Never again!! Bought tires on 6/2 and already had to take back twice. First on back left tire had "bulge" and had to order another tire. Go to leave this morning and front right tire is low!!! Would never recommend this place of business.

Horrible service at the location on Ford road u waited in line 30 minutes to get air in my tires and still didn't get any air. I asked a associate there could I get some air in my tire he stated that he was going to get someone to help me but never did I went inside to complain to the manager Ryan and he stated that I just had to wait I end up leaving the location

I was at discount tire on 3/23 to put brakes on while mechanic was driving my car a customer hit my car not to mention I was not present and while returning a customer told me my car was hit. Not even the manager or whoever was to be in charge... With that being said the store in wildomar Ca took no responsibility for any of it ... but htey used there insurance finally to pay for my repairs but now my 2 healights do not match I think it should be at there cost My car would not be in this shape if it wasnt for the employee or the customer ... For $250 add. for my light I think they should pay instead of losing customers and try and help there customer

The worst experience ever. I made an appointment 5 days in advance and the guy told me to.wait on my car for 1.5 hours for a rotation. When they installed they forgot to balance and I had to bring it back.

Discount Tire replaced all 4 of my tires on my leased Cadillac XT5 a few months ago spending nearly a thousand dollars. We turned in the lease recently and to our surprise are now being billed again to replace all the tires for nearly another thousand dollars. I reached out to Discount Tire to advise and they pushed me to an adjuster who then stated we are not responsible due to some small print on their purchase agreement. Sold me the wrong tires and no effort to even try to make things right? Not even an apology just a denial email.

Very disappointing Customer Service. We have faithfully used this company multiple times on our 5 vehicles in the family. Never again!

So disappointed a former faithful customer.

Today I needed a tire repair since my tire keep going low pressure. I went to the new location by my house and was told the wait would by 2 1/2 hours ,I would have to wait in my car and could not leave even for the bathroom. I asked if they were closing in 2 hours how could my tire be fixed if they closed in 2 hours and the wait was 2 1/2 hours. I left and called another location and I was told they could not fix my repair since they were short of staff and the one answering phone was very rude. What kind of customer service does the company offer..Very poor rating . I just purchased some wheels & tires for over $2000 and my last ones prior years. My family & friend do also.I will have to take my business else where and theirs too.I was going to purchase another set in 6 months since I do have 3 cars but have changed my mind

I was told it would be an hour and a half from 149 didn't even move my car until 440 this is ridiculous and they act like you're putting them out!!!!

Today I was told it would be a 2 hour wait for a rotation because I didn't have an appointment. I thought fair enough. Well 3.5 hours later still no service and ignored. I went up to get my key and the guy says I told told you it could be all day. I'm pissed...I have 5 cars and all five have been with them.
They have lost 5 sets of tires and future wheels for truck. This is no way to treat a customer that has been with you for years and years.
I let the guy no they have lost my business and all he said was sorry you feel that way! Are you kidding me. How about sorry that he misquoted times and maybe offer to get me in next.
To make matters worse I was talking to another customer and he had mentioned buying new tires for his wife's car and he was a lil fumes because of an hour wait. They had him in and out in less than 30 min. He was a walk in as well. That's when I blew a gasket and took my keys back and left.

Bellevue WA store, 8/26/20. Had an 11:30 appt., rotate & balance, arrived at 11:15,work started at 11:55. Also, 2 cars that came in after we're stared on before mine, 3-4 workers standing around during all of this. Very dissatisfied with your service. Back to Costco next set, were service is important.

I got here at 8:15 am and the had me wait until almost 10/30am I was late for work and everything I watch all the people that was here before and during the time I was here get there car and leave.. This is horrible I ask for the manager and he never car to speak with me... I'm very disappointed

I called the Discount Tire on Cactus and 32nd st in Phoenix AZ around 10:45 am this morning and let them know the new tire they installed was out of balance. They told me to bring it in and they would re-balance for me right away. I get there and they tell me they have a long wait and I have to make an appointment for 3:30 pm today because they were to busy. They will take time to help you if you are buying tires but if you need to fix something they did wrong, they make you wait because they are not making any money off of me. I will think twice about buying tires from them again, especially since they can't even balance a tire correctly. Not happy with their service. Ed

I went to the store at Perry road and 1960, this morning August 12th 2020 at 7:30 a.m. to have my tire pressure checked. I sat there for at least 10 to 15 minutes while several gentlemen walked in and out of the garage but no one came over to help me and I know they did see me sitting there.

Bought 4 perelli tires. Spent $1341.42 paid on 7/24. Was told 2/3 days. Nobody called. On Thursday this week I called and they were sitting there. Now know I was on the wear bars of the tires. After completing every single one if my wheels were ruined. I had one that was peeling. However now after tire install, every single wheel is scratched!!! I did not get discount for AAA member as I did in Phoenix Az. I do not mind paying for a job well done. However I am really upset over this. If that were to be the outcome they should have told me PRIOR to installation. I feel I was not attended with quality install at all. Very Mad about the total lack of customer care and now would like to know what will be done about my wheels?

I have been a Discount tire customer for years and I must say that the Austell location in Georgia is the worst. I've had nothing but issues with them. First I bought a full set for my truck and asked them to use one of the old tires for a spare and they forgot. When I realized they They forgot service rep said that he would call me when he had one, it's been 3 years and he doesn't work there anymore.
Them I bought a complete set of tires and wheels for my car and twice they ordered the wrong wheels.
And two months ago I had a nail in one tire but had to buy two because of the tire wear.
Anyway, I asked them to put the new tires on the front, but once again they forgot and I didn't realize until I went in for an alignment.
You have lost a customer for life other then my warranty I'm taking my business to your competition.
You need better training.

I bought nitto Terra grappler2 tires for mdx after being told by the salesman they were 10 ply. I specifically requested 10 ply because I work construction and they are good to have, I also paid for CERTS for all of the tires.
Long story short, when being installed I'm told they are NOT 10 ply as I was informed. Four times I've had to use their CERTS, and now at the fourth time if replacement I'm told that I have to cover the cost of the new tire, balance and install plus the cost of new CERTS. When I questioned as to why I'm asked to do this I was told that the manager said I need to make an insurance claim because this happens too often. What? Why did I pay for CERTS if I'm being denied the service if the contract? I have found no resolution through discount tire and having using them since 1988 I am seriously considering never going back.

Discount Tires in Stapleton, Denver Colorado, is honestly the worse by far. They did an oil change on my sister's car about 2 and half months ago and sent my sister off their lot with oil in the engine after doing the oil change. Long story they tried to say it was her which is wasn't so they bought her a whole new engine out their pockets. Now that I been going I'm starting to see the same passed down to me. Like for instance I got a coolant flush with them 2 weeks ago and about 4 days ago there's a crack in my upper radiator. How would I do that if I wasn't under the hood last? I had to buy a whole new radiator now my power steering is acting which it wasn't before the changed the radiator. I want them to fix all the necessary they have constructed out of their pocket. I never had problems with car before them now all of a sudden everything is starting to fail. Then they overbook themselves and rush people's vehicles out without doing a thorough inspection before sending it off. Work smarter not harder.

Discount tire on lake pleasant is a thieving dishonest joke. Went there as tire was loosing air, tech claimed tire was previously plugged...my boyfriend and I looked prior to taking tire in...nothing was visible. Took tire to dealership as I purchased a tire warranty. Service tech at dealership pointed out that plug was freshly cemented on inside, and plug was higher than actual tire tread. Discount told me I needed a new tire...200.00 out the door. Spoke to manager Tom who was an arrogant piece of work....he told me, we haven't used those plugs in 2 decades. THE TIRE WASNT PLUGGED PRIOR TO TAKING IT TO DISCOUNT!!! Don't do service at this location, Especially as a woman!!!!!

I just purchased 4 new tires for my car yesterday in Springfield, MO and am unhappy with my purchase. Your policy says they cannot be returned if used. I have only used them one day and have no other car to drive to your store. I have only driven less than 20 miles. I will not be buying tires from your store in the future. I am an unhappy customer! If you would consider changing your tire return policy, then I would spread that good news around my town. Thank you.

I just purchased a full set of Pathfinder AT's today and it became obvious that they are a little louder than I was hoping for. I'd love to trade them for the Pathfinder Sport S AT. Is that something I can do in the next couple of days without having to come up with more money? The manager said if O did not like them I had 30 days to return them, but the actual policy says they must not be mounted or used...soooo, what's the deal?

I ordered in new tires because the sales guy said the ones on my car were worn on the inside. Rather than choose the more expensive "in-stock" tires I chose some based off the best reviews and pricing. After going to get the alignment done the dealer told me the alignment was fine and that they'd replace the tires free of charge because they were just bad tires. SO I go back to refund my order and the sales guys get all pissed with me because they special ordered the tires. Then they charge me $81.20 for shipping and restocking when refunding the order. $81.20 for four tires that cost $53 a piece. They were 195/65/R/15 which is a normal size and easily could have sold them in store to another customer within days. I will no longer visit any of these stores because this kind of service is unacceptable to me. I would accept 10% or even 25%, but $81.20 is almost 40% of the cost of the tires!

I purchased 4 new tires for my 2008 Escalade on July 3, 2017 at the Bryan, Tx location H 23 #1223 When I arrived home, I realized I had lost the right front wheel cover. I called the store and they said they would order a replacement. I live 30 miles away in a small town and have had to make 4 trips to Bryan because the covers continue to pop off for some reason. I have lost 2 and the other 2 trips they ordered the wrong cover. I was able to trace back and find one and on a very busy Highway 6 my cousin ran into the street and picked it up. We returned it to the store even though they promised me this time it would stay on. Several times they promised me they would call me when the covers arrived. One manager named Jeff guaranteed me he would call. When I went in to inquire, I was told it had never been ordered. Joshua promised me he would order it this time even though I had been told this before. He did call on Monday to say it was in and when I got there guess what, the wrong one again and it did't even match. On one trip Jeff tried to get me to take one he had ordered and I said NO, you have to be kidding, it doesn't match. On 2 visits Jeff has made the comment, "This is 3 or 4 we have ordered! This is getting pretty expensive!" So is this my fault Jeff?? No sir!!

made appointment for flat repair and rebalance and rotation. flat repair completed. balance and rotation not. returned to discount, now rebalance and rotation complete with broken wheel stud,must get that fixed. wasted my day off work for this. be aware!!!

None of the numbers work or no one will pick up the phone! My husband tried to purchase 2 tiers and was immediately called back to tell him they couldn't sell them bc they weren't the right size for his truck (which they were).so tell me why 4 days later the payment went through after it was canceled and he couldn't purchase them anyway.now we are negative 112 plurality 36 overdraft fee!!!!!!
