Loyal family customers here, all the kids lines, spending around $250 month for service for the past 5 years. Think Alltel would give great service to a loyal customer who lost their phone, and allow us to purchase a replacement for what we paid. Nope. $459 for a new one, $429 for a refurbished model, and even the supervisor at the corporate office Would. Not. Budge. Condescending remarks "thats why we always say you need insurance". Like that would help now. Looking for smart ass comments? No. Looking for a fair solution? Yes. Online, they offer it $99 for new customer, we asked for same deal, even to pay $199, NOPE. As soon as our contract is up, they can kiss us goodbye. So disgusted that loyalty and being a long time customer means NOTHING to them.
