I prepaid for six puppy training classes at the 839 New York Ave
Huntington NY location. I was only able to attend three classes. I was notified the trainer quit and I was going to be contacted by there other trainer to finish out the course. I never heard even after going to the store in person twice. Only to find out second trainer quit, Pecto refuses to give me a refund. I'm just getting the run around by the store and there customer service through Corporate. The manager couldn't even have the decency to call me back. Real great customer service on behalf of Petco. I don't recommend there services to anyone.
