Will NEVER buy from this company again. HORRIBLE customer service! I ordered three orders very close in date to each other. The first order was lost, so they sent another set of prints which I DID receive. My second order was never received, and I cannot get any satisfaction wondering what happened to it because they no longer have a PHONE LINE to talk to an actual human being, only chat and the chat is going NOWHERE. My third order hasn't even shipped yet and it's been over a week since I ordered.

NEVER AGAIN will I order from this completely inept, incompetent company that has NO TOLL-FREE NUMBER to speak to anyone!!

I think Snapfish is going under and we should avoid using them or risk having our money essentially stolen. I placed an order on 12/4 to be delivered 12/14. Today is 12/14 and when I tried reaching out via the only method they have available to customers via chat I was disconnected 3 times and told by one rep my order was still in production and they couldn't tell me when they might ship or when I might get them. That's not the way this service is supposed to work. Stink to other providers or you may pay for something you don't get like I just had happen

On 11/17 I ordered nine items for Christmas presents. I paid expedited shipping to the tune of 80$ to guarantee that the items would arrive by Dec. 6. Only two arrived. It is as though you are treating the whole order like five orders. I'm so unhappy and you make it impossible to contact you. I've been waiting on live chat for one hour only to be disconnected when I was 11 in the cue. Tried it again and got to 41 and was knocked off again.

I need to know when the other items will arrive. How can I find this out.
So disappointed. The worst service I've encountered.

Purchased some Christmas Cards on Snapfish. I ordered black cards and they came a weak purple color. I ordered rounded corners and they came square. The pictures were so fuzzy you couldn't even tell who the people are. Just a terrible card.

There is no phone number to talk to anyone. I used their chat system and had to wait forever for a live person. They issued me a credit but when I went to use the credit and re-ordered they said I owed another $75 for a cheaper card. It was a joke.

I don't have any more time to put into this problem so I will try to dispute it on my credit card. I will reorder from another vendor and hopefully have a good experience. What happened to Costco???

I ordered my Holiday Cards on 11/6/23 and was supposed to receive them on 11/13/23. On 11/17/23 I found out that tUPS never received my shipment. Only the label was created. I contacted the customer support chat and a new order was posted which was supposed to be delivered today. I just found out that the same problem occurred again. UPS never received my order. What is super annoying is that now I won't be able to take a majority of the cards to Europe on my trip next week. Instead I have to mail the cards (if I ever receive them). An additional cost! Will never order from Snapfish again!!!

I am not a happy customer. I need to talk to someone about why ADD TEXT is written across what I typed. I don't want to place an order until I know it won't appear on my cards like that. I tried your 800 number, which took me to something for Medicare. I would very much like to talk to an agent.

That phone number goes to something super sketchy, definitely not Snapfish. And the support email address doesn't work.
I just placed an order, got no confirmation email, it says my new login information is invalid, when I try to reset the password the email with the code never arrives. And you can't use chat without logging in. So I guess I'm out of luck.
Guess I'll re-order the same item from Walgreens so that it might actually arrive, and never ever use Snapfish again.

Snapfish has let me down, as a loyal customer of theirs for more than 15 years. I ordered a calendar as a gift. I paid almost $30 to have it expedited to get here on time for a special occasion. The calendar was printed all out of order in terms of dates. After hours on the chat with 3 different people, not only will they not refund the shipping, but they credited me a calendar so I can order a new one, and I will have to pay the shipping. They have lost my business.

I have been having a terrible time contacting SNAPFISH. Their live chat doesn't work, the phone numbers don't work and there is no e-mail address. I received a photo canvas order that has a deep crease across the top of our faces and the canvas was not stretched properly. I am so disappointed. I have ordered may photos and books from them in the past that have been very nice. But I am so upset I can't even talk to them about the problem with this order. I probably won't use them again.

Hi - Small beans, but a frustrating setup:

* They have a one-click ordering service (you add items to a basket and then check out all at once).

* I added two items last night at 10ish p.m. and paid for the single order with one click only to see the delivery date was way too far out. * I received a 10:07 Paypal email showing the price.* I immediately hit cancel, thought EVERYTHING was canceled (they even have a warning that pops up that tells you can only cancel for an hour), and I shut down my laptop when I saw an email cross my inbox (10:08) saying "Order Cancelled."

* The next morning, when I saw that I got a SECOND and THIRD emails at 10:14 and 12:13 saying they were processing my order with a new order number, I contacted support and learned that, somehow, my "cancel" only applied to HALF of my order.

* They were unwilling to cancel the entire order and issue a refund at that point (10 hours later).

* I advised them I did not wish to pay for it and would attempt to cancel the payment and file a dispute due to, in my opinion, deceptive business practices. (If I could order it with one click, why does it have to be harder to cancel it a second later. And if this is a known issue of confusion for customers, should they not clarify the cancellation process AND/OR offer refunds in cases of genuine confusion like this).

* Again, it's not the cost that's my concern--$2.36 refund as opposed to $8.14 total charge. It's their deceptive business practice and then determination that they would not offer a refund as requested.

Snapfish lures you in with their deals - you spend hours creating your project(s) and then when you go to check out, the shipping is twice as much as the products you're getting. Seems like a scam that you find out at the end and they probably think people will just bite the bullet and pay at that point! Sneaky and not good customer service at all! Better to go to walmart or walgreens for your photo gifts. Overall cheaper because you're not paying crazy shipping fees.

SnapFish is unreliable and lures customers into ridiculous add-on fees (including astronomical shipping fees). After spending 8 hours perfecting our holiday cards, I go to check out. This was on Nov 28th. The delivery of my cards with the 'econ shipping' of $20 wouldn't get the cards to me until Dec 22 (almost a MONTH after ordering). Of course, they don't let you know this until you are in check out and the only option is to pay an extra $50 for 'expedited shipping' which gets the cards there in 2 weeks. Asinine and VERY dishonest of SnapFish. Costco is way cheaper, more reliable, and comparable quality. Contacted customer service within 24 hours of order and they refused to help.

OMG I was lured to Snapfish with the 70 off deal. I HAD NO IDEA THAT ON MY $117.00 ORDER I WAS GOING TO PAY $81 SHIPPING. I spent many hours creating and now I have 9 gifts that are going to cost $81 to have shipped. So deceiving in the lure and marketing. It's not really a deal at all. UGH! Tried to contact them via chat, basically all that did was a statement that justified the shipping cost because of the "extra care to packaging and handling." Really disappointed. Basically, no customer service. One last thought if I didn't use the promotion for 70% off I could use a freeship29, the rep said they didn't have any free shipping available. Such lack of Customer Service.

I have screen prints to show that other canvas printing and items are a 1/4 of the shipping that snapfish is charging. Bottom line my experience is dishonest offerings. NOT 70% off because shipping is inflated to cover the low priced offerings. Shame on a company that has so many opportunities.

Terrible experience, I placed an order from Snapfish.com I have the order # if needed. The order was sent back to Snapfish. I found out the reason why it was returned was because when Snapfish filled out the shipping label they neglected to put my complete address on the label. They put my name and the town I live in with the state and zip code but did not put my PO Box Number on the label. I have proof of this if need be. To make matters worse after this happened it seems that Snapfish somehow blocked me from contacting customer service via chat. I tried 3 different browsers and every time I try to contact someone I get a message saying "Some Unexpected Error has Occurred Please Try again". if I try again the same thing happens. I also cannot view any of my order details. Extreme aggravation caused by snapfish.

I placed an order on December 29th and was guaranteed that my photos would arrive by January 8th. When I contacted the representatives to let them know that the photos had not arrived on the 8th they told me that I need to wait the entire day of the eighth even though the mail had already run for the day. I spoke to a second representative who was even ruder than the first. Both told me there was nothing they could do and I needed to just be patient.they were basically saying that I was the problem. This was even after I explained to them that there was no way that photos that were literally 45 minutes away from me, which I could see on tracking, were going to be delivered to me on the 8th. They continue to belittle me (they actually told me that you know that more than one mail truck can run) and told me to just be even I comore.So I contacted them for a third time on the 9th and this representative did try to help but the only thing she did was offer to reprint another set of photos which I'm not ever going to use. And ship them out again using USPS. I asked if these photos could be overnighted since I've waited for so long or if they could use UPS and was told that neither could happen. Even though I know that wasn't true because my other order which was a calendar was shipped via UPS and was delivered way in advance. The calendar order was also placed a day after the photo order and still made it to me in about 3 days. Basically again they were using the cheapest method possible. At this point I told her I just wanted a refund that I had waited long enough and I really did not need another set of photos. I just wanted the money back that I had paid for photos for family and friends that are now going to be even later because this representative told me the fastest method of shipping she could give me would now be January 14th. Again this was another lie. I am completely fed up with Snapfish at this point. I have never had any issues with them and now that I have, I understand why none of my friends and family use Snapfish. I will say the third Representative did try to help but she would only go so far and did the bare minimum.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. There is a serious language barrier. Rather than helping with my actual problem, they kept cancelling an order that didn't have a problem. I finally gave up, after spending money on three different wrong orders. $60 down the drain, and I still don't have the gift I was trying to order. Guess I'm going else where. A

I ordered graduation announcements on 6/15 and rec'd them on 6/22. They were awful! The front, back,and envelops were off-center. I immediately started a chat with a representative who said I would be hearing back from a supervisor (which I did not). I also sent an email, which I did not receive a response. I called Customer Service and was transferred to a supervisor. He told me he could resend them and I would have them in 1 week. I told him that was unacceptable and I wanted them over-nighted. He started shouting and told me I was rude. I told him they were not accommodating their error and I needed these invitations ASAP and I should get them for free. He told me they weren't a charity and 1 week was the best they could do and they weren't refunding me. I asked him his name, so I could report him to Corporate, and he hung up on me.

Don't use this company they are a rip off and very Un customer friendly.
I ordered two photo books based on an email I received and when I went to use the discount code after 3 hours creating them it said it was only good on certain sizes. I placed the order anyway because i needed to get it done. I called customer service to
ask if they could at least refund my shipping costs cuz that was part of the coupon offer they had and they refused to do that. They sed certain codes are for certain items. Your gonna tell me they couldn't issue a credit, that's BS. Take your business elsewhere there's so many choices out there that really care about their customers

PLEASE USE CHROME OR FIREFOX. Don't lose all your work like I did! I spent two days and 15 hours creating a photo book. I hit the SAVE button every 15 minutes. When I hit "Purchase book" a spinning circle came up and the screen froze. When I went back into my projects, my book was GONE. I called customer service and they told me they couldn't find it. I realized that I was never getting "saved successfully messages" and thought it had been a log in error. I spent the next day recreating it, another 8 hours, I made sure to see the message "saved successfully" , which I did see, 30 or more times. However after 8 hours I logged back in and not a single page of work had been saved!!! I lost 30 pages of completed work for the second time. I called customer service and all they could say was they had problems with Safari browser and Explorer. They recommended to use Firefox or Chrome. I wish I had been told that the first time! Or put a warning on your site. I wasted over 24 hours of my time creating work that was completely LOST!

if you have an issue there is NO way to get past L1 morons- they are rude- they lie-wont gave real name- wont give badge number. talked to 15 idiots all gave a differnt answer- and they are all indian- my account was locked by snapfish- of cours they had no explaination- then they said account was unlocked but it isnt- u call corporate number and you get automatic anserwing service that says "snapfish,leave a message" are you serious?

I never thought I would say anything negative about Snapfish as I have been a very satisfied customer for many years making 14 photo books. This is the first time I needed customer service. I ordered a gift to a friend Dec 16 and it never arrived. It is now Jan 8. I left an email at Snapfish (the one that promised a response in 24 hrs.) No reply. It's been 3 days. I left a message for a call back. No reply. Called the chat line. The person couldn't find the order even with the tracking # and order # was going to send it to someone I don't even know in the wrong state. After 45 minutes getting no where, I said good bye---so many typos and stock responses as others have described. I called again, spoke to a pleasant woman and asked for a free item to be sent to me and I would send it to my friend. She assured me not to worry. BUT then I never got an email confirmation that my "Order had been received" so I was unable to check on this. I called again the next day and got a pleasant person who assured me the item was reordered, but I would not get an email until it was shipped. Meanwhile, they are very quick to send a "rate our helpline". Now I will not rate them until the product is in my hands.
This is so disappointing. I LOVED Snapfish.

Never never use Snapfish took all anoon to do photo book wouldn't accept my address as it had my old one chatted!!!! with customer services hopeless no easy to chamgecaddress ended up losing all my work .

NEVER use SNAPfish ever again. 3 phone calls and I have to track down my undelivered graduation invitations (graduation is over) at UPS and have them sent back to Snapfish in order to receive my refund. Not only is it a waste of my time for their error, but I have to use my free time to resolve an issue that is not my fault. 2 orders from Vista Print got delivered without any problem just one week before and Snapfish was unable to deliver the product. Plus I never got to use the invitations for my sons party. Unacceptable behavior on their part with all the competition out there. Please don't put yourself through the pain of using Snapfish. So not worth any discount they may offer you. Horrible Horrible company.

Customer service is NONEXISTENT. Live Chat employs NON-ENGLISH SPEAKERS; they "respond" even to basic questions with generic, irrelevant scripts. I've spend HUNDREDS on this site in the last few years, before customer "service" reached its current abysmal state. Evidently Snapfish only wants customers who are non-English speakers.

I recently had a frustrating experience with Customer Service (see "Disappointed") with someone who had no idea what I was talking about (It was about receiving an order, not the quality of the product), but I persevered and finally got someone who sorted out the problem promptly and efficiently, and promised to report my issues. I quickly received my free replacement. It should not take so much effort, and I did receive an item that I had not ordered in the process (but wasn't charged for it). So don't give up when someone isn't helpful! My only experience has been making photo books---over 20 so far--- and l Iove the outstanding quality, frequent sales, and the ease and many options when designing them. There may be some bumps now that Snapfish & Shutterfly are one. I hope they sort out the Customer Service issues, because I have had 10 trouble free years with them, and look forward to many more. The ratings are difficult because one person was The Worst, but then I got someone great.

Ordered a photo book on Wednesday was finished by Thursday and is now ready to be picked up today (Friday). havnt picked it up yet but I am so excited, Amazing service so fast, the expected pick up date was 7/8/15.

I was very please with how quickly my package came in! The quality of the playing cards were better than i expected. However the case was noticeably cracked in multiple cases. I used the virtual snapfish agent to talk to a representative. They were extremely helpful and sent a new deck and case free of coast with two day shipping. My experience with snapfish has been great!

Ok so two days ago i ordered a large poster on snapfish. The resolution of the pic was low and i knew that but i didnt care. Anyway i got it for such a cheap price that i didnt care! it said processing was gonna take about two days and shipping would take two days so i was expecting it in about four days. It came in a day and a half!When i opened it iut of the large protective cylinder it came in i was so suprised by the quality and awesomeness of it!!! i really reccomend snapfish its a great photo place for such CHEAP prices and great results! also the customer service is awesome!

I used snapfish to order a poster, and i decided i would get id delivered to a store near me as i would be away and didnt want it sitting in my letterbox. When i came back i rang the shop and they said that my order hadnt arrived. It was expected to have arrived days before. I immediatly emailed snapfish who said it mustve got lost in the mail and that they would re send it for free. Next thing its in the shop in 2 days. The quality was awesome i love it!!! thanks snapfish

Wow. I must say I am totally impressed with the quality of the calendar that I created with Snapfish. The photos I used came out absolutely stunning and the person for whom the present was for absolutely loved it. Thank you Snapfish for a quality product and a very speedy delivery in time for Xmas. I needed a rush job done on a photo book. I absolutely needed it by the end of the week. Before placing the order I decided to try the online chat to see if customer service could help speed up the process because I had read on the Snapfish site that it takes 3 to 5 days to print the photo book and 1 to 2 more days to ship if I do overnight or 2 day shipping. I had read some of the negative reviews online and was worried that I wouldn't get my book in time. The customer support representative I chatted with was incredibly helpful. They told me to give them the order number once I placed my order online, and that they would send a message to the production facility that this photo book needed to be rushed. I decided to trust them, and I placed my order and gave them the order number. I was amazed when I received the photo book in the mail in less than 48 hours! I had placed the order Monday morning at midnight and the book was in my hands by Tuesday afternoon! Not only did they come through with helping me get the book well in advance of the absolute deadline I requested, but it was absolutely beautiful. The quality was impressive. Tho tools were easy to use. I had uploaded well over 200 photos to put in this book. And, using the automatic fill feature the book only took me a few hours to put together and order from start to finish.

I can't thank the customer support rep enough for their help. And, I highly recommend Snapfish to anyone who needs a photo book done quickly and of a high quality.

I'm surprised at how many negative reviews I've seen. My experience was luckily the exact opposite of what I was reading online. Perhaps they have greatly improved their business? All I know is I put my trust in them and they delivered on their promise.

I have never before searched for a place where I can give a company a positive review. Snapfish customer service were polite, patient, helpful and answered immediately on the phone. I had a problem with an order and they resent the photos with the problem corrected. YES!

I bought a few books from here. The first one came out really nice and I loved it. However, I made a copy of the one I had originally made (it was for my wedding) but the other ones had pages that seemed to be warped, like as if the pages were put together too quickly and the moisture from the heat warped them. I was pretty upset as these were for my mother and aunts. When I called up the rep immediately asked if I wanted a refund. I was pleasantly surprised. Then I said that what I really wanted was (not a refund) but new books that weren't warped, and she said they would have overnight shipping. Sure enough, they shipped the next day. I think they have good customer service as they went above and beyond what I expected.

When I called originally I just got passed on and on and on. Then I finally made a suggestion about what might be going on and then he walked me through my problem. He was very nice but kept interrupting me to basically say he needed to get his supervisor, which wasn't necessary because he ended up solving the problem himself.

In defense of Snapfish, I have had very good service from them. Had a problem once but it was resolved and received double prints for my trouble. I love the great prices, the sharing feature, and the gift ideas. I will continue to use them!

I submitted my order Jan. 13th-was told it was shipped Jan. 16th. It never came. Snapfish did resmitt my order which I recieved Feb. 3rd. Today I just recieved my first order again. I was happy to see it must have been lost in the mail. I just sumitted an order Feb 12th and hoping I don't have as much trouble. Thank you for your time.

I just received my Church 2010 8X11 Photo Book,and it is outstanding.My Pastor and his Wife will be so pleased! The quality is first class and I was able to purchase the photo book at a very reasonable cost thanks to your most generous coupon's.
In the past couple of years I have ordered Photo Books of special events and the people receiving their photo Book were just thrilled.
I had a few problems when I first began composing the books. With the friendly help of your staff I learned quickly and now am able to produce professional looking Photo Books. Thank You...Be Blessed!

I discovered snapfish about 9 months ago and starting using them as opposed to kodak and shutterfly because they offered better prices, but recently I had some problems with 68 prints that I ordered. (9/28/10}.I took the time to place borders on them, but after the order was finalized, I noticed that the prints were each going to have a white torn border which I did not check off. I couldn't find the number so I wrote customer support, but they said it was too late because they were shipped out the same day. So I found this site today with the phone number and called as instructed to press 5 right away when they answer. I couldn't have been more pleased as the gentleman that took care of me gave me credit for the 68 prints to use with no expiration date!!!!! And I didn't wait more than 5 minutes for someone to answer....GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE,SNAPFISH!!!! Sincerely, Adele Huryn

Snapfish made it right!!! I talked to customer service, and they did let me know what the problem with the book was. I fixed it and replaced the order. I have been told that the books (all 10 of them!) will be here in time for the party on Thursday!

I'll update again if there are any problems, but all seems perfect for now!!!

I was having some trouble with the snapfish website, I'm glad I found this site. The phone number worked and of course I was connected straight to India. No biggie, that's how everything seems to be nowadays. Though I would give my business to anyone who employed real live Americans if I that business exists.
Anyway, I received water damaged photos and they are replacing them for no charge with complimentary express shipping.
Snapfish has always been good to us.

I would have to agree it is very annoying to have to try to communicate with customer service agent who are obviously in India and have very thick accents... I ordered 6 mugs, one was broken, and three had inferior printing which was too light to even see.. you would think the person who created the mugs would notice you cant read the writing.. of course online when i created them, they looked beautiful.. anyway, it took me two weeks to get a refund but they did reorder the mugs for me and did not charge me shipping again.. customer service was really the main problem..

The rep was polite, albeit very difficult to understand due to the language barrier.
That said, he understood the problem, and fixed it relatively quickly , and to my satisfaction (they had overcharged my credit card). Now, the proof is in the proverbial pudding, so we'll see if the credit does indeed go back to my card in the amount he stated...

I was disappointed when a coupon code that I was attempting to use on snapfish.com wouldn't work. I called the customer service number and it was explained to me that there was something in the fine print that made the coupon code invalid on my order. However, to make it right, the service rep was able to credit my account for the difference. I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks!
