Have a LG washtower that stopped washing, after 2 service calls and numerous phone calls telling me it was my issue it got repaired after 6 weeks of being down
They finally said it was there problem

LG WASHING MACHINE

I got my Samsung Washing replaced by LG Model F4V709STSE FROM AOL.In 2 years I've had so much problem with this machine it is unbelievable and now machine has not been working for over a month and LG Customer Service is terrible and none existence. I've emailed and phoned countless times. Never ever buying LG products again and would advice you not to even consider LG products. SAVE YOURSELF FROM TORMENT AND HEADACHES.

I have been waiting 43 days for an answer to my complaint. LG will not send a repairman and talked about a buyback but will not contact me. I just keep setting Asian and Philippine people who tell me they will send them an email. So far the experience is horrific

I had the worst warranty Service issue related to LG home appliance , when you are buying price might be cheaper than other brands, but my personal opinion never ever buy LG products. even though i escalated the issue, there is not much response.

$450 microwave shorts out the circuit breaker after 10 months of use. . LG won't do anything without the original receipt from Lowe's. Lowes can't provide a copy.

Dishwasher Leaking And Not Working. It Is Only 2 Years Old. Lg Refuses To Send A Tech To Fix The Problem. Lg Products Are Not Reliable Nor Will They Fix The Problem.

LG induction range stopped working after 2 months. LG promises warranty service in 3 days but service company cannot come for 2 weeks.

Have a comb washer/dryer 3 years with extended warranty. LG refuses to repair the appliance. Offered me $49 to settle the issue. Told me to go find my own repair company. Sorry customer service.

Bought a new dryer that won't run with the door closed as the dryer doesn't sense the door is closed because the white stick that pushes in when the door is closed has to be pushed in more than flush. I can get the dryer to work by keeping the door open and pushing the stick with an object. This should be simple. I can tell them what is wrong, but I can't seem to get help. I put in a request for a service call on the website, which was closed out because they say I didn't reply to a text that I did reply to, and this was after waiting 3 days for a reply. Then I went through the annoying automated system to finally get to a human to be told she couldn't help me because I put in the wrong serial number and would have to call back with that, I called back to have a different person not even ask for that serial number but who tells me he put in the order and I should be hearing from an authorized repair agent within 72 hours to schedule the repair. I am not optimistic that will happen or that I will have clean clothes any time soon.

Worst experience with LG and their warranty. The reps are kind, but the issues are endless. I get the run around every time I call. Expensive fridge and useless after 2yrs. 3 months and still all I hear are lies. Zero integrity. Will never buy LG products again.

Bought new washer 4 days ago. Has not operated correctly at all. Numerous error codes, cycles stop prior to completion. Numerous calls to "customer service yields no help. Just repeating same info to different" agents". TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Now waiting for "service" to "find" local repair shop. UNBELIEVABLY BAD EXPERIENCE. WILL NEVER BUY LG PRODUCT AGAIN.

I have had a lg blue ray player for a while. It stopped playing blue rays but plays dvds just fine. The customer service agent I talked to kept putting me on hold and didn't understand much English at all. I told him 3 times I'm currently watching a dvd. After being put on hold 3 times he wanted me to change the hdmi cord since my player wasn't working. I told him a 4th time I'm watching a dvd right now! He said I'm sorry your player isn't working at all let's change the hdmi cord to see if you can watch dvds! What the hell?? I'm buying a different brand.

Ordered a washer. When it was delivered, they told me it was not possible to get my dryer out of my laundry room in order to put the new washer in. As though my house had been built around the dryer and it had never come in or out of that doorway. The delivery men were rude, the woman who called me to tell me that my dryer would not come out was rude. Especially when I pointed out that this made no logical sense since it had gone in in the first place. They then asked if I wanted them to leave the washer in the middle of my kitchen. I said no, I'll just order from Best Buy as they had successfully installed both a washer and a dryer over the past several years despite the "fact" that the dryer was supposedly permanently stuck in the laundry room as I apparently bought it from IKEA and assembled it inside the laundry room myself. The next day I got an email confirming the successful delivery of my washer. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with them explaining repeatedly that I was not in possession of any new washer.

Three weeks later I still did not have my refund. I had called multiple times at this point- each person told me there was no documentation of previous phone calls. About a week after that, my refund was issued but they charged me a $55 restocking fee for returning the washer. So let me get this straight. Your delivery people were rude and also unable to take correct measurements. You told me you could not install the washer because removing my dryer was an impossibility. So I had no choice but to return the washer. And now you're charging me for it? I'm honestly astounded at the horrible customer service through this entire experience. I am frustrated and if I can prevent anyone from going through LG, I will do my best.

Best Buy delivered my new washer/dryer set today. They had no difficulty removing my dryer and were in and out of my house in less than 45 minutes. Paying them a little more was absolutely worth it and I will never deal with LG again.

I have been dealing with them since December 2022 and every time I call I get a different answer. They refuse to repair a fridge under warranty because "they can't find a technician in my area". I was told they would issue a refund since they couldn't find someone for 3 months. I was told the refund was approved and mailed out, after a month of waiting I called back and was told there was never a refund and they can't help me because I don't have a copy of original receipt (which I made clear from the beginning and was also told that would be OK in this circumstance). I asked politely to speak with a supervisor and was told flat out no. She refused to let me speak to a supervisor because "they couldn't help me anyway".

I have a 14 month old LG dryer and the drum has already split open and ruined hundreds of dollars worth of clothes. I figure, shoot, it's only 14 months old, this has to be covered... NOPE. Apparently, LG builds products that are only expected to last one year, and when they break, it's on you to find a tech and pay for the service (they cover the parts IF you fill out extra forms and send them back. Seems stupid, I have a dated receipt-- why isn't that enough proof?

LG is the worst company to deal with when you have a warranty on one of there products. The customer service sucks. They don't understand you and you can't understand the representative. They are rude when you can understand and give you a hard way to go. This has been the worst experience trying to get my tv repaired or replaced. I would not recommend anyone to by these products ever. To anyone has buy LG pray that it doesn't break. Good luck if you do.

LG service is horrible I called to get service on my refrigerator that does not cool and they trouble shot me thru and nothing and told me to wait 48 hours to see if it cools. I call back and they set up an appointment for 6 days later and then the technician doesn't come to the appointment. I will never buy an LG ever again. There service Is horrible never again... I will make sure to tell people to never to purchase LG products.

Wow, my fridge just stopped working and is only 2 1/2 years old, what a nightmare to get service even though I got the extended warranty, zero customer service, I called LG they told be to call the extended warranty service, I called them, they called LG, LG called their repair center, the repair center wanted me to call back LG to set up a "folder" she kept mentioning this "folder" that I needed otherwise the would not come to fix it, this was almost 4 hours on the phone getting passed back and forth. I will not buy any LG products again, insane how bad the service is

TV's are good. Installed by Handy - POOR! did not finish and left a mess. No manuals with TV. Set up does not work. Bad for high end equipment. For that $$$$ it shoiuld ne be a challenge.

LG's Customer Service is TRULY TERRIBLE. I spent an hour putzing around with them on line and on the phone to finally find out that they don't have any repair techs oin The Baltimore area. Really?
