I just wanted to address what had happened to me May 15. 2024
My friend Julie, which is my travel buddy received an email in which she forwarded to me
It was
very confusing it talked about visas and passports
So I called your agents for your co.
Let's just say I was talked rudely to and given very disturbing news, which made me very upset
She had said she couldn't tell me anything but preceded to tell me I was not going to be able to board the ship
4 days before i am leaving
I proceeded to ask why, you do t have a passport
Basicly I needed to call the Canadian boarder security and the y could help me
I missed a very important Dr appt and was late to work
I called Canada 8 times and couldn't get through
I am not well and this was a bucket list trip
I called your corporate office and was helped by a wonderful employee of course with my crying and distraught state I missed both names
It was all resolved by her and she was very understanding and had said I could quit crying that I was able to go
With that said
Because of all my anguish myself and my travel buddy I will not take a cruise with NCL again nor will I refer anyone to your cruise line
I know it really doesn't matter you have thousands of customers
And maybe you don't think it was a big deal
Well it was, which made me physically sick and is not good with my condition
If I didn't already pay for the cruise and my air flight I would have cancelled and went with another co.
I needed to let someone know how this experience was just the worst
