I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the service I received tonight from April Taylor. I was coming out of the store and April was behind me (probably on her way to lunch) when I noticed the bowl of cut fruit I purchased had spilled in the bottom of the plastic grocery bag.

April immediately took me back into the store and walked me thru the replacement of my purchase. I was out of the store in less than 2 minutes.

The Kroger at 1225 Caroline St NE, Atlanta is my regular store. I hate shopping at competitorâ??s stores and even other Kroger stores. This Kroger has spoiled me. I get special service from Darin, Shamita, Tameka and now April.

All of your customers who complain should try my Kroger.

Sincerely,

Trudye Nesbit

I have shopped occasionally at Kroger on Ponce De Leon, Atlanta- for more than 15 years-because it was convenient. Over the last year, I notice major improvements (store structural changes and customer service)I now shop there because it is a great experience.I am greeted by courteous helpful personnel like Josh & Mike in Produce,James in Dairy, Barbara in Bakery. The Mangers are equally helpful. The colorful entrance, fresh produce and customer service makes for a wonderful experience.

i was in your walnuthills store cincinnato ohio on wdnesday january the 9th shopping with my mother who is a senior citizen and always shopped at krogers around the states why is it that she was able to recive her snior discount at this same exact store on dec 19th but was told by a manager that they reserve the right not to do so.. I am very concerned with this matter this store is located in a community of elder high rises in every direction. I feel as though the public and neiboring people aswell as businesses should and will be made aware of this matter. I have documented all information and will be forwarding to the proper people.

I wanted to let you know how greatly I appreciate the service of a employee named Tangelina at the Krogers on Broad Street. She went way beyond her scope of her job to help me recover a lost gift card. She spent hours trying to help me I would like to see her get a raise or move up in management-If more people were like her-there would be no complaints. You are very blessed to have her as an employee

I go to the Kroger's in Plano, TX off of Las Rios and I have always had the BEST customer service. They have always been very helpful and kind. There was a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market that just opened and I went to get some similar items and ened up paymore than I do at Kroger's. I also love the fact that with gas prices as high as they are everytime I get gas there, I either get 3 cents off or 10 cents off. I love Kroger's!

Just saw a negative video in regard to a Kroger manager being rude to a customer. I have shopped at Kroger in Bloomington, IL for over 40 years and never had a bad experience. I guess you will find a rude one in all walks of life. Kroger will handle the situation and I know this is not their style of doing business. Sorry to the lady but she did have a good response - sheis more of a lady than the manager is a manager. Thanks for taking care of business Kroger.

I shop Kroger on a regular basis and
Tom Thumb(Safeway)occasionaly. The Kroger I shop at is on Campbell Rd in Dallas,Tx. There is an employee at that store by the name Rosa Morgan. This employee stands out in the customer service department. Always friendly and smiling while upselling the Kroger brand. She goes out of her way to make one glad that they shop at Kroger.

I have shopped this store for a long time an my experince is usually great but as I was making my way thru the store I experinced a woman arguing with one of your employees an as I made my way around them she got quiet an I looked at her an she just gave me a look like what are you looking at. It bothered me so I went back an ask her, her name she said Marium an then she ask me if she could help me I told her no thanks. This woman should not even be in management I so feel for the employees in this store. This store is located in Mckinney, Texas off eldorado an lake forest...

I used to be a Publix customer and about a year and half I moved to Buckhead (an Atlanta community). Their is a Publix within walking distance of my condo, and a kroger within 3 miles driving distance, also know here in atlanta as the freshfare "disco" Kroger. After several bad experieces at our new Publix Store, I started going to Kroger even though it was not as close as the Publix. I LOVE this STORE and more importantly the staff. From the Checkout staff, like Paul who always goes above and beyond to help me and my family ( I have a newborn) get in and out, to the Pharmacy staff like Simone (Pharmacy Technician) who helps me with cost effective alternatives ( I am currently inbetween insurance carriers) since I pay out of pocket for all my prescriptions this is a life saver! And Suzanne the Pharmacist, she is the most genuine, caring, person I have ever met in her field. She has taken time out to ensure I know everything I need to know about my son's medications, and has even called around on a Friday night to other pharmacy's when they did not have a medication in I needed. And to Karen the customer service manager, who just the other day assisted me with cashing my payroll check, she far exceeded my expectations. I can not say enough about this Kroger and the Staff. If I lived 10 - 20 miles away I would make the trip to my favorite store Kroger # 259.

I had a wonderful experience at my local Kroger in Morgantown, West Virginia. The pharmacist on call, Amy, was extrememly helpful with my bad reaction to a medication. She was more professional and concerned then the doctor who oversaw my issue. I can not begin to tell you how much it means to have a person who genuinely has concerns for you. I will never forget what she did and how she helped me.

Please feel free to contact me with further information.

A letter I sent to the store manager of Kroger at 4355 Washington Rd., Evans, GA:

I know you have comment cards near one of the store’s exits, but with a full-cart and a 2-year-old, I wasn’t able to stop and fill out a card during my shopping trip. That being said, I did want to express my gratitude for the service I received while shopping at your store today. I’m sorry that I didn’t catch the names of the employees that I had interactions with.

Yesterday my daughter wanted to walk rather than ride in the cart while grocery shopping. As we shopped an older gentleman (I’ve previously seen him bagging) approached her and talked sweetly to her. That was only the beginning of the kindnesses shown by your Kroger employees. When I was ready to check-out I approached a checkout stand. My daughter ran across the main aisle to look at the toys. About that time a cashier invited me to her newly-opened register. As I moved to the new register I could no longer see my toddler. I called to her but she didn’t come. A manager approached me and offered to unload my cart so I could go after my daughter. When I returned, he was about done unloading all of the groceries. He then went to the other end and started bagging the groceries. When it was time to hand the cashier my coupons, I realized that I hadn’t removed a couple of coupons that were affixed to their respective packages. I told the cashier that I needed to grab those and she said, “We already got them.” I was so impressed! Then she informed me that one of my other coupons didn’t work. I had bought some items that I mistakenly had thought the coupon included--but it didn’t. I said that I would like to go back for the qualifying items so I could still use the coupon. Another employee (a young woman) overheard and offered to make the exchange, which she did. When my transaction was completed the cashier told me I had done well (with my savings). The manager made small talk with me and gave my little girl a sticker. After I got home, I told a friend that I felt like I had an entourage of helpers. She asked if I had been the only one in the store. I said, “No, but that’s how they made me feel!”

Thank you to all of the employees that provided me with such great service, it left me with a good feeling for the rest of the day!
