Sami,am employee at Sams Store in Addison, Texas retrieved my purse from a cart that I had left outside and drove off. I returned about 30 minutes later to find he had found it and returned it to the store. The other part of this story, is this is the second time I have done this and he found it the first time as well and returned it. May I compliment you on having such a wonderful honest man with integrity and great service to Sams. Please recognize him in some way to know he is most appreciated. He is one reason I love Sams and return to shop many times. God was looking over me and I know He is looking over Sami as well. Thanks, Kaye Albright Member

i had a bad experience on 11/10/13 with a slow tire leak.i left after 2 hours not happy.the shop employee could not find the leak.went to a tire shop on 11/11/13.they found the leak.got a new tire put on.i went back to the niles store on 11/15/13.i asked if i could get another tire pro rated and have it put on the suv so that i would have two older tires and two newer tires. the store manager i think his name was bill said do it.the tire shop manager (chris) said that he was sorry that it was not handled better from the start.i was very happy the way it all turned out. excellent staff.thankyou!

I could not find a specific site to request
that an additional product be stocked.

You have detergents that are unscented/free but no fabric softeners. I would suggest Downy liquid free & sensitive.

Need to tell you, YOUR associate Kim Knight Bakery. Is and asset to your Bakery. I can't say enough good things about her.....Her knowledge of how to decorate cakes and bake goods is surpurvie.

Glad she offered suggestions to try and did a great job on the Wedding Shower and the picture cake was such a big hit....She is very confident about her work and was so willing to do what I asked of her.

To all elderly if you live in are near Pearland. Stop by that sam's an experience the most beautiful,most loving,most caring,and sweet service from their supervisor ms.jackie.this little lady will make u feel amazing and special.the rest of their people don't know you are there.her personality speak huge volume for that place.i sat in there cafe after the experience with her.and watched her do the same for about five different customers.who ever read this help me most companies don't recognize what they until its gone.this sam's needs to really reward this lady, in every way possible.I'm from a senior home.

Always being pleased with Sams Club's Members Mark products I tried the turkey burger. After using it I find it has a very unpleasant oder and taste. I compare it to eating a wet dog. Please bring back the Jennio turkey burger. It is much better tasting then the members mark product.

I want to compliment you on one of your employees. Carmen worked in Customer Service, went to Bakery and is now back in Customer Service. She is one of the nicest, professional, hard working and sincere Associate's we have ever had the great fortune to meet. It is because of her that we signed up for E-Values. It is also because of her sincerity and expertise that we signed up for a Sam's Discover card. We use it almost exclusively whenever we make charges anywhere and each month we write a huge check to Sam's. We just thought you might like to know what a fantastic person and Associate she is. After reading these comments I think I live in a great place.
Appleton, Wisconsin Sam's Club must be special!

After cashing a check for over 100.00 my husband placed the cash in his coat pocket. He stopped at Sam's to pick up some items for me. He paid with his Sam's card and did not miss the cash until a call from 1st State Bank in New London Wi came the next day. Did you lose some cash. A check of the coat pocket said yes! A Sam's club employee found the cash in the bank envelope in a cart on the premises.He turned it in, they in turn contacted the New London 1st Bank, its phone and address on the sleeve. A teller there checked bank records to see who might have cashed a check for the amount that day. Yes! my husbands name came up thus the call.He picked up his cash later in the day. Asked to give the finder some reward, no they didn't have his name and company policy dictates he could not receive a reward for the good deed. A thank you was all they would receive. Wouldn't that knock your socks off in this day and age? Sam's Club here serves us well. After all the CEO once worked for Kimberly Clark a well known Co in these parts. Proud to be from the Mid-West. I went to SAMS in Great Falls March 22.I wanted to have an eye exam as my glasses had broken and couldn't be repaired. I was told the soonest I could get in was April. The lady serving me apologized and said she would do what she could to help me till I could get new ones. She fastened an arm( not matching but workable) to my glasses and said they would be fine till I could get new ones. I had been to two opticians before this and no one offered such help. THANKS SO MUCH! Great service!

Tried to order a cake today at Waukesha and West Allis WI Sam's clubs. I needed the cake by 1pm Tueday. I was told I couldn't have it before 2:30 on Tuesday because it required 24 hours notice. Really I'm giving you 23 hours! I needed a sheet cake for a 92 year old neighbor who probably won't see 93. She is currently in a rehab facility.
Yes it's last minute but we just found out it was her birthday and she doesn't have a lot of family. Her son was killed in Vietnam as a Medic serving others. It's the least we could do is honor her. Both stores didn't even give me a chance to explain the situation. I got we are busy and need 24 hours. I plan to tell every person how Sam's can't give a 60 minutes allowance to someone who gave her son. Never will walk into a Sam's club again. Both store gave terrible service. Called Metro Market in Brookfield and they will make it extra beautiful for her and I can have it before noon. Fabulous! Metro market service. She had compassion.

On 02/23/13 12:10 I was paying my bill to customer service the balance was $48.10,I handle the manager Dan Orlando $60,in 3 peices $20 + 10 cent she paid me back $2 instead of $12, I asked her to pay me the rest but she refused saying I gave her $50 only. Is there a way you can solve such problem? I know it is not a big deal, but what is queer! I pronounce the number saying 60 while she hear $50

Iam writing to comment on excelent service and product sam has to offer i find low prices in bulks which are excelent when you have a big family i have recomended to my friends and family that this store is great,i have told them they have alot of products at great prices not just in food in all department. thank you

I was a Costco member for over 20 yrs and have just recently joined the Sam's Club in Auburn, WA. I would like to commend the entire staff of the facility, they always are extremely helpful and go out of their way to be friendly, polite and accomodating. There is a cashier, Beth, that gives 125% of herself to make your experience there a pleasant one.

I shop at Pueblo Sams Club. There is a young man named Armando (#1579) who works there and is always polite, friendly and helpful. So often young people seem put out if you ask them anything. Armando is always glad to help whether working the floor or a register. You should have him train employees. If I had a business I'd try to steal him from your employ!

My wife and I bought a Keurig Coffee Pot
and everytime we go to Sams in Greenville,
SC, they NEVER have Decaf coffee. There is
a display on a pallet in the middle of the
floor. Even though I talked to managers,
and stockers, the decaf is never there.
I have made a complaint five times and it
has done no good. Either it is not being
ordered or not stocked. My wife and I
prefer the Green Mountain Light Roast
Decaf or the Doughnut House Decaf. Neither
is stocked. If I can't get it at Sams,
maybe we need to shop where we can get it.

I became very ill at the Sam's Club in Slidell, La and Pam, a pharmacy associate, could not have been more helpful. She went out of her way to assist me. She has always been pleasant in her interactions with me and my husband but this was really above and beyond anything we could have expected.What an asset to your organization!

I LOVE SHOPPING AT SAM'S AND THIS IS THE COMPLAINT I HAVE. FIRST YOU CANNOT SHOP TILL AFTER 10.00 IN THE MORNINGS BECAUSE THIS IS FOR THE RESTUARANTS OWNERS AND IF I GO LATER THE CASHIER LINES ARE SO LONG AND GUESS WHAT THE RESTUARANT OWNERS ARE THERE WITH 2 AND 3 CARTS, WELL IF YOU HAVE ONLY A FEW ITEMS YOU STAND IN LINE BECAUSE OF THE RESTUARANT OWNERS. TODAY I WENT THROUGH THES SELF SERVICE SCAN WHICH WAS GOOD IT WAS SO CROWDED WITH ALL THE CARTS EVERYWHERE AND IN LINE. WHY CAN'T SAM'S HAVE CERTAIN CHECK OUT LINES FOR JUST RESTUARANT SHOPPERS LIKE 3 OR 4 THEN THE OTHER SHOPPERS CAN GET THROUGH WITHOUT STANDING ALL DAY FOR THE RESTUARANT FOLKS TO CHECK OUT. PLEASE DO SOMETHING OR I WILL STOP SHOPPING AT SAM'S ENTIRELY EXCEPT TO BUY GAS.

My name is Bernard E. Beiner, and I have shopping at Sam's Club for quite a few years. I wish to compliment the people in the San Fernando, Ca. pharmacy store for all the help they have given me since I've started using your pharmacy facilities. Germain Aznavour, Elisha, and Kim have in a sense bent over backwards to assist me. Kudos to them, as well as the rest of the staff at that facility. I have recommended their pharmacy to a few of my friends for the service, as well as the prices.

Shopped at Sams on the 4th of august and had a checkout clerk by the name of Ryan at the langhorne Pa store return 2 twenty dollar bills to me that were stuck together like most new bills coming out of the ATM,s do. couldn't find the manager so pleae give this kid a pat on the back for being very very honest with me. Iwas in the N 27 St store in Lincoln NE a little while ago and a man named Chris in the computer section was extremely helpful and did not talk down to me when I asked him multiple questions regarding an Asus computer that was on sale. I have never received that kind of information on a purchase before at other stores. I appreciate the time he took to explain the ins and out. Thanks!

I also encountered a woman named Penny in the photo department that was friendly and helpful. Kudos to both Chris and Penny.

I never have any problems with Sam Club.
The only thing I wish they would do is carry whole bean decaf coffee in 2lbs bags.
Other wise no real complaint.
