PayPal's customer service is terrible. It is virtually impossible to speak to a human via phone ... instead one is forced to navigate message centers online that offer no communication nor solutions. I have been trying to resolve a dispute regarding a fraudulent vendor and after 2 months, I have not received items ordered nor received a resolution regarding my case nor a refund. This is completely unacceptable. I am so frustrated & disappointed. I have been a loyal PayPal customer for years and deserve much better treatment from PayPal's customer service.

Worst customer service in the business. I mistakenly ordered clothing from an illegitimate Chinese site thinking it was a legitimate US clothing company.
When I brought this to PayPal's attention providing them with all documentation they needed-they told me they couldn't help me since I purchased with PayPal credit which is Synchrony bank. Then when I filed dispute with Synchrony they said I'd need to deal with PayPal and it's been a complete run around ever since. This was a blatant scam from a Chinese hacking site that stole $120 from me and after years of loyalty purchasing items though PayPal. They wouldn't lift a finger for me. Probably have the time I called in and they "escalated" my call to higher authority my call was disconnected only for me to have to start over. Their customer service is atrocious and they should be ashamed of themselves. Also, your call will get routed to India unless you request to speak with someone from US. I will not stop until this is resolved.

Terrible customer service by reps who either lie or do not care , no value ever of talking to anyone over the phone
Simple issues take forever to sort and the level of in aptitude is horrible

I was asking for a credit from a mailorder return. They credited me and then revoked the credit and say that I didn't submit documents. I uploaded everything into the resolution center. It went blank. I tried to send links. The center won't accept links. I called, took HOURS to find and get ahold of a human. They gave me an email address to send the links and docs that wouldn't be uploaded on the res. ctr. The email address BOUNCED. I have since been hounded to pay for a return that is received. I use paypal to protect me from unfriendly or possibly shady companies...and paypal turns out to be WORSE than who I am trying to be protected from. Unable to upload, unable to get a human, unable to send doc elsewhere. UNBELEIVABLY frustrating and HORRIBLE customer service.

I had order so Apple iPhone Case with the belt clip with my cash app card your let some of my order go through with my new address and when I use my cash app card to order some more Apple iPhone case with the belt chip your decline my cash app card again gets was 4 more items in my chart on eBay that I was ordering with my cash app card with my same address.

I am Amazed how poorly this company is run. The technology is outdated and customer service reps are untrained and lack knowledge. As a former investment banker, I think this company is over valued. The stock price is too high. This company needs to improve or have a sophisticated competitor come in and compete. The company is so poorly run and customer satisfaction very low. Only a matter of time. The board of directors needs a new management team, or be prepared for a better company and executive team to challenge PayPal in the future. This company is a mess. Your customer service and technology are a mess. So many customers unhappy. As soon as you have a valid competitor your glory days are over. Please financial institutions with customer service, knowledge, and the ability to serve the market, buy/compete/takeover this poorly run company and help the shareholders. New executive team needed and a focus on customer service. Right now this company needs to focus on shareholder value and customer service. So poorly run!!!

Terrible customer service. No reps avail to actually talk to. Tried to report acct breach and cc theft. No one to call, auto system that is now no longer avail hung up on me 2x. Had to comm via email, never had same rep answer.so had to explain more than dozen times the situation. Weeks later was told sale was authorized. I did not buy or authorize the purchase. Nor did I receive product or service. Not really sure what was putchased... Vans??

PayPal is terrible. I Cannot reach any one on their helpline. I cannot find where to ask my question on their webpage. A product showed up at my house and a charge on my credit card for merchandise I didn't order. The merchant only responds in Chinese telling me that I did make the order. I have tried to reach PayPal to find out who the merchant is.PayPal's answering machine is a virtual loop with no resolution.

This is day 3 of trying to get my money released that a friend sent to me. We have bern using PayPal fir iver a year. About a month ago I closed my PayPal accout. I reopened it. My friend sent me money doing business as DRIVING THE DISTANCE, for me to drive to Ohio. They could not immediately release the money, so my friend sent me more money as a friend. The money available IMMEDIATELY, but I can't get it. They refuse to talk to you on the phone and everytime someone differnt answers you message. They asked me to send them a copy of my driver's license. Done. This is day 3, I have a client stuck in Ohio which I've got a down payment I cant get. I just want my money and have nothing else to do with PayPal.

I can't get a hold of anyone I've been a customer for years someone needs to take care of this FRAUD!!

I Canceled they are a Scam!!! And selling fake dolls the seller told me to send the item back they would refund my money we have had numerous emails back-and-forth conversations I want my money back I sent the package back. And now of course they're not responding to my emails, this has been going on since April 19 when I ordered the fake doll. They are is listed on Scam on Google.

I ordered an item and did not receive what I paid for. I filed a claim and PayPal erroneously closed my claim stating I did not provide the requested information in which I did the same day. Now due to COVID-19 I cannot speak to anyone to find out why my case was closed and the error was on them. So I am out of the money I paid for the item, plus the amount it cost me to send the item back. Now I just keep getting the virtual assistance telling me my case was closed. If they are dealing with people's money someone should be available in situations such as mine, especially when they prematurely closed my case.

Recently I received legal letter from PayPal stating contact attorney or pay 100. Within 5 days. I contacted PayPal on Sunday. Representative said I owed $140. Within 3 days I called for minimum payment again. Automated phone line said I owed $189.00. I have one thing to say about these loan sharks, if u participate be prepared to empty piggy bank, sign over your first born, offer a blood donation cause they will want all of it!

My last transaction with ROASO is incorrect. shipping is free according to their site, but I noticed after ordering $10 shipping fee was added. this fee was not added to the last item before this one. Please cancel this order if they insist on charging this fee...I can be reached Total should be $25.12 and not $35.12

I tried to change my primary email address. After talking to a guy for over an hour, I finally gave up and asked him just to close my account. He told me my account had been hacked and infected and couldn't be closed unless I paid $299.99 to have it fixed. He gave me another number to call to close the account. The girl told me the same thing that I would have to pay to close it. I told her I didn't have time to fool with it. She was very rude and told me I didn't care about my account and I might as well hang up and I had just made up not having time. I am furious!

I have been trying for two days to Find a customer service number or even something on line to contact both PayPal and or Apple in order to check on some charges being put on my credit card which is up to $90.00 There is NOTHING listed on either. I go to your billing your credit card contact sites and you get nothing helpful just more information on the company. I need to get intouch with someone ASAP

My name is Allen Clark. On April 27th I ordered karaoke disc from a company called "Sing Elvis". The only correspondence I've seen is when they billed my credit card through you. They left me a phone number, but have not been successful getting them to answer. I also sent an email and still no response from them. I'm at the point of canceling my order if I don't get some answers in the next day or two. Thank you,

I purchased a hotel thru Travelosity and paid with paypal. Reserved and Cancelled the same day. Travelosity refunded immediately and paypal put a hold on the money and I called customer service and the hold will be on the account for 6 more days.. Why.. Travelosity refunded SAME DAY.. You are just gonna use my money for 6 days. That is just wrong..

Hello, On March 27, I ordered a pair of croc wedges. They were 19.99 + tax. On April 6, I ordered another pair and was charged 54.99 but used a coupon for I think 10.00 off and the total was 41.57. I received an email and said I was selected for a fixed price. Ref # 161675081. I am hoping for the special price of 19.99 again. It their a reason why your prices change from one day to the next. Thank you I tried to get a ph # but could not find one, not sure this is the right way to contact you but couldnt find another way
