that does not give the customer a chance to speak to a representative. I do not think they care about their customers and our cherished pictures wemaremtrusting in their hands. I guess they don't care if they stay in business...sad I'm sure they will never even see this......

Been a customer for years. Finally came down to damaged canvas printi for $50. No one would follow up via email. Chat hung up on me. No way to talk to anyone on the phone. Unbelievable. Switching to Shutterfly

I desperately want to talk to someone live. I have been disconnected 3 times while typing my response via the chat line. I will have to take my business elsewhere if I cannot resolve this problem. I have already invested many hours creating this book and plan to order 12 of them if I can resolve the problem. Won't someone please give me a phone number to call for help? Thank you.

RUN AWAY!!!! This site is a hot mess. I have completed 9/10 of my 2015 album and the site will not accept my password, will not send me my password, I can't "chat online" for help because I can't log on, and cannot email because my computer does not accept Outlook. This happened to me the last time I tried to get on a couple of months ago. The customer service number is disconnected (!!) but I managed to find another number that worked then. The two people who "helped" me were completely inept. This site is nothing but frustration and loss.IPQU

Never again! I have used Snapfish for years and I will never use again. Order placed on Dec. 6th never received order until Dec. 23rd. Attempt to contact them weeks before by phone, phone didn't work, by live chat, I was disconnected from multiple times, when I did get through I was told my order was shipped "next day". That was a joke. Their customer service was terrible. Called UPS due to receiving an email about my order...there was no such tracking number. Called my credit card company and told them not to pay Snapfish due to all the above. I voiced my opinion to friends, family and on Facebook about Snapfish. I went to Walgreens and had my Christmas cards done within 24 hours after ordering. Walgreens was fast and cheaper. That's where I'll do my business from now on.

Awful customer service. I placed an order which contained items intended as Christmas gifts on 12/19 and immediately realized that the shipping address was incorrect (I paid with Paypal and they picked up my Paypal shipping address, which is my home address, I'm at my in-laws for the holidays). I used live chat to try to get the address corrected, and was reassured that it will be and I will get a confirmation email within 48 hrs. No email, so this time I emailed them the morning on 12/22. Got an automated response that they are behind on their emails. The evening of 12/22 I received an email that my order has shipped. Chatted again, of course the address was never changed, it shipped to my home address. But, the rep reassured me that it will all be corrected and shipped to the in-laws address, and I will get a confirmation within 0-24 hrs. I gave it about 10 hrs, and tried live chat again. This time the rep told me that the order was reshipped, except the address that was used is a weird combo of my home address and an address in MO I've never heard of. And now the only thing I can do is place another order (!!!), which will not get to me by Christmas. No supervisor to be found, no phone support. The best they can come up with is "I will forward your account information and this problem to our Higher Level executives and they will look in to this and resolve the problem. They will contact you via email." and, of course, no one contacts you. Just awful! I will never do business with Snapfish again. They are fine as far as products (nothing spectacular, just fine), but god forbid you have even a minor issue that needs to be resolved (how hard is it to change an address on an order that was just placed?). Buyer beware!

My christmas cards were horrible. They misplaced the pictures on the card so that they covered the text. They charged me for printed envelopes but sent me plain ones.
I have tried to contact customer service to no avail.
There is no way to resolve the issue. The cards are useless and I am furious.

Horrible customer service system. I've tried and talked to the customer service line FOUR times and each time the issue of my misprinted book has not been resolved. I was told my account would be credited and I could reorder the photo books, but that has not happened. Each time I try to re-order the credits have not been applied as the representatives have stated.I get back in the queue and I wait another 45 min and then the conversation is ended because it says I haven't responded in too long. The system is messed up. I am not using this company again.

Ordered photo books for our parents for a Christmas gift. Ordered on dec7th and paid for 2 day shipping. Today is Dec 22 and the order is still in process. Sent an email and received a generic response of we are on time for shipping and there are high volumes for a response.Also went on a live chat and still no response after 24 hours. I wish I would have read the reviews. I will never use snap fish again nor will any of my friends or anyone that will hear about my experience.

I am extremely upset with snapfish. They are the worst company in my mind right now. No person to talk with and I waiting about an hour on the chat line to wait my turn to ask about my order only to get disconnected. I tried to track my order through UPS and they said they do not have the package yet. I will never get my order in time to send my holiday cards. I am extremely upset about how unprofeesional the company is for not handling this situation better. A few co-workers used shutterfly and got their orders on time and no issues. I will never order from snapfish again I hope this sends them out of business for ruining the holiday season.

I also ordered Christmas cards on Dec 7 and paid for expedited 2 day shipping. It took over a week for them to print them and it took 4 days to ship. I received them very late on December 18 with minutes to spare to get them in the mail. When I asked for a refund on the expedited shipping, I was told to call - which of course you can't because there is no working phone number for snapfish - it was disconnected. Likely due to too many complaints. I will NEVER use snapfish again!!! Hello Snapfish, are you listening???

I was charged for overnight delivery and the package still hasn't arrived. Snapfish refuses to credit me the difference in shipping. They ripped me off. I'm a little nervous now after reading the reviews about what the photos will look like once they arrive.

I have very upset with snapfish right now!! I placed an order on Dec. 10th and paid for expedited shipping. My tracking number said they should be here by the end of the day tomorrow. Therefore, the earliest I will be able to mail them out to friends and family is the following day, and there is no possible way they will be received by Christmas. I have waited long periods to chat online and have emailed them, but I get an automatic response. They have re,over their phone number,miso I cannot speak with a human. I want a refund because the cards I bought are useless at this point. I will never order from Snapfish again!!

I am a longtime Snapfish customer and this year I made my usual order and still have not received it. I was told via the tracking it shipped on 12/11 and yet it is nowhere to be found. I tried to contact customer service and it is sad to say an automated e-mail is all I got. You cannot call, you cannot talk to anyone.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN and am very disappointed in that you cannot get to customer service or a live person. The corporate office does not answer as well.
WHAT HAPPENED SNAPFISH???

I tried snapfish for the first time. I was so disgusted. My 8x10 was cut off and it was a Christmas gift for my daughter of her family. It is ridiculous that yoy cant contact them by phone. I got no where with online chat. I will keep using Free

I've been a loyal Snapfish Customer for years, and I always order quite a few Christmas presents from the Snapfish website. This year my order was such poor quality that I cannot even use them to give as Christmas presents. I contacted the joke of a customer service center through email about this, and they didn't even acknowledge my issue for the most part. I re-contacted them and just keep getting the standard message that someone will get back with me soon. 6 days later I still haven't heard from anyone, and you have no way to speak to a live person on the phone. This is ridiculous. I am planning on removing all of my pictures from the Snapfish site and will move my business to some other company who actually cares about its product and its customers.

I have been a loyal Snapfish customer for years and have ordered hundreds of books and recommended you to many many people. I just received three lay-flat books that were meant to be Christmas gifts. There were severe quality problems with all the books. In the past, if this happened, I called your customer service and the problem was rectified with no addional cost to me. This time, I spent over an hour waiting to chat with someone who was not at all knowledgeable. After another 30 minutes which included my sending photos of the flaws, he said he had to take it to a committee. I asked when I would get an answer as these are Xmas gifts. He told me 24 hours. I am still waiting as it is well past 24 hours. I am saddened by this change and disregard for customers. I will be looking for another provider if this problem is not handled to my satisfaction. And I will be talking to all my friends, rescinding my Snapfish recommendation. Get with it. I want you to succeed.

I send you a message a few days ago about a calendar I ordered on 12/7/15. I sent you a message the day I received my order. Two of the months were not attached, and no way could be fixed. The paper was cut to short, and the pages were not attached. This was a Christmas gift, and no way could I give this as a gift. I gave you the order number, and did not hear anything back from you. This really makes me disappointed with Snapfish. I have used you for many years, please let me know what can be done about this problem. order number again
