On Tuesday oct 26th I received an email about a PlayStation 5 bundle release/sale happening at 11am. I got on my phone and my desktop to have a better chance of purchasing one. The order went through on their website and I was charged $788 roughly for my purchase. Received email confirmation that the order was all set and was being shipped to my 5 year old address in NC. I live in PA not NC. Immediately started calling cust service to correct address. This took place a few times a day through Friday afternoon when I spoke with a young lady who recommended canceling the original order and placing a new one. Half hour later received an email from a gamestop that my order had shipped as the young lady had agreed to overnight it est delivery was Monday nov 1st by 8 pm. Saturday received another email that said something that weighed one pound had shipped and would be arriving Tuesday nov 2nd. Checked tracking # of actual PlayStation unit on Sunday it still had mon nov 1st as the delivery date. So I called monday 11/1 to confirm this was told it would for sure be there that evening my an agent and a supervisor. No delivery at 8pm check tracking number and it has changed from 8pm to end of day. 12am still no delivery but now the tracking number says delivery is pending. Called Tuesday got the run around about how they don't do overnight shipping on the weekends because FedEx will not pick them up. But my second package was picked up on Saturday in KY and delivered Tuesday. Called Wed 11/3 spoke with a young lady who shared my frustration gave me a partial refund and assured me she would get it moving and to call her back at 3pm. Called back got a gentleman on the phone who couldn't locate my agent from that morning. He listened to my concern and placed a new order again for a console to be shipped. Spoke with gentleman again last night who placed another order. Spoke with them this morning and still no PS5. What's it gonna take to get my PS5. It's been 9 days!!
