locked my account a few weeks ago indicating to contact customer support which then say they are unable to assist. this site seems to be a scam as they lock your account if you win more than you lose. other betting sites are better to use

Locked account cause I won. Shady site will take all your deposits and then lock you out of your own account when you win. Wow. Lock them up Thieves

Horrible customer service. You will never speak or even have access to a real person no matter what the issue is. Fan duel is resetting my password EVERY time I attempt to log in

I don't bet or gamble.
Someone hacked my bank account and used my debit card to charge $100.
The attempted to charge $1000.
My bank sent me a fraud alert.
Now I have to shut down my account..

Somehow stardust fanfuel charged my debit card. I don't play or bet. Need to stop this.

I've played Fantasy Football for about 10 years never winning anything big. Then when they came to Pennsylvania the fantasy games became less as they forced you to bet more on sports and their horrible casino games especially slot machines. Well I finally won a 3 team pro football parlay in which I bet $100 and cashed out for $880. The next day after 10 years my account was suspended for suspicious inconsistent irregularities. I tried to call and chat with a live person but that's next to impossible. Today 3 days later they sent me a letter requesting my (1) bank debit card that I've bet with for 10 years; (2) my Driver's License; and (3) a picture of me holding a newspaper with today's date. FanDuel made me feel like I'm some kind of criminal for winning. I decided I don't need FanDuel and their horrible customer service.

Fan duel is literally a nightmare , they made a horrible mistake with my acct and its impossible to contact someone let alone coming to a reasonable solution

It's terrible how the games let u win at first and then after your first day it's all downhill from there. They don't let you win crap after your first day. Pitiful.

No knowledge of sports gambling by 85% of staff and 0 knowledge from clown management..No loyalty to customers or employees . Build a big tent get a circus and that's what this place is. Worst ever customer service stay away stay far away.

Fandual sucks the money you bet and even if you win the take too much. Wasting too much on fandual and very little wins. Lost thousands and once in a while they'll give me a free 10 dollar bet. What a joke.

FanDuel has gotten lazy with keeping scores and stats updated.. people watch these games through the app and y'all are beyond ahead of everyone on any streaming platform but have the innings outs people on base pretty much everything at wise or scoreboard wise is minutes behind yet the odds stay up to date.. you think you getting odds for a scenario listed by the app but THAT IS NOT THE CASE. They have 0 outs when it's 2 etc.. FanDuel makes wayyyy to much money to do its users like that.. may have to try DraftKings and such if FanDuel can't do better then these last few weeks have been. Get the bugs out the app or actually keep the games updated

Someone on ankle stoke my debit card in Massachusetts and charged over a thousand dollars playing Stardust Casino.

I opened an account with these imbeciles on 5-9-2022 and funded it with $1000 in CASH at their local live sportsbook.
I never made a wager yet, but yesterday I received an email saying due to "unusual activity," They were suspending my account. While they investigated............investigated WHAT? I never made a wager or attempted to make a wager.

I told them to close my account and send me my $1000 back.. They have refused to respond to any of my emails.
Next stop.......Illinois Gaming Boards. Stay away from these people. You will be glad you did.

FanDuel suspended my account for some unknown reason on friday, it is now Tuesday I have yet to have any communication on why I have no access to several thousand dollars of my own money, I keep getting the same automated email and every live chat with a representative I start tells me to be patient, how patient would you be with thousands of dollars I feel like I'm being scammed I want my account shut down and I want my money back whatever investigation they need to do they need to accommodate the fact that I don't have access to my money and I'm going out of country this is ridiculous

you mtfs won't let me in...so I tried to open another account an now I'm getting messages about gambling problems when I haven't used this at all. fake gambling commission

They have the worst and most condescending customer service that I've ever seen. They just steal your money when there're site messes up and doesn't let you know when games get canceled and have your players lit up green as if they're still playing. They don't care, as they take a cut of everything, so will never own up to a mistake or refund or give you a credit. Don't give these rude people any more of your money!

I tried withdrawing money from FanDuel on some winnings on March the 10th today is April the 10th still haven't gotten it can't really get a hold of anybody to talk to you they said it was closed last week and I don't know what that meant

I have bet thousands of dollars and never win anything on slots. I will never play again with odds like that and will tell everyone to stay away.

I submitted a $25 deposit and never made a bet. I closed the account the next day and after charging me, they wouldn't refund me. I have spend a 1.5 months trying to iron this out...showed them a screenshot from my bank charge and they still say they never charged me. I have escalated and advised them I will go to the Regulators with my complaint if not resolved this week.

This is going up on every review site if I don't get my money for every 3 pointer scored in the duke North Carolina game!!
Beware of FanDuel fraudulent promotion scams where they say you don't have to do anything but deposit money when. In actuallity you have to opt in.. DraftKings does way more than fanduel

Had a question regarding ACH transfer from my account. FanDueal suspended account to "look into" the matter. I figured out the discrepancy reached back out to get account unlocked to review transactions to confirm my findings. I've been locked out 7 days supposed to be 3 and every time I reach I get standard BS answer that they're still looking into it. They are simply the worst but in Illinois I don't have an option that doesn't require me to register in person. I really don't like these guys.

I deposited only $10 to bet on Nascar. My bank has confirmed the debit. FanDuel says it didn't receive the money. I complained the same day. Six days later I still don't have my money back.
