My person kept asking me the same questions... what kind of iPhone? What are you calling about? Apparently couldn't remember or didn't take notes it was frustrating for me to keep having to repeat. He didn't seem to be too knowledgeable.

terrible customer service and when I requested to speak to a senior advisor he was more rude and hung up one me. I've been a good customer of Apple buying all their devices and this is the first time I have an issue I wanted to address and that's how went..Terrible and rude

Apple Customer Service or lack thereof is horrible! To contact them initially is not an issue - they have ample ways of doing that, but if you have more than a very simple issue you will go around and around in circles, explain your situation all each time to call -because you generally don't speak to the same person. You file a complaint against them through the BBB and still don't get a good resolution - even when all you want is an exchange for something you both 4 months ago! I have now resorted to contacting my local news stations to see if they can do a story on it. I will NEVER purchase another Apple Product.

No product will ever work perfectly and while I've had to rely on customer service in the past, today's issue was a travail. 3 seperate customer service calls to finally talk with someone willing to handle and issues with the new iphone 13pro max. Fortunately at 50 I was sitting at the beach with my laptop. It's like they prefer not to have a job by wanting us to walk into an apple store instead. In additon, i opted for the survey at the end of my call that was offered and each survey failed through.

Apple company blocked my iTunes and AppStore account with $150 on it. Apple support including senior adviser said that account was disabled for violating some rules but do not tell exactly what rules and say they cannot return my money they stole from my account

Apple customer service and support will treat you differently when you are buy a product vs if you have an issue with it. I have been in both places. They are so nice when you buy something and will put everything you need in you shopping bag for you, so that just with a click you can spend over $3000 on their product. But when that same product has an issue, they will keep transferring you and make you go in circles with their departments for days and day. They will also provide you with wrong information so that both your time and energy can be wasted, and ultimately you end up giving up. This is especially true when they have to pay for a repair or cover the cost for something. I am a college student and I have spend 3 days on this issue requesting my professors for extensions because of my broken MacBook, and all I have encountered are rude and impatient people who will provide not help whatsoever. There is really a different reaction to your expression of satisfaction vs dissatisfaction, so folk you better be satisfied with their service. I did not expect this from Apple, but then again I have never come to them with a problem before. Very disappointed Apple.

Worst experience. Person was no help whatsoever. Very slow to answer questions and stopped speaking to the middle of a sentence. Finally I just gave up.

Apple support was not helpful, they were impatient and kept repeating the same instructions over and over and over again. All I wanted was a simple help with recovering my email but it went from simple to complicated and now I am in "account recovery "I understand that it's for security but just send me an email to recover my password that's all I ask. Also I am waiting for a way to review/give feedback to the service I received today... there's no way to do that and when I asked where the email was to review they said it is pending due to the security of your account.
Long story short Apple support is not helpful.

I don't understand what technical support is getting paid for if they don't help! These people need to have more access to help with issues having to do with Apple ID. Worst experience ever

I purchase Mac Pro 13 in July 2014 and just after I registered it with the upcoming July Cal Bar exam and download the exams, the Wi-Fi stopped working. I called for technical support but the technician could not fix it. He scheduled a reservation for me with an Apple store in Berlinggame to bring in for repair. Unfortunately it confirmed the Wi-Fi problem is irreparable, and the hard drive needs to be replaced, but Apple no longer makes replacement parts for that model. So this Mac Pro, can no longer have Wi-Fi. I was seeing red at the store, thinking I was ripped. I spent almost $1400 for it, now it's in the eight year, and at this critical moment the Wi-Fi crushed and Apple could not repair it. I don't think I will buy any Apple products from now on. They are expensive, though look fancy, some are potentially defective. Not dependable at all.

I was buying my first apple product. I was told it would be $100 cheaper than it was. The rep reassured me he supervisor said when the product shipped $100 of the charges would be removed. It wasn't. Talked to "head of customer service" Zach and he said nope. Rep and supervisor was wrong there is nothing he could do but very cheerfully said "OK" when I said I wanted to cancel order. Never again.

Apple sucks, plan and simply...they only give a s*** about money and don't care for their clients...what a load of crap this company is. Tried on many occasions with many different devices and you guys always fail me and my friends. Get a different job if you're going to be so terrible at the one you have.

Tried to trouble shoot something that was happening with my Login. Booked a call back, and heard from two reps. 1st one couldn't assist, so I was passed onto a "senior" person, who also could not assist. She stated she would speak to another contact and call me back right away. Still waiting... two days later. USELESS!

Apple support does not really exist. They are simply people who will apologize and explain that it takes two weeks to handle an Apple password reset. Has anyone explained to the company that is both unacceptable to anyone who needs their phone for work and that process speaks volumes to poor technology and equally poor customer service.

Horrible. I have a Macbook air that slowed down after "upgrading" to their newest operating system. After weeks of dealing with their customer "support" my Apple hardly works at all.

My iPhone 12 has unknown issue where customer services on Best buy geek squad couldn't figure why phone was not connecting to PC or any other Devices. Given options were I have to pay $400+ or trade-in 1yr 1mon old phone for problem that just naturally happened. I would never buy Apple product again.

To the people that does the refunds same on you You guys stoled 286.85 out of my bank you gave me 190.00 and I have to dispute the other amount I don't nor will I have an apple anything this makes n I sence it's probably the customer service I got on Tuesday what a mean want to argue with me so rude If you did something to affect my refund shame on you

Purchased an iphone with apple care insurance included. Returned iphone; Apple credited me refund for phone, but not for the apple care insurance. Have been on the phone with Apple over a 3 day period, spent hours trying to resolve a $300.00 credit. You would think a giant, digital, advanced company could simply issue a credit. Think again. The Apple is rotten.

This is the worst phone I've ever had in my life, just like the traditional Chinese phone.
I thought that I would get a new mobile from a large company so that it would not be defective, and with the first week I discovered that the speaker was not working.
At first I thought it was from the network, but it was the phone. I called customer service and one of the workers himself said that he could not hear what I was saying as if I was talking under water and I was sent to an apple store and the surprise was that they did not see any defect and they would not fix the phone because that is normal in modern mobiles I did not understand this and I called again and I had one of the two options: either accept the mobile as it is or accept that they send me the mobile manufacture refurbish
This is the worst iPhone 13 pro Max and the worst customer service

I have a theft and lost iPhone service they never replaced my iphone. I am very disappointed will never use apple phone again
