savers located in 7117 Regional St, Dublin, CA 94568.

Came here again today to donate and i decide to take a look inside the store, found a box of sega stuff, it contains 3-4 games and the console. It was locked in the cabinet and the price on the box was $119.

The moment i decided to buy it, the cashier behind the cabinet brought it back and said' double check the price' after 30 minutes waiting in the store, the manager came and told us they will charge everything individually. they are just in the back reprint the prices! its $120 for the console only!

Honestly I am pretty sure that $120 is for everything cuz Sega console is sold for $40 on eBAY!!(TESTED AND WORKED) I don't even know if this console in the store worked or no!!

how to expected people shop in your store if you marked up your price 300% than Ebay and also trying to scam them?

its also really common to see the savers price tag is more expensive than the retail price on the packing!! I can't believe this things happened to a store cooperate with other non-profit!!Do you guys cooperate with non-profit by scamming other people?

I will never shop there again or donate to savers!

Bring back the dressing rooms or give cash back for clothing returns. It's absolutely ridiculous that we can't try something on. Then if it doesn't fit, we can't get our cash back, just an exchange. Won't be going back until something changes.....

As in my previous complaint about humiliating disrespectful treatment by a employee 0n 7/18/22 @ fall river Massachusetts savers the employee is a store manager named Steve,,I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my 69 years of my life!I am insulted and infuriated!

I am an honorably discharged elderly disabled veteran, on Tuesday 7/18/22,a manager, male,I don't know his name, has more than once treated me extremely rudely ,even yelled at me when waiting for a cashier, more than once, and today went so far as to demand me to leave the store!!!!the fall river Massachusetts store atabout 10:30am,after a doctors appointment. If I knew his name I would HIGHLY SUGGEST THIS ASHIER MA AGER BE REPREMANDED AND PERHAPS RELIVIED OF HIS MANAGORIAL POSITION!HE IS NOT AN ASSET TO SAVERS!A STORE OF TWO I HAVE FOR DECADES SHOPPED WITH MY FAMILY ,,,THIS IS HUMILIATION AND DISGUSTING!!!!!

too many dogs allowed in store, some on long leaches and not attended too by owner. In Torrance store (CA), I have noticed more and more dogs lately. Don't think they should be allowed and they are NOT service dogs for sure.

Savers need to bring back the dressing rooms. Goodwill and pretty much every other store I have been to have their dressing rooms open and available for use. I can't buy pants, shorts, anything like that without trying it on first. I only buy tops there because I can usually tell if they will fit. Pants/jeans/shorts, are all made different depending on the brand and it is near impossible to know if it will fit right just from looking at it. If they want more sales and more popularity, they need to bring back the dressing rooms!

I can understand not giving cash back, but why can't a get a saver's gift card? They used to do this, but have stopped. With a gift card they still keep the money, but I don't have to buy something I don't want if I can't find something they day I return my item.

I'm on budget. I can't afford (either with dollars or time) to drive back & forth between home and savers to try stuff on and return it. The dressing rooms need to come back.

Also - without dressing rooms- cash back on items that don't fit would be GREATLY appreciated. If I can't find something that works for me - I need to keep my money. I don't want an exchange. Because then I have got to bring it home, try it on, then bring it back, and start the exchange thing all over!!!

No offense to savers- if something doesn't fit - then I need to get what I need somewhere else.

Dressing rooms would be IDEAL. But CASH back would be the second best option.

I went into savers Tunstall, on sun 27th March. The store was very quite, there were 2 young girls on the tills. They were chatting to each other. On approaching the till to pay for my items, neither girl acknowledged me or even spoke to me, apart from telling me how much my items cost. They carried on talking to each other. One girl was very loudly saying how she'd had no training to work in the store.
I was very disappointed with the customer service that I recieved.

No dressing rooms open and no returns. Definitely won't be shopping or donating at savers anymore.

Go to savers all the time, have probably spent at least a 1000.00 in the last year. Went there to night. was treated badly because I went out the wrong door. Left my merchandise in store that I was going to purchase. A young man came up to me after I re entered with said merchandise rudely asking if I was going to purchase said merchandise, which I replied yes and took merchandise. Went to coats. Picked one out which was soiled. Took up to night manager. Asked if I could get a discount because it was soiled. Was told that was taken into account when it was priced. Your management as far as I know , doesn't test merchandise for any kind of bacteria . People could be buying soiled clothing that's contaminated which cholera or anything else. this is the first time I've seen soiled clothing being sold on your store. You can believe i will be letting the public know what kind of service you are providing. Not to mention selling broken merchandise also.

Okay, I just need to tell my girlfriend not to try picking out some shirts for me. Real thrift stores allow swops for a number of weeks. But Savers is not a thrift store, its a 'for profit' company pretending to be a thrift store.

While shopping at Welwyn garden city savers I was appalled by the boy called cian at the tills. He kept trying to pressure me into buying a perfume after saying no several times. I exited the store and realised I forgot something, went back in and he again pushed for the sale. He even told me to go homeless just to afford the product which I think was extremely rude and inappropriate. I do not want to be harassed while shopping, especially once I have already said no several times. I understand they have to push sales but he was being out of order and I will not be shopping there again due to this

I have been a constant customer of your Woonsocket RI store since they first opened.im in there 4-6 days a week. I would estimate that I spend about $6,000 to $10,000. a year. I am a reseller and find many good items here. The staff has changed over the years and find most to be helpful and friendly. There are days when I know they are overwhelmed and not as friendly and that's ok.we all have those days.as I shopped this evening and found maybe 4 -5 small items, it was approaching closing time. I was in the furniture section when I spotted a reclining love seat that must've just arrived and did not have a price.i looked around for a staff member but there was noone around. I made my way to the front of the store and asked a sales clerk if I could have a price on this piece. She seemed disgusted and called the manager who was at that time in the office that is approximately 10 steps from the furniture.she said she was too busy and to come back tomorrow. Items sell quickly there and I had to work the next day unable to come back until the evening. It will never last until then. All she had to do is quote a price and put a sold sticker on it and I would've paid and be on my way;picking it up the next evening. This would've been common courtesy.i was very disappointed to say the lease. Mind you it was 8:03 when I posted this question but there were plenty of other shoppers still in the store. It was rude.

I will not be back to Savers! There were more workers there than customers. They torn down the dressing rooms which is a big problem when shopping for clothes. The prices have gone up considerably. Now there is only self serve checkout. I asked a question about using this and a worker snapped at me rudely. It seemed as though they were just as miserable working there as I was shopping there. No more. I won't be back.

My husband and I went to savers (one stop , perry Barr, Birmingham) and I wanted to buy All IN ONE (paracetamol) syrup. I asked one of the sellers and she said2 per person, we wanted to buy 4( we are sick and each dose is 20ml and it runs out very fast) but the cashier said no just 2 because you are together and we saw you came in together and both of you just one, and you can't buy 4. Just I want to know how she knew we are partner, may be we are friends or neighbors or.... We went out and my husband went back and said ok now I am one but for the second time she didn't sell it. I will never buy from that store again. How they treat the customer is not good at all.

if I was you I would never sell never take myself to savers cuz they told her yourself they don't treat yourself right they break stuff they stowaway IDs bank cards and everything else when it's supposed to be turning return back to the customers that bring their stuff in and I would be careful because I don't know how they react to that kind of stuff but 98% after your stuff is you getting thrown away in the in the compactor and they say is they say it's supposed to help the environment from the landfill and stuff that's wrong Larry David star in the compactor where does it go to the landfill so if anybody is reading this I would definitely think twice before you take stuff out now if I had a place where I can take self in I do an auction house and a swap meet but I was I wouldn't be like them because if I had employees are treat them fairly decent money not know 10 or $12 an hour I wouldn't pay the what they would want like $20 an hour

I feel that savers is a conniving idiots they don't know how to treat people there are disability and that have a learning disabled and I think they need to recognize and they need to work on that in the long run you can't fire somebody that has a disabled problem but I would not work am in for other people to get hired on through them at 43rd avenue and Bell they are the worst people of them all they treat their employees like they're crap.

I have went to savers dillingham that many times and i seen people so aggressive. I see ladies standing by the door the whole day and i wonder what they are waiting for when i realize they will wait for a good staff to comes out. I just see it as unfair because we some old people cant get some good bags and other staff because they have it all. They should be banned of standing by the door the whole time.
