Company Name: Cub Cadet
Order # D0489775P1
Order Date: 04/19/2024
I am in need of good customer service. But apparently, it is not high on Cub Cadet's list of standards as I can't get hold of anyone for a large order I placed a month ago. I can never get hold of the company or representative for a large order I placed and still shows open. I called the 877-429-2349 number on several occasions and have sat on waiting for an agent several times for over 4.5 hours in total. 1st time, for over an hour. Others for over 45 mins. I have also tried to reach out to them through X and on their Facebook page messages and still no response.
I am ready to cancel my order since being a first time customer has been excruciatingly painful. I don't want to financially support a company that doesn't take care of and support their customers.
Well...I ordered 2 cans of paint.. Great, easy right? NOPE!!!!! My card was charged twice just about 2 hours ago and I have now been hold waiting for someone to answer for 1 hour and 45 mins. I reckon I'll just call it fraud to my card company. Should have went with my first thought and bought it from Amazon.
purchased a electric lawn mower Sept 6 2023, fail to start, took to A&Z repair service, 7 Sept 2023 for service. case #09229854 & 09253585.my last conversation inquiry was18 jan2024, Mr Cooper level 3 associate customer service skills needs help. I told him my patience was gone and all I wanted is to have mower repaired or replaced. he stated he buy the mower back but replacing it was simply out of the question. I think I have been more than patient. what do I have to do to get my lawn mower working, an return to me.
I have one of your lawn tractor. It is close to 6-88 years old. .I has a Kawasaki engine 20. Hp ?. It is by far the best damn lawn tractors that I ever owned. It has over 1000 hours and it still runs great. I am about ready to buy another one, but I can't find one with a Kawasaki engine. Thanks for building a great lawn tractor
I have been trying to get an upper handle replacement part for my 4 year old self-propelled lawn mower for 3 weeks now. Been told the parts will be in next week 2 times now. I am now being told it will be 2 weeks longer. Called to company and waited on hold for approx 30 minutes. The chat wait was only 15 minutes. They call this customer service by the way. So now, I have spent $100+ on mower rentals and cannot trust what I am hearing on when I can get the part. Consider me an ex Cub Cadet customer. Correcting a typo in my prior post that said a 34 year old, and not 4 year old mower. Yes, I am mad enough to do that

The worst service I have ever seen. Purchased a 3x 30 snowblower. Looking for technical info. Called the info number. Put on hold for ten minutes each time. When I get a rep they can't help and transfer me to a tech rep that never answer even after 30 minute wait. Can not find any options. Wish I hadn't made the purchase through home depot and would not recommend club cadet.
Purchased our Club cadet 54" zero turn in June of 2022 at Tractor Supply in Plainwell MI. We have experienced nothing but problems after problems with this mower. Regrets from day one.
Steering was not adjusted properly, needed service to resolve issue.Six months later fuel injection system fails, needed service to resolve issue. Two months later, while wife was mowing. The right side deck wheel included part of the deck breaks off and rolls up under the mower, causing the mower to life, broken parts jammed between mower blades causing one of the smaller pulley wheels to pop off lounging off from off the deck breaking the left plastic pulley cover, also throwing off the Steering once again making it all most impossible to drive.
Personal opinion, thee most unsafe mower to owe or operate.
I love my cub cadet product but the customer service at the corporate phone number is non existent. I wanted to purchase a new bagging system and some maintenance items directly from Cub. I have spent literally 2 full days feeling like a hamster in a cage and still no where. The online system is clunky, it loses the items in my cart and when I go to enter my billing it says something is wrong with my Cub card. I have called their bank 3x and each time there is nothing wrong with my card. I speak to "Live Chat" daily trying to order my supplies to no avail. I've called every phone number listed only to get in a circle menu and NEVER getting to a human. This is ridiculous. I would switch companies immediately but I do love my mower. I will just order thru other suppliers and hope they have these items in stock and don't have to go thru this painful exercise.
I can't wait to get rid of this machine. Had it serviced on the other side of the state. It took months before getting it back. Wrong size belts or springs, I don't know. This lawn mower can't get out of its own way. Not enough money to let you touch it again. Came back worse. Don't worry, we bought a push mower for less than your "service". I'm not a mechanic, but I know a screw when I see one
I was needing a warranty part. Cub Cadet hung up on me after I ask to speak to their supervisor. She told me "there is no one else that is going to tell you differently", then hung up.
They told me I'd have to take my mower 4 hours, round trip, away just to get it looked at. I work on small engines, I know what is wrong with it and what part I needed.
They just lost a customer and I will tell everyone I see/know to NOT buy from Cub Cadet.
I would write a review for the $1200.00 pressure washer I bought BUT I have yet to use it! when I took it home the gas ran out of the carburetor so i took it back a week later i took it home to use it and then oil ran out of the engine. so I took it back a week later i picked it up and tried again, This time the oil came out of the pump so again its in the shop for two weeks so far. Cub Cadet has had had my money for 6 weeks and i have yet to be able to use it.
I'm going to try this again. I purchased a Cub Cadet XT1 Enduro Series Kohler 7000 Series, model 13AQA9TTA10 serial number 1C1PH20013 lawn tractor 05/15/2023. Contacted aCub Cadet representative 06/22/2023 about two items. 1 where is my spare key to my lawn tractor. I was told to and contact Bubba and he told me four weeks. That's reasonable so I'm still waiting. Second item which may be bad is my Unit has a loud squeak. It may be coming from a wheel or pully, honestly it is not my responsibility as the unit is still under warranty. I was told several thing, the first shock was there were no service areas within 60 miles of where I purchased my unit and I would have to pay shipping to and back from the repair shop. A customer assume when you purchase a product such as a lawn tractor from Tractor Supply and they are more than happy to deliver the item to my home they would be the one's picking up the unit for repair. No so as Tractor Supplynis not authorized for repairs but is a factory authorized agent to sell Cub Cadet. I researched and found Hogarths factory authorized repair shop. seven weeks, before they had a spot to look at my unit. Again I would have to pay transportation costs. Let me try to share shat is happening,I have a brand new Cub Cadet Lawn Tractor. I could continue to use it until an appointment becomes available and more damage is caused or hire someone to maintain my lawn during the time it takes to have the inferior equipment repaired, and Cub Cadet pay for lawn service because I do not have equipment I paid for to do the job . My last communication through this forum was ignored . There is a non mechanical issue with the seat it needs attention as the snaps or whatever the parts are called to hold the seat cover on is not on mine Lastly the booklets (owners Manuals) are made with what appears to be newsprint. Paper that will not last, print is small, need a larger type side.
You should text me @(912)602-8981 it is currently 1:40 am response is required by Friday 12:00 noon.
My cub cadet zero turn mower broke and I took in into the warranty shop they recommended. It has been in the shop for about 3 months and they state they cannot get parts. I called the customer service line and they say the parts are in stock and that they cannot intervene with the repair shop. So I cannot get my mower back to take it elsewhere and customer service has not accountability, responsibility or desire to help.
I took my mower to Big 4 hardware in Stanberry, Missouri to have my blades sharpened and balanced and to get the oil changed. They charged me $440 and said they did work that I did not request. When I challenged them as to the amount they said it was an honest mistake as their rude service man got confused over which mower he was working on. They ended up giving me a refund of $224 but I'm not sure they did any work on it at all. The oil filter is dirty. I requested a new ticket and the manager said he would send it with the refund check but he did not and there was not an apology note in the envelope. I will not be doing business there again.
I have on two Cub cadet zero turn mowers with the Kohler 7000 24 horse engine my complaint is by the way I have no other complaints the main complaint I have is your draining system for the oil I had to cut and remove the chewed and plug that side of the mower because there was so much loctite or whatever at the end that you couldn't get it off the hose would bind and twist it looks like you folks could rig a system up that a pop something coming out 90° off from the motor out to the back of the mower would be a hell of a lot simpler thank you for your concern and addressing this matter Gary Hensley Jefferson City Tennessee
KUDOS on your Zero-turn mower with steerable front wheels. I recently bought a ZTS1 and it is amazing! I have a very steep yard with hills both up and down and sideways. I love a Zero-turn for the maneuverability and the low center of gravity, but the flopping front wheels made it impossible to mow sideways or down a hill. Your ZTS1 does all that and more. Your claim of 30-degree slopes is very conservative, I easily mow mush steeper. I live in the north Geogia mountains; we don't have flat yards. After seeing my mower 2 of my neighbors have already bought there own. . If I could recommend anything for your next model it would be a spring or shock mounted seat, our yards are also bumpy. Again THANK YOU and Thank the designers who solved a huge problem.
I have owned my Cub Cadet i1042 zero turn lawn tractor for nearly a decade. My son in law has been using the mower for the last 5 years and just recently returned it (purchasing a larger Cub Cadet for himself). It was amazing to mow my difficult yard with my old friend! I have paid to have my yard mowed for the last two years because of its hills and tree, but this year with money tight - well, I need to mow my own grass. And It was perfect! it mowed as well today as I remember it from the day of Purchase! Outstanding!
Good Afternoon. I am Tony McLester I purchases a Cub Cadet ZForce 50, Model . I have spent mild fortune on blades, from hivac to mulcher kit, I think this kit destroyed my deck. You would not believe the looks of the mower to be this old. I told the dealership here what I needed, for 2 acres this is what they advised. The hour meter quit first. Estimated repair bill would have been $200 plus.Did not repair. Most people do not believe the sets of blades I go t hru per season. This unit burns them up. Currently I am trying to get a few more years out of this ZTR, the deck is packed up w/JBWeld, the fiberglass duct tape to cover this up. I was told the deck was w/discount $850 plus $$$ to install. This wont happen. I spent $245 in 2 separate days repair for the PTO. This is absolutely ridiculous. Rite now the unit runs like the 70s model peanut picker. I have been told buy the original dealership Wiregrass International, Headland, Al. to use this unit w/extreme caution, the deck could disintegrate at anytime. You will not believe how this unit looks, it is blowed off each use, it is wet cloth washed and lubed each use. Lubed each season, filter systems changed by MYSELF each season or when need be. Rite now the faulty hour meter show 553.6 hr. B4 this season begun I had already spent $245 dollars on repairs on PTO, Already new set of HIVAC blades, the offered me $100 for trade on a new unit. I expect the deck to blowup anytime. When I engage the PTO you would not believe it, like a peanut picker. Thank you so much for letting me vent my frustrations, no profanity was used. I doubt very seriously this will ever be read. Thanks, when I cut my 2acres, this unit does not shut down for a solid 4 hrs. It is cosmedically dealership looking good.
I purchased a Cub Cadet LTX 3.5 years ago and spent a lot more money than I really wanted to because of the name and the positive experience my Grandfather has had with the mower manufacturer (2 mowers have lasted him 30 years), but mine is a piece of junk. Within the first year the blades fell off the damn thing, and now just after the warranty expired the mower has a constant oil leak and all 4 bolts that hold the exhaust to the engine have completely fallen off. I call Cub and they don't stand by their mowers at all, the 3-5 year warranty is a joke. 100 hours on the mower and its falling apart - sure am glad I saved up to buy something that was supposed to last
I have a xt3 and is a heck of a tractor. But the mower does not go very high and the numbers that tell the height is way off. When it says 3 in it is really 2 in. Seems everything is 1 inch lower. I have a 42 in deck. Is that normal. My name is Bill.
Need help if this shouldn't be as dealer does know how to help as well.
