Safeway Positive Customer Service Ratings - page 3

I tried to do your on line survey but it wouldnt let me proceed. I shopped at your Safeway store in Washington DC at (2737) Washington -490 L Street NW I had the best customer service from two of the staff members there. Being from Australia I must have looked lost and a lovely man helped me find what i needed, he told me each aisle number so i was easily able to find everything I forgot a couple of things and he took me to the item I needed. He was so nice, !spoke really clearly and made my shopping a wonderful experience. His name was Ernest Redd. Had i been able to do your survey he would have got a 10 out of 10. The other staff member was the lovely lady at the self service checkouts. She was quick to help us when we experienced some problems, had a lovely smile and never got annoyed with us. Again had I been able I would have given her a score of 10 out of 10. I hope you can complete the survey for me and reward them.

I shop at the Edmonds, Washington Safeway. I have shopped there for thirteen years and know most of the personable, friendly staff.
I am very appreciative of the Organic produce, Horizon milk with no rBST, Grass Fed Meats, Certified Humane eggs, Open Nature products and the Organics line. I wish they offered a few more Non-GMO products but glad they offer some. The only complaint I have is with all the products containing High Fructose Corn Syrup. In hamburger buns, really. Thank you, Safeway for listening and offering some healthy food choices

We ordered a turkey dinner from the 1-888-358-7328 number, our confirmation number was 212155. When we got to the store at 699 Lewelling blvd in san leandro they told us that they didn't have our dinner because of some mix-up. I went to the customer service desk in the store to complain but I was surprised by how kind and helpful they were! I didnt get the first young ladies name, I was there at 10 am 12-24, she was very polite and professional. She passed me on to the manager, her name was Mia. Mia set about calling every store in the area, while helping other customers at the customer service desk. She was in the process of having a employee put a dinner together for us from the store aisles and deli. In the interim there was a cancellation on another order so we were able to get our dinner. Mia and the other employee were nothing but polite and professional, even when I was a little rude at first. Thank you guys for doing your job well, I appreciate the kindness!

I spoke with a very helpful and polite customer service representative by the name of Sheena. She was able to answer all my questions and take care of my problem. All customer service representatives should be so gracious.

I was able to talk to live customer agent in less than 2 mins...they resolved my issue quickly. happy with the service.
