After over approximately four years of no late payments bc I then on auto pay, Wayfair closed my account without so much as a call, or email. My auto payments were still posting with no problem. I say we're one of my extra payments was returned. So I called customer service to find out if this is why my account was closed. I asked for a manager. After two tries of reaching out to a manager,I was given a number to try for a manager later. Once I finally got to a manager they said Wayfair closed my account bc they pulled my credit and my credit worthiness was in question. Reasons this is not true: 1) As of July when I called, I checked my credit report and no one had requested my credit. 2) My credit report stays locked until I unlock it. So I'm going to report this to the Better Business Bureau to see if they care about their reputation (which I doubt).
