I ordered online a pizza with Dodgers5 which gave me 50% off the order. I ordered a extra large works. I received a cheese pizza with very little veggies and meat in the middle. Definitely disappointed in the Chino Hills, Ca franchise! Let's see if they keep their word on the credit for next time. That credit might be there for a while.

Our first time ordering Papa John's Pizza, thought we'd give it a try. We placed the order on line almost and hour and a half ago and its still not here. I called she said they are running 90 minutes+ tonight. I've ordered many pizzas in my time and this is the longest I have ever waited for any delivery and you are less than 10 minutes from my house , kinda crazy -hope it's worth the wait !

Ordered on line a pizza from your store #4188 for a 6:00 pm delivery yesterday (3/13/16). At 6:30, still no pizza. Called and got some excuse that the pizza was done and ready to be delivered. At 7:00, still no pizza. Called at 7:10 and spoke to manager. She said my pizza was ready at 3:05 until they realized I wanted the pizza at 6. She argued that it was all my fault, but was going to get a cold pizza and a hot one for free. Pizza arrived at 7:45, only one hot pizza. This is not the way to run a business. Give me one good reason why I should ever do business with them again. I have had many trying times with this shop. It is not be managed very well. Please tell me what we can do about this mess.

IT is so unfortunate that people can ruin a company image. I have had 2 very different but horrible experiences with this company. The first time I ordered PJ's in Florida I was informed that I live in a bad neighborhood ( I live on 8th street near the AAA.. and have never had a violent/dangerous experience). That was after I ordered and was waiting near 30 minutes only to get a phone call instead. That sucked alot.
Today 2/26/16 the PJ website is down. Like totally down. So I called the 8849 Biscayne Store in Miami Florida. I will tell every person I see not to ever ever conduct business with this location. I called in to place an order and was concerned if I could still get credit for the PJ loyalty program even though the website doesn't work. The level of unprofessionalism, and downright nasty attitude I got from Robert was disgusting. The final straw was when Robert hung up on me after saying words I would have fired him on the spot for. Such a disgrace and even more so since the whole company online resources are down. So as of right now at 19:07pm 2/26/16 I can't even call PJ corporate number or even tell the company directly. What horrible business practices and the best reasons to never waste another dollar on this really poorly executed company.

I am unhappy with recent try for online purchase. Friday night is my family's pizza night. I have always used Papa Johns. I am now going to stop. I am very upset about trouble I had trying to order online, the web-site told me to call in. I decided to use another pizza company.

This was the first and LAST experience I had with the Papa Johns in Arvada Colorado on 64th Ave. Friday night, after much debate, my kids picked out Papa Johns pizza for dinner. I called the nearest store and placed my order, making sure I told the young girl whom answered the phone, my order was for pick up. I thought the process went very smoothly. I arrived 30 minutes later to pick up my pizzas, payed for them, and to my suprise the girl informed me that they had sent my pizza to my house. I was literally so suprised I just shook my head and asked, "why?" No answer was given. I had to skip my trip to the store for milk and rush home hoping I didn't miss the delivery. (My kids and I were at a school function before and were going to stop by to pick up the pizzas and grab milk) We waited for 30 more minutes at home before calling the store to inquire about our pizzas. The girl answered the phone and I stated my name and and asked where are the pizzas? She put me on hold, after 8 minutes on hold, my kids were crying and hungry. I finally made my kids grilled cheese and fries. One hour later I hear a knock on the door. I open the door and low and behold...yes, it was the pizzas! (I lost track of the time because I was going to cancel our order) The delivery boy got a ear full from me explaining what all my issues were with his company and sent him on his way without a tip. The Pizzas were cold and soggy. The dog wouldn't even eat a piece! They were tosses in the garbage! Apparently when the kids went to school on Monday, they told all the teachers and other kids about the negative experience and told all of them NOT to EVER go to Papa Johns! I had a dozen moms ask me about what had happened, neadless to say they and there families wont be visiting any of your restraunts. This Friday night my kids told me, "mom, we want pizza for dinner but, NO PAPA JOHNS!" We ordered 10 pizzas for there slumber party from Domino's and the kids are happy and full. Im glad I didn't order pizzas for the party from Papa Johns or their would have been 11 little girls very upset! No thank you Papa Johns...I got excuses and no apologies.

The new Bryant AR. Location did not honor a Retail me not coupon offer. When the order was called in the employee did not ask if we had a coupon.When the order was picked up, the employees would not honor it. They said they couldn't change the order once it was entered into the computer!!!. My son picked up the order and paid for it in full. I would have walked out and left two exlarge pies along with the other items. I just bet they knew how to void the order then or they would surely have short payment drawer at the end of the day. Absolutely the worst customer service especially for a new restaurant in the area. Word of mouth advertising is either the best or the worst. In the case the worst.I personally called the store and was told they can't do anything. It is not so much about the savings that was missed out on, it is the principal of the issue. I hate to say but this word of mouth advertising isn't going to be very good, my son that picked up the pizza works for the city of Bryant, AR.therefore he didnt want to make a scene at the store.

Hi I am filing many complaints for your E Magnolia Papa John's store in Fort Collins, CO 80524. I was insulted, harassed, ignored, personal property hidden, and mis handled by management. There were multiple cases of co workers and a manager making food without washing there hands first. Speaking to me inappropriately, insultingly me directly and in directly. Insulting others. Manipulating one of my shifts. The main reason. I quit and left the company because of this and more. I have not received payment for my work done. 3 days, 3 shifts for 9.5hrs worked. NO check Via mail which is what I was told by my Manager Chanda would be sent. Has not in fact been sent. But is being held. It's been over a months time since hired/quit. and still have not received payment that is legally owed in FULL should be mailed to me asap. Which they have my information, just refuse to do so.

Hi.I went to papa johns in new britain ct, arch st to pick up my order and wow I was very surprised wat I saw.. there's a manager by the name Pricilla she was very disrespectful to one of her drivers. .. she told him to help her make pizza ..and the guy reply! I don't know how to make pizza when you hire me it was only to deliver the orders you never said anything about making pizza I'm sorry. And she told him in a very badly way then if you don't now then you can go home. .I think that was very rude of her they need to train manager better. .

This is the first time we comment here. Before, we have called the store directly. We have talked with shift managers as well as the GM. The issue we have is that your drivers speed through our apartment community and/or park blocking other vehicles. As stated, we have talked to and asked that the drivers be reminded of posted speed limits and to please find a parking. Another issue, such as tonight, a driver decided to exit through the entrance. Placing him/herself in danger of a head on collision as well as other neighbors as well and us if anyone was to be entering at the same moment your driver decides to exit. I'm sure he/she could see the 4 foot white arrow pointing the the direction of the exit as well as the signs that state "entrance" and "exit".

This happened about 1830 hours at the address of 6200 block of Beaverton Hillsdale hwy in Portland Oregon.

Is there someone that can do something? It's very apparent to us that your driver do not listen to the managers or GM. We find this unacceptable.

I am very offended your time says yoy close at 11 but yet u won't deliver to my neighborhood after a certain time. I lived here for four years and not once had a problem in area. I am very offended and upset

really disappointed with online functions.....special for one large Works get one for 50 cents would not accept the deal...mu total came up $35.98 should have been $22.98 you cahrged $13.50 for pizza deal which should have been 50 cents. Programmer needs to rtake a look. I called to see what could be done,was convinced to order by phone, noot realizing I would lose my REWARD poimts and wwe were due our free pizza wih 4 points more???? Papa got us again!???
Not intentionally, but still huyrt. Your staff was most courteous and very helpfu im spite of ,my obvious irritability.

Alos, online where has the Pearmesan cheese gone??? Could find oonly crushed red pepperand your special seasoning that we prefer not to ever eat again....surely you haven;t discontinued mozzarellaseasonoing????

I left a complaint about customer service at the local Seneca, SC location. I was sent a reply from corporate offices that the management from the Seneca store would send me an email. It never happened so I sent a second email. Still no response from the Seneca management so I sent a third email telling you guys that I was done and would not bother you anymore. Now the manager from the Seneca location is calling my sister's phone asking me to call him. I don't want to call him. I don't have a phone. I didn't want to call and hope that I got to speak to the manager. Please contact him and ask him to stop calling my sister. If I had wanted him to call, I would have left a phone number! If he is too lazy to reply with email then I'm not interested in his calls.

As I said before, I will not give you bad reviews with my friends and family as I like your pizza. I'm not happy with the snotty girl that was rude to me. I made my mind up that I will not return to that location for fear of reprisal.

Please ask him to stop calling my sister.

I'm a local business here in Dayton, Ohio 5470 N.Main St. 45415. I called in a order for delivery and the employee didn't know what he was doing was taking order at Papa John's at 4711 N.Main St. My order was a pizza and wings which amounted to $20.10. The employee told me it would take an hour which was unacceptable since I am 2 mins away. He registered the order on my card before I told him 1 hour was to long to wait and to cancel it. The problem is I only had enough money on that card for purchase and I couldn't use it according to the manager for 24 hour; meanwhile I have no food and no money because the manager said she would have to have payment again for me to get anything. This is crazy.

On December 5th 2015 I ordered Pizza, was asked "cash or card" I've NEVER given my debit card over the phone, never..this time I did. The order was placed at 5:15 & at 7:00 the same evening my numbers were used as "credit" at a Home Depot across town. Not once, but twice within 2 minutes two separate transactions for $87.90 each were made. Thank goodness my bank knew I NEVER run my card as credit, we both knew it had to have come from someone at this PapaJohns. I went to the store to speak to the manager where she informed me PapaJohns could not be held responsible for it. The bank had already told me that PapaJohns did not enter my numbers into their system until 5:30 which left my card numbers in the hands of whoever answered the phone for 15 minutes, long enough for her to find someone with the courage to do this. My bank did further investigating & through Home Depots system they found out that it wasn't the physical card that was used, the numbers were input by hand there. I believe there was more than one dirty employee, it generated from PapaJohns & obviously someone at the Home Depot was in on it. I will never call PapaJohns again. Domino's it is.

On 12/31 at 7:47Pm I was given three different order phone numbers finally got the right local however he was extremely rude and I tried to calm him down to no avail. I will never eat nor order nor recommend Papa john's to anyone ever.

Hello, I called the Papa Johns on Brodie Lane in Austin, TX and had the worst customer service. We called at 11:40 to see if we could get delivery or take out and the woman said that carry out was closed and that the store all together was closed though we were aware that Papa Johns closes at 12. We called another Papa Johns and they were happy to help us. I work at a restaurant and if someone comes in 10 minutes before we close we have to serve them no matter what, and that's how it's supposed to be. I love Papa Johns but was really disappointed with the customer service we received.

I had a problem in November with Goshen In Pappa Johns that I have done much business with. I've been told repeatedly it would be taken care of - nothing. I had asked for a refund of $27 be returned to me with no satisfaction. Ask these employed or call me . No one will help. Onto Yelp, Facebook, Instagram at this point if no answer soon. Ridiculous you don't care.

I ordered a special online on 12/16/15 it had expected delivery time 11:25 I received my order @12:08. I was starting on the second slice of pizza and I noticed a long string of hair in my food. I called the manager she apologize and said she will send me another one but it would take 2 hours. Well they brought the pizza and it was super cold and the toppings was hard.. I was very disappointed this was horrible garbage all together

Im at papa johns at 1943 jesse jewell parkway in gainesville, ga, and your manager jad her hands everywhere, on her face and keys. She didnot wash her hands.

Papa Johns in Junction City, KS is not any better. I watched them all make pizzas with no gloves, no aprons, and the drivers would come straight in from there cars and start messing with food without washing hands. That was the first time. I was hoping it was a fluke. The second time we went in there were four people huddled around the manager who was cutting a pizza and told my husband it would be a couple of minutes. The phone rang, a young man picked up the receiver and placed them on hold without saying anything and set the phone back down. The manager asked for help from the employee and he responded with No. The desert was burnt. No gloves worn. Really? Get controls of your stores! I think we will be going to dominoes guys thanks!

Germantown,Ohio Papa John's pizza maker does not wash hands after handing the following. Money, boxes,phones,labels, paper& cardboard dropped on floor, his sweaty dirty face, dirty apron, dirty hat, greasy hair. My rating to this store and clerk is a zero. I ask three other patrons if they notice the same items and they all said yes. Under these conditions, how am I suppose to feed this pizza to my children.

I called in to place an order I ask how much the brownie dessert was so I could add it with my order he said I don't know I could hear people in background arguing he finally ask another worker how much the brownie dessert was and she said are they going to order or not and I heard her because she was yelling and I said to the guy on the phone can you tell me how much it is or not he said auh finally I said sounds like your to busy to take my order he said your right we are too busy wright now. Un real you can bet I will not order from papa johns again and I suggest to everybody I know not to order from them either. that was the store in Greenfield Indiana 1001 north state street phone it happened on Monday November 23 at 7:25 pm
